I love my new car! Rick replaced two tire wheels that had some scratches. He was also patient while we had to wait for our money. He showed me all the features on the car and encouraged me to come back if I have additional questions. This is the 4th car our family has bought from him.

Drove 5 hours for a car we were told only had a little damage on bumper. When we arrived we seen door dings before we even stopped. We looked at car and cosmetically on exterior it had issues. Passenger side door front and back had paint drips at bottom of door. Bumper did look like it was spray painted. He did say that should be painted but there was nothing else told to us. We were told it was in very good condition. The interior was very clean but to falsely state the condition is misleading and unfortunately cost him a deal. We don t like being lied to especially when driving that far.

Worst car buying experience of my life!! Crooks! No integrity, don t stand by their product! Paid $21,700 for a car made it 300 miles before transmission blew! Won t answer my calls, went as far as having his little girl answer the phone for him!! Rick you are a coward! Wouldn t tell you the truth if his life depended on it! Never, I mean NEVER give this man a single penny of your hard earned money! He don t deserve it!

After several weeks of scouring the internet, I finally found the vehicle I had been searching for. That vehicle happened to be at Rick s Auto Sales! I called three times to ask specific questions about the vehicle and to check it s availability before driving down to look at it in person. Rick Jr. was very polite and helpful over the phone. When we did see it in person, it was everything he described/advertised, and more! It was the best price I could find on that specific make/model/trim within 100 miles. They stayed almost two hours after closing time to help us finalize the purchase. They were very accommodating and never once did we feel like an inconvenience. We were able to drive the vehicle home that night and are sure to continue to be very pleased with our purchase.

Rick and staff were very helpful and friendly! They listened to our vehicle requests, let us test drive on our own and did not push us to try other vehicles we were not interested in. We did not feel pressured or oversold. We were given the information we needed and our questions and concerns were all answered as well. The whole process was smooth beginning to end. Rick s Auto will have our business for our next car and we will be spreading the word that anyone looking for a vehicle should stop by! Highly recommended! A++

Went to test drive a smart, it was priced almost 2 grand over book. Showed the owner NADA, told me I was lying because he had a years old bluebook print out on it. They have an IQ for sale for almost 3 years at almost $9k that was listed with Auto Check as 'prior salvage frame damage' that Rick's states has a clear title. Worst possible place and very shady. I have a hard time believing any positive reviews of this place.

Unless you want to go through hell, please do NOT buy a vehicle here. They are extremely immoral people. All three of them- Rick, Rick's wife and Rick Jr.They misrepresented the condition of a vehicle and based on that misrepresentation, I flew up (800 miles) to buy it and drive it home. It was a rust bucket with many mechanical issues that were uncovered when i took the vehicle down the street for a pre purchase inspection. Needless to say, Rick and his wife were not to happy that I did that... What kind of auto dealer gets upset when you get a second opinion on a vehicle? I paid for the inspection myself.I flew home without a vehicle and i urge you to head my warning. Please, please, please, from one kind, moral human to another - avoid this place at all costs.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from them. Very nice people, not pushy and honest. I double checked car fax and all public records, and everything I was told was spot on. I NADA'd this car and it booked at $16k, he still went down on the price from what he had listed, which was lower then 16k. He's even replacing the speaker that was not up to par.... I told myself I didn't want to buy from McGrath, but I will by from Rick's... not one complaint from thos buyer.

Blew a tire and needed immediate help. They quickly put on my spare at no charge and recommended three good tire stores nearby. Great family business.

I bought my first car from Rick's Auto Sales. The lock on the driver's side was broke. I took it back; they fixed it. I drove that car for Ten years and cried when I finally traded it in.

The guy sold me a car with a bad transmission, had the car for a month and haven t been able to drive it because it won t move. Owner avoids my calls and refuse to fix the car
