Went in for an appointment. Super friendly guy at the desk. They got it done sooner than expected and even emailed me an inspection of stuff that will need done soon. Thank you for the awesome service!

The gentleman who originally served me was friendly and low-pressure when discussing my options for tires. All of my questions were readily answered, and I was given what turned out to be a highly-accurate estimation of when my car would be ready. When I came in to pick up my car, a different gentleman took the time to take me to the tires and show me the exact tire I had chosen, along with why it had been a good choice. These two individuals were comfortably friendly and informative.

Craig is like family to us. It s always a pleasure. I needed an alignment sooooo bad and the difference after Mark aligned my tires was immaculate! And it only took about 20-30 minutes. Thank you!

I'm really saddened by my last experience. I have been using TP for many years. My gf brought our car in for a concern that we had. The tire pressure sensor kept going off after getting new tires. No help whatsoever. Told her the wheels do not have sensors which is false. All four do. Said it would be 500 bucks but didn't even bother to pull the car into the bay. I did some research and fixed it for free. There is a reset on the tp monitoring system for an 04 Pontiac Grand Prix. She had made an appointment to basically get shooed out the door. If I was there I'm sure the outcome would be different because I know cars and I would tell them to take it back and look it over or I would call corporate.

Spoke with Craig and he explained that it would take appox 2 hours to get the repair done, the estimated cost and that he would call me when the car would be done, Based on the stress he was under because of the weather and the amount of people were in the store at the time, his customer service skills were spot on.

Might of had a better experience if the guy helping us actually wanted to help us. We were concerned about a possible flat tire and the guy working put air and was like I don't hear anything, but never took the tire off or offered and we were willing to pay and he just kept saying I put air in the tire. We took his word and left. A day and half later, we had a flat tire.

Tire Plus he's always a learning experience for me and employees there they're very helpful they don't mind asking or answering question very friendly and polite and right to the point take you right out to your vehicle and show you what the problem is. Even pull it up on the computer screen if necessary so you can see the part I think that's pretty special to go far and Beyond it's a great place and I will always go there. When I left I know exactly what was wrong with my car I know exactly what the part was and I needed to fix my car and I knew exactly how much it cost to have it done I left with a smile on my face and I understand what was wrong with my vehicle and to me they deserve a standing ovation every last one of their employees

I had tires online and had them delivered here but they turned out being the wrong tires (my fault). Tires Plus and all the staff were awesome, very helpful, flexible and understanding. They helped me get the right tires and helped me send back the wrong ones that I ordered. They even let me leave the tires there for a week while I was waiting for return shipping info from the online retailer. Just awesome. I will definitely use their services in the future for my tire needs.Service: Tires

I hope this is the correct place that helped me the other day. I noticed my rental car s tire valve cap was missing. I panicked and looked for a place nearby. I dropped by and asked if they carried the caps and the gentleman working went and got me one. I asked how much I owed him and he said I didn t need to. I didn t need anything else luckily and he seemed busy but I wanted to say thanks again!

Do NOT go here for alignments. They did the job, but told me when it was done that my tie rod ends were installed backwards. This was a false statement bc I have been working on this particular car for many years. That being said they told me I was wrong because their "master tech" said so. Ok "master tech" go back to your nerd box and leave real mechanic work to someone that knows what they are doing.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We were traveling from TN and needed some air added to our rear passenger tire. They checked the pressure in all of our tires and filled them to the proper psi free of charge. Friendly staff, especially to out-of-towners.

I had a tire change scheduled today and the guy helping me had great customer service. Quoted me out for an hour from when I showed up and called 40 minutes later saying my car was all done, I especially loved how quickly everyone there worked for a Sunday. Will definitely be returning in the future for any other needs for my car

We had a flat tire on 380 on a Wednesday night and were flying out to Denver, CO the next morning at 6:00 am. Garrett (manager) did an excellent job in customer service as he not only said they took my worried phone call and said they were open until 8:00 that night but he also offered his own number Incase our flight didn t get in before closing time on Sunday, when our flight returned. He ordered a new tire as they didn t have the correct size and held our rim so when we came in on Sunday, it was quick and easy. Great service- really went above and beyond. Thanks for making our ruined day a heck of a lot better!

Nice that they are back after being closed for 22 months or so due to derecho. Very friendly and helpful! We called, got a price and they were able get us in in 30 minutes. This the place we always recommend!
