We recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Carson, he carries 8.5 years of expertise and it shows. He greeted me in the parking lot and knew exactly where the vehicle was I had requested more information on. We set out on a test drive and he was extremely informative on this make & model. He made sure to let me find things on my own and pointed out the amazing features I missed. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he was far from pushy. I set off to test drive a second vehicle at a different lot but returned same day for an effortless purchase from Tim (customer service is just as important). Highly recommend doing business with the RIGHT sales person, buying a car is an experience and you want/deserve a positive one! Call Tim Carson he will take care of you.

This is my 3rd Honda but my 1st from Randy Kuehl and I have to say the team here is amazing. Be it service, parts, or sales. I worked with Mark McGlumphry and he is a really amazing guy to work with, very helpful, goes above and beyond, and really cares. Also, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

We are excited to own a Honda Passport! We had the pleasure to work with Crazy Honda Chris, Chris was very laid back, honest & easy to work with. The entire staff was very accommodating & pleasant. John in sales was an absolute rockstar to work with!! He communicated from the very beginning process of ordering a new CRV, was meticulous on details with the attachments I wanted, made sure I was continuously aware of when the car was being built and would arrive, was very purposeful on showing all the options and intricacies of the car when it arrived. I m so happy with my purchase, as well as the total team at Randy Kuehl!!

Had a great experience at Randy Kuehl Honda while purchasing a new Honda Odyssey. I live about an hour and a half away so I wasn t very familiar with them but I m glad I called. Crazy Honda Chris was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions quickly, was very personable, knowledgeable and most importantly, got me the best deal out of the 4 dealerships I was working with. Highly recommend giving them a shot when looking for a new vehicle.

Crazy Honda Chris has been my go-to for learning about my previous Accord and now my Honda CRV Sport-L. After watching his channel on a CRV indepth tour, I ended up with one. I love my CRV! He does an awesome job explaining which trim has what. Keep up the awesome dedication Chris.

We had the pleasure of working with Tim Carson on us buying a used Honda Civic EX-L! He has helped us through out the whole process, from showing us all the cool details and quirks the Honda had, to closing the sale in any way we seemed best. We were able to finance the vehicle the way we wanted to do it and there was no push to buy to car, only patience.Tim was very fun to hang out with and made us all laugh. He was very conversational, patient, and relaxing to talk to and talk about the vehicle and how our lives have been at the moment.We are excited to finally buy an amazing Honda from an amazing person. Tim Carson was the associate that helped me. He was very helpful & informative about the vehicle I purchased. He made the dealership experience great & it didn't feel like one at all. The buying process was pretty seamless & quick. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to give my experience a 5/5 because of the great experience I had. Mark McGlumphry made my experience one of a kind. I had chosen out my car online and when I called to see it was available, he assured me that the price I saw online would be the price he I was going to get and said he would prepare the vehicle so when I got there it was ready to view and test drive. This is my third time buying a vehicle from a dealership and it was the best experience I ever had. I would also like to commend both the Randy Kuehl Dealership and Mark for getting me in and out in 1.5 hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Jon D. was awesome to work with from start to finish when trading our CR-V for a new Pilot! He really listened to our needs and made the car buying process very stress free! He is extremely personable and was so much fun to work with. He also was very prompt to respond to our emails and phone calls and provided several updates to us as we waited for production of our car. This is the second car we have purchased from Randy Kuehl in the past 3 years and have had this same great service both times!

I test drove a Civic at a different dealership but proceeded to do the sales process here with Tim Carson. Tim was amazing helping me through this process entirely over the phone. He was never pushy, and helped me with every question I had. I didn t meet him face to face until the day of completing the sale. Even face to face, Tim had the same demeanor and helped me through this process. Thank you to Tim and the rest of the Honda staff! I love my new Civic!

Crazy Honda Chris was fantastic. He left us look around and asked what type of vehicle we wanted instead of how much we could spend. He did give us estimates on how to roughly calculate payment on what we would need to borrow. He also did a great job of answering questions.

Truly enjoyed the buying experience at Randy Kuehl Honda. Crazy Honda Chris made the buying process easy and fun and I didn't even come close to getting the normal sales run-around you get at other dealerships. Justin Mitchell made the financing process quick and easy and I was in and out with my new Ridgeline in under 1 hour. Would recommend these great folks and will be back there for my next Honda purchase...in a few years!

Thanks to Salesman Crazy Honda Chris I was able to shop with confidence. I had came to this dealership from 4 hours away only because Chris was able to help and provide me with everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and my trade in. He went out of his way to take extra pictures that I had requested and even got the photos of the underside of the vehicle. Most salesmen will not go the extra mile and they will not actually lay in their parking lot to get the photos for their customers. Chris was honest with me through the whole process and never backed out of his side of the deal. 10/10 would recommend Crazy Honda Chris to be your salesman at this dealership. I would drive the 4 hours again for the service that was provided.

If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle and want a salesperson who truly listens to your needs, look no further than Jon Dugan! His expertise and dedication are unmatched he even responds on his days off and weekends. Plus, those weekly updates while your car is being crafted? Absolute service excellence. Can't recommend him enough for a seamless, personalized car buying experience! Even after the deal was done he was still there for me and answered all my questions on the wonderful features my new van came with. 10 out of 10

Jon D was fantastic to work with. I was at the end of my lease and didn't know which direction to go and he walked me through every step of the way! No pressure at all! I felt like he worked with and spoke to me as a person, not a "client". He helped me make the right decisions and I left tonight thrilled and comfortable and that speaks volumes. My experience with Jon was great! At first I was with another employee who no longer works there and wasn t sure about how I felt. However, they worked with me on my trade in and when things transferred to Jon he kept me up to date as my vehicle arrived a month after its original ETA. I appreciated how he and finance walked me through the extras I could purchase and simplified the signing/purchasing process. Jon then synced my phone and helped me program my new vehicle. He had a good sense of humor and took his time, but didn t keep me at the dealership any longer than I needed to be. I would highly recommend him!

I used to work at a Pontiac dealership in the 90's. I was a service manager. I feel that gives a little weight to my opinion of this place. It's great.Friendly service with clear explanations of what needs to be fixed and how much it will cost. I've used the shuttle service. I've waited in the lobby. Everyone is nice and this place is very clean and inviting.I have an old Honda Accord and have done about 5000 dollars worth of work on it over the last 3 years at this dealer. They have not let me down. They actually care. That's rare in this day and age.By the way Hondas are crazy good cars. This is my first one. It has 240,000 miles on it and is still going strong. That's nuts. I have no complaints. I highly recommend this dealership. Top notch all around.

I would like to highly recommend Jon Dugan as a salesman who will take great care of you. He is kind, patient and honest. He took the time to walk me through many details about the cars and listened to me earnestly about my car needs and preferences. He restored my faith in car salesmen after having some negative experiences with pushy dishonest ones. He made me feel important and I could tell he wants his customers to be happy with their purchase. He will treat you right. He is transparent about the process and pricing. You could not find a better salesman.

I recently bought a '24 Honda Ridgeline from Randy Kuehl. I initially was looking in Iowa City but did not care for Billion Honda and their add-ons, so I decided to try Cedar Rapids. I worked with "Crazy Honda" Chris and he made the purchase super easy. I asked for an out-the-door price on the Ridgeline I built online, and it took about 10 minutes to get it (no mention of add-ons). I eventually put in my down payment and then waited a few weeks for them to get one. Once it was brought in, I went to look at it and it was great. Unfortunately, as I was getting ready to leave, I noticed a couple of small chips on the front of the hood. After speaking with Chris and the manager they agreed to make it right. It was sent to a place in Cedar Rapids to be fixed, and I picked it up today (4/1/24). Fortunately, there were no April Fools and it looked brand new. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Randy Kuehl Honda. As I tend to buy Hondas, I plan to return and buy from them again when the time comes. If you're in the market for a new car go check them out and ask for "Crazy Honda" Chris, he was great to work with. Also, check out his YouTube channel as his car videos are well done and very informative. Finally, I normally refuse to write reviews and I really don't like buying cars because of past experiences but in this case I really felt good about the experience and wanted to share my thoughts. I purchased a 2024 Accord Hybrid last night from Jon. It s my 5th car from Randy Keuhl. They are always outstanding. Jon is incredible to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and very personable. Love just sitting and chatting with him while we wait. 100% recommend going here for your car buying needs. You are guaranteed to be treated right and end up in a great vehicle !

Bought my first brand new car!!! Jon was great to work with. He was personable from the very start and was easy to communicate with. Very transparent with what my options were and really listened to what I needed and wanted. Definitely took the pressure off of making such a large purchase. He kept me updated as I was waiting on my car to be ready AND took the time to help me program and set up all the new settings in my car.

I just purchased a 2024 Honda Ridgeline here in FL. After spending what felt like eternity going through the paperwork, when I got home I was overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles. I watched the video by Crazy Honda Chris and it helped tremendously. What my local dealer didn't have time to explain, I got from the video. Well, detailed and informative.
