I use Ream every time the need arises. They always go above and beyond. But this time was extraordinary. Insurance was a stressful nightmare after a tree fell on my Jeep. I was ready to leave my insurance company after many years of coverage because of how difficult they were being regarding my repairs. Dale from Ream took on my insurance company with grace, style, and persistent patience. In the end... Dale and Ream put a smile on my face and got me mobile again. Aside from the insurance issue, other repair shops were scheduling 2 to 3 months out. Ream got my car in immediately when the insurance was worked out. Five stars isn't enough to express my satisfaction.

Incredibly grateful for Ream Auto Body. I ve always been a long term customer. After a heck on an ordeal with my vehicle. I was subjected to doing the repairs myself. It was a nightmare. However Ream Auto Body saved the day!!!! I can t express into words how grateful I truly am. Mary thank you for everything!!! And to the techs who painted my 2013 Lincoln bumper cover to match perfectly to my car. God bless you!!!!! forever your long term customer. Homsey

We were rear ended. It happened right before we were going to leave for a trip where we needed to haul a trailer. Ream went out of their way to meet our timeline and did a fantastic job on the repair. You don't see this kind of customer service and quality work very often any more. Ream Auto Body stands high above the rest.

First and foremost, I want to say customer service is key these days and this place has it. I hit a deer over the weekend and went in a Monday morning. Everyone knows Mondays, busy, crazy, and hectic. I showed up right when they opened. The lady at the front desk who I assumed was Mary the owner dropped everything to get me an estimate. Felt like I was royalty. Called me Tuesday to tell me parts were, left my car there, and it was ready by Thursday (about $2,000) worth of damage to front end. EXCELLENT service and great turn around. On top of that they left my cleaner than when I brought it in. Definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an incredible experience with Ream Auto when I needed the front panel of my car replaced. I was able to get in next-day for an estimate and was able to schedule the repair as soon as the parts came in. Mary explained everything very clearly and answered any questions that I had. The car was finished sooner than expected and they offered to pick me up at my house to come get it, and even stayed late that day to accommodate my busy schedule. I felt that I got a good deal for superior quality service. I will never take my car anywhere else!

If I could give 10 starts I would. I rear ended someone and there was no visible damage. My check engine light came in. It was the middle of November and there was water leaking. I stopped at ream to schedule an estimate. They were a couple days out, but checked it right away to assure me I had been running the ac, so nothing was leaking. Their estimate was half the other locations. Customer service was great through the whole process. We had something we needed that car for and they worked to get us in so we would have it back. Oh and getting it back WOW!!! The car was completely detailed (we have kids and I work from my car). I was so impressed. While that car was being fixed our other car was hit. The experience with our other car was just as wonderful. This is a true family run small business and it show. Couldn t be happier.

I had to get the back bumper replaced on my Chevy Cruze due to an accident. Ream was so easy to work with. Gabby kindly dropped me off at & picked me up from work while my car got worked on, and I was incredibly impressed by the result. The outside shined, Dale detailed the inside to perfection, and I was gifted a beautiful rose which was so sweet! The cleanest my car has ever been. Most importantly, the bumper repair is flawless. Dale at Ream was amazing! He was very helpful and very informative every time I spoke with him. The damage to my car was all on the exterior but they went above and beyond and cleaned my entire car! (I ll be getting a dog cover now, there was more dog hair than anyone should have had to deal with) amazing service and if I need car help again I ll be going back!Service: Body & Trim

Reliable and honest auto body shop! Top notch customer service! I opened the garage door and scratched the tailgate of my new Lexus. Dale fit me into their very busy schedule shortly after a significant hail storm in the area. My vehicle was ready for pickup in just 3 days. I couldn't be happier with the results. Like it never happened! My rate was incredibly fair, much lower than other quotes. Plus, all of their high quality work comes with a complimentary rose. Highly recommend!

I had a rental car in Cedar Rapids, and while it was parked, someone had scraped it with their car and left a pretty big paint smear on it. I decided to get it fixed because I didn't want to pay the exorbitant price I thought the rental car company would charge. I just happened to drive by this place and pulled in to get an estimate. The Estimator I dealt with was very pleasant and I explained my situation and he gave me a choice of getting it fixed like new for about $500 and getting it 75% like new for about $100. I chose the $100 job and he said they could get it done that day, which was great. Within 5 minutes he arranged for me to get a ride to where I was staying and I was on my way. They came and picked me up when the car was done, a few hours later. It looked GREAT and I was very happy to pay $101.65. Plus, they gave me a long-stemmed red rose! This was the best experience I have ever had with an automobile repair of any kind. They also followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied and sent me a Thank You note by mail. I highly recommend them. Best customer service and top notch work.

Outstanding customer experience! I stopped by to have them assess a noise my passenger side door had started to make after it was last serviced (in San Diego), and provide a quote for repair. They quickly determined the issue AND had it fixed, in minutes, and FOR FREE! Since I was there, I had them change my wiper blades as well. Fast, friendly service. And since it was Valentine's Day, I walked out the door with a lovely long-stemmed red rose - nice touch!

I felt like it was a way over priced estimate. The owner wasn't listening to what I wanted to fix. When I said, "Not the bumper," Her estimate was $1100; the competition was $79. I found the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable.

Love the old fashioned customer service! Definitely went above and beyond! I used them for auto body repair and was very pleased with the work that was done. I wasn't expecting to have the vehicle washed and vacuumed when I picked it up! That, along with the rose, was a very nice surprise! I will remember them for future needs and would highly recommend them to others!

Ream auto body does an excellent job repairing my numerous vehicles that have been damaged over the years. They are always courteous and friendly. Repairs are done in a timely fashion. They seriously make it easy!!

I have an old Honda that is only insured for liability that lost its bumper and casing. I went to three auto repair places in the Cedar Rapids area (one on Center Point and one on Boyson) before Ream, and heard everything under the sun: that it was not able to be repaired due to structural integrity, that to fix it would cost thousands, etc. Then I went to Ream. Instead of brushing me off, Scott told me to come into his office and have a seat. He took the time to call the local salvage shop and find out if any used bumpers were available. The price quote was good, the service was fast, and when I went to pick it up, I was surprised to find out they d fixed a long-standing problem with the trunk to boot at no extra charge. The work was superb the car looks like it had never been damaged. The people at Ream are professional, yet friendly, and they follow up on their work to make sure you are satisfied. If you have a body problem, I can save you time and money by telling you first hand to START with Ream .

My Toyota Highlander was rear ended with right side damage. Dale and Ream team took care of me! Took it in on a Monday and picked it up Friday! My Highlander looks perfect! I highly recommend. Dale is the best and will get it done right for you.

My car ended up being totalled, so there wasn't a need for repairs. However, their customer service and honesty in my experience with them alone is enough for me to give them my business if I ever need a body shop again. Highly recommend Ream Auto Body.

I had a couple of rusty spots on my car - one from a rock that hit and dented my car right above the wheel and another tiny spot on my trunk. Ream Auto Body quoted me just under $1800 to fix both spots. To give you some perspective, I went to McGrath Collision first for an estimate and they quoted me almost $4000 for the same work. Ream Auto did a fantastic job - my car looks brand new. Scott was really easy to work with. I definitely recommend them!

After the hailstorm my Camry suffered $9500 in major hail damage on all surfaces. Some of the hail was golfball size and did extensive denting including breaking the windshield. I received great service and they did an absolute great job on replacing, repairing, and repainting. I looked very very hard to find any remaining damage and there was none. I would definitely recommend them.

These folks are awesome. Wife hit a deer last week and they took care of everything with the insurance Adjuster. We also trust them for our mechanical services. They do good work and are always a pleasure to work with.

Just stopped to get an estimate (on Monday) only to find I had to make an appointment to get an estimate. I'll be back there on Thursday for my appointment. This was one of three places I was going to get an estimate, one of two that required appointments.Stopped in to check on parts status. 2 of 3 are in just have to wait on last part.

Whole team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dale is by far the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever been to. I've had mechanics in 5 different cities in Iowa, (Des Moines and Cedar falls being two of these)and none come close. They will treat you, and your vehicle, very well.

When you first walk in you are treated like you are very speacial! They will help you feel welcome by talking to you as if they have known you for a lifetime! It made my trip and easier and to trust my RAV 4 2017 will be taken care of after a deer hit me....it will be put back together and it will be brand new again! It is very clean and the bathroom is clean as well!They people made my first visit fun and very welcome! As for my vehicle my parts will be here quickly! I drove 1/2 hours to go to Reems....So far it was worth my trip....

Our son, a Coe College student, needed a repair on his car. Ream gave an accurate estimate, completed the work promptly, and even cleaned the inside of the car. With at least 3 more years in the area, it is great to know we have found an honest, professional place to have his car serviced.

It's good to see that owner herself did the estimate. She was detailed and took every other information that require for the fix. Also they cleaned my car and gifted me a rose. Loved it.
