Do not walk, run from this place. I was in need of tires and was told about their 4 Month same as cash. I bought tires for myself and Daughter. 1,900 for 8 tires. I took the 4 Month plan and the payments were taken out each week. As the 4 Months came to an end, I could not contact anyone by phone, if I text they would answer, until I asked for my balance, give them my name, then nothing. Well, they ended up over charging me 3 payments. It took finally getting a hold of corporate office to find this out AND I have to wait on this information until the office Manager with an attitude had her lunch. Couple weeks and no reimbursement. I tried to get ahold of corporate again and now that information is not shared. I understand people get in spots and needs what this place has to offer but I believe they use that against the buyer.

I made a poor choice buying rims and tires from these guys they set it at an admit you pay weekly/monthly then it isn t paid by a certain time they ve established which actually doubles the price you paid to begin with they are crooks . Is pointless I bought better rims for my other car for half the price at discount tire the manager has an ankle monitor while telling me he didn t hustle me if you have questions about this terrible experience feel free to reach out I ll explain exactly how they do it to you.

So my wife and I went into to RNR Tire Express in Cedar Rapids Iowa a little over a month ago let's just say it was a terrible experience. I truly hope this business leaves our great city of Cedar Rapids for good. We called on the phone because we needed 4 brand news for our 2016 Chevy Traverse and they didn't have the Bridgestone Destination LE3's that we wanted, but they could finance us the LE2's and we were told only $50 down payment. So we go there and it's a completely different story and they needed more of a down payment. Then they even had the audacity to try to talk us into cheaper tires for the $50 down payment. The LE2's already were only 50k mile warranty tires and the LE3's that we originally wanted were 70k mile warranty all weather tires. They were also trying to charge us a little over $1400 for a set of the LE2's. The Bridgestone Destination LE3's are only $963 with Installation, Rotating,Tire Disposal and everything included at Discount Tire maybe a mile away from RNR. So even though all 4 of our tires were extremely bald, the wife and I decided to wait 1 more month and get the better tires at Discount Tire. Stay Away people!If your reading this; then consider yourself Warned.This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star review.

I don't suggest this place. They have horrible business skills. I had them balance my tires as I got tires from them. They claimed I had a rim was bent and they couldn't balance. Funny thing is I just had new tires (from there store) put on a month ago and nobody said anything about any issues. It didn't seem right so I asked them to balance them again. Still nothing was mentioned about a bent rim. So either they lied then or are lying now. Then they took payment out for items I purchased that was on a payment plan and they took it out twice which overdrafted my account. They then tell me it will be 7-24, days before I see a change. These kids really need to get it together. This business has only been open a few months. They have a terrible turn over rate. They have went through multiple people in the short time they have been open. Went through multiple people in the management position. Seems like everytime I go there they have a different people in management. Every time I have been here the so called manager is sitting in the office eating food. I'm not impressed with the service I have received here. I will be paying off my items and taking my business elsewhere.

The only reason it's a one star is cause I can't leave a post with out giving you something that the place don't deserve. I've been going through you guys for awhile and my wife called to make a "ONE TIME PAYMENT" on her card and you guys did the payment when she was on the phone and then 2.5hrs later you take another payment off her card with out her knowledge or Authorizing that you can make that payment again. In my eyes you all are the thiefs and need your doors closed and put out of business.

Took my truck to a tire shop but due to my rims they were not able to fix my tire. They recommended RNR and they were correct. They had the equipment to make the repair. Many thanks to Landon and the crew.

Oh my goodness! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. They fixed our flat at NO COST. I believe the young man's name was Clayton. We are on vacation and they had us on our way in no time at all. There are still kind and caring businesses out there.

Worst place to get tires. Run from this place. Plus they have a bunch of kids running this place. They have no idea what they are doing. I definitely won't be back.

I was working across the street and I noticed I had a nail in my truck. Thankfully these guys took care of it ASAP and the best thing was they didn t charge me. I also got a quote from them while I waited. I recommend these guys to anyone l staff was great will be coming back for future needs !!!!!

Will not give you copy of lease on tires and will tell you one price then add up more after they have you sign a blank form these people are a scam for sure damage to my car no more

I took my truck in o 8/17/23 to get alignment and find out a week later the gear box had a 1/4 play in it and never told so there is no way that can align it with that much play in it I called and talked to them and all that want to argue with me about it so I have to get a another lime at fine another company so I paying 4 it again I wouldn t take ur vehicle here all that will do take ur money and run

Scam shop. Half of the posted prices only said how much you pay per week without the full listed price. They sell off brand wheels and tires at a huge markup. When we asked how much a set of tires were they tried to not tell us the full price and said "we prefer you not to pay cash, we prefer payment plans". This scam shop is targeting poorer people who they are betting will not make proper payments and fall behind so they can repo back the wheels and tires.

An alignment shouldn t take 2 days. Their computer was faulty and when the alignment was done steering wheel only turned 3/4 turn each direction. When I finally got my vehicle back all hardware that was loosened to complete alignment was still loose. I noticed tie rod clamps right away but steering damper clamp wasn t noticed until 3 of the 6 bolts had already fallen out. In my opinion they have a young inexperienced staff.

I applied for a position at this location was set up to do phone interview at 10am 6/08/23 I am currently working I stepped away from my current position to take this phone call No one ever called When I reached out On indeed where I had applied They wrote me back an hour later said that they would contact a person that was supposed to call me His name was Jason I had also called the store location spoke to someone there They also said that they were going to let him know Here it is Friday and I have not yet heard from anyone very unprofessional and lack of communication skills I see why this company is hiring I understand things come up But in a professional settings they should have reached out and let me know Just sharing this to let anyone else know

Went above and beyond. Great help in choosing correct tire for my Truck. Warranty is amazing! 120 same as cash great deal!!
