Had a great experience having safelite fill a star break in our windshield. They were courteous, fast and a did a good job. There is no way to perfectly fill this break. It s not noticeable at all unless you know what to look for. They did a great job. I would have them do it again if we get another damaged windshield.

Spectacular customer service by Joe today! Joe had given me a courtesy call in the morning to state a timeline, arrived promptly, was very professional, and was very timely with the repair.I would highly recommend Joe and this Safelight location for anyone looking to have a windshield replaced on your vehicle. Made an appointment to get my window fixed (it wasn t going back up). Guy said it was a 6 second fix ..just off track. Well that fixed worked for 2 times lowering window. What the hell did I pay for? I called to complain and all you get is a message saying that there is no one available to assist you .then hangs up. Great on taking my money .poor on the quality of work. I want a refund!!! I will be talking to bank about reversing charges! Local mechanic ended up ordering the part it needed and repaired the window.

Recently came in on a Saturday and was greeted with a great smile by Mark. He helped me with my window seal quickly. So appreciated! I also have been here to get my husband's truck window repaired and was pleased with the service!I will say that since my sealing issue wasn't a glass replacement or repair, it would have been nice to have an option to speak to a real person when I tried calling to see if they could help me. But I won't let this take down my service score.

I brought my vehicle in because my window was not properly working when I had it replaced out of state (from being broke into) the gentleman gladly took my keys and pulled my car in and fixed my window issue!!! Everyone here is super friendly (front desk blonde was great) and everyone seems to enjoy their job. Would highly recommend!!!

It was a hassle setting up an appointment if you prefer talking a real life person. If you call, you will get automated prompts that make you use the web page.After you get passed that fiasco, the service is excellent. They called and confirmed appointment and then we're friendly at the drop off. I received a text and phone call letting me know the service was complete. Tales about 2 hours so I would do a drop off if you can.

We have had 2 incidents when we needed repairs while traveling. The ad make it sound like they will come too your rescue. NOT TRUE. Both times told it would be a 2-3 day even up to a week wait. How is that helpful service to traveling situations. Once in Cedar Rapids and just recently in Minnesota. Cannot recommend d or trust the ads hey put out. Have no idea about the service. Can't get in and cannot talk to a live person.

The ability to get a real person on the phone is impossible. Needed to get a windshield seal redone on a vehicle but when you try to ask for a representative since that's not on their list of options they just hang up on you. Horrible customer service. Taking my buisness elsewhere.

The folks were very helpful and did a great job installing a new windshield on our 2009 civic. I wish I could remember the guy's name to give him the credit he deserves. It might have been Ryan. He spotted that one of the windshield wipers was undersized and offered a new pair. I had purchased the wipers several months back and used the book to choose them. The book was wrong. They work much better now. The side seals for the windshield had rotted, which is a common problem for the car so he showed me how they are installed and let me know that it was unfortunately a dealer only item. I took some pictures, ordered them up and installed them with ease a few days later. Overall, great service, great communication and a great experience. With so many larger businesses treating customers like using their service is some sort of a privilege, getting the treatment we received from Safelite was a real treat! Highly recommended. These people are awesome!! Their customer service is great & had my windshield replace within 2 hours of dropping my car off for an all day drop off. They also vacuumed my front seat floorboards :) Will definitely be recommending and coming back for any future needs.

I had to have my windshield replaced after it was cracked down the middle. I called Safelite and the customer service I received was exceptional. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and as soon as I walked in the door, they were right there to work on my car. The work was done very well, and quickly. I was also thought the website was great, and gave an accurate estimate for having the windshield replaced. Overall it was an amazing experience, I did however just want to note, that while it says they have a lifetime warranty- that warranty doesn't cover the glass itself, but rather the work done on the car.

Joseph was in touch during the day to coordinate our appointment since I was driving into town from Illinois. I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to save the windshield or replace it but he did a great job of reviewing the options and then repairing the cracks beautifully. Terrific service on-site. Photos are before and after. And their window cleaner is the BEST!

I needed a new windshield. I was able to make an appointment quickly. Because of the weather I needed to take the car to the shop instead of the on site repair. There is nothing that could have been done about that. They were still able to get me in as soon as I could get the car there. Upon my arrival I was told that the front part of the car would be cleaned and vacuumed inside and the windows would all be cleaned. I could not pick up the car until just before closing. The windshield replacement looked great. But in the harder to reach areas the car had not been cleaned and I ended up wiping up the dust and some fine grit. The dash had not been cleaned at all. Also the inside and outside of the driver's and passenger's window had not been touched. Maybe I misunderstood. I now have driven in down pours and no leaks. Like I said, the installation looks great. Just disappointed in the clean up they told me would happen.

Safelite didn't offer the services I needed and that's ok, but it's kind of aggravating that to find that out I had to go through multiple phone menus and the website. Also seemed kind of weird that they couldn't replace or reglue a windshield seal that had cone loose on my van when they are auto window specialists

We just got out of our appointment and they were fantastic! We went in with a cracked winshield. They filled it with resin and even vacuumed my car. When they came back they said they were not going to charge us at all for the service since they were unsure if the resin filling would hold since it was on a crack bigger than what they usually fill. That's right FREE. Mark was fantastic to work with. Thanks for the wonderful service!

They were punctual on the time they had me scheduled for and completed my windshield within the time they had told me. It was nice and convenient that they could come to me and fix my windshield, rather me having to take time out of my day to go to one of their locations. Great service!

I was wary to schedule an appointment with any company when I needed to replace my windshield. Reviews were hard to come by and nobody I knew had any personal experience with local companies. I ended up scheduling with Safelite and I had a fantastic experience.I called my insurance company to file the claim and they then transferred me to Safelite customer service. The appointment was a breeze to schedule and customer service was phenomenal to work with. Scott was my technician- he was very professional and thorough. There was a second person who worked on the windshield, but I never spoke with him so I'm not sure of his name. He did clean the outside of each window.I received a confirmation phone call and email, 2 reminder emails, and a text with Scott's information. I certainly wouldn't forget my appointment!

Great experience at a reasonable price. I dropped my car off in the morning and walked to work, and received a call saying it was done about an hour later. The final price was what I was quoted, including a discount due to my insurance carrier. Not only did they vacuum the broken glass out of my car, but they vacuumed the whole car and washed it.

Unfriendly staff.... Save your business for better staff, who want your business.The gentleman at the front desk didn't have much time to talk when I walked in for service. There was not a single vehicle in for service at the time. I wasn't as disappointed for getting a rock chip on my windshield as I was about the service I received. I refused to have any business with this location and turned down their offer to setup an appointment for a future.

The mobile service came out to fix my car yesterday with a small rock chip. Never received a message when it was finished. When I came back out to my car there was a large crack, and no one notified me that there was an issue with the repair of the rock chip. My sheet said my vehicle was vacuumed, and there is dirt all over the carpet in my car. I called the technician and left a message to discuss what happened with the repair and didn't receive a call back. I called the Safelite number and was offered to schedule an appointment to replace my windshield at my cost since the repair wasn't successful. I'm not going to reward poor service by giving them more business. Very disappointed.

I wasn't impressed with the auto attendant answering service. "Push 1,2 or 3, say some things, and still get redirected to their website to schedule an appointment. I just had a quick question and couldn't even talk to a human. I called the Auto Glass Guys and got my questions answered.

I went to Safelite to get an estimate on what it would cost to seal a leaky back window on my Colorado truck. A technician looked at the rear window and told me the window was ok, that almost all the time it was the light above the window that was leaking and letting water into the cab. No charge. It is refreshing to go to a business that is honest.
