Exceptional service! Navigating vehicle repair and finding the right mechanic can be daunting, especially without extensive knowledge. However, service at Ramsey s repair has been a breath of fresh air! A standout feature of their service I appreciated was the use of a personalized web portal that was sent to me via email. This included detailed photos of the problem areas, easy-to understand descriptions of each issue, and an estimate of parts and labor. They even went the extra mile by ranking the severity of the issues, clearly distinguishing between safety concerns and general maintenance suggestions. It is evident that this company operates with integrity! Moreover, both the repair and diagnostic was time-efficient. If you're searching for a mechanic who is not only knowledgeable on vehicle mechanics, but also values transparency, communication, and customer satisfaction I would absolutely recommend Ramsey!

Ramsey Repair is very thorough, very detail oriented and nothing overlooked. When given an estimate, the customer is in the drivers seat and is the decision maker whether to proceed with any particular portion of the repair. Great company to work with.

Colton and team are so thorough and easy to work with. He takes the same great care with our older car as the new ones, and he takes the time to explain things. Love his online repair report system which includes notes and pictures. You can't go wrong with Ramsey Repair!

Took my truck to get it diagnosed after I bought it I was told it needed. Fuel injectors, and glow plugs, so I authorize the work without question after Mr. Ramsey got into the motor, then told me it was a head Gasket I guess he diagnosed that wrong too. Then he told me that it was the turbo which I guess he diagnosed wrong as well. Long story short He talked me into buying a motor that he had on site, putting the new fuel injectors and parts into that and so on and so forth $11,000 later I end up with a truck that won t start. I would not authorize this guy to change an oil filter so beware before you take your vehicle to this guy.

My family will never take our vehicles to another repair shop, since we found Ramsey earlier this year. They very responsive, explain issues so you can understand them, and very honest, so you know repairs they recommend actually need to be done. And what other repair shop calls a week after you had repairs done there, to make sure everything is going good?! Ramsey does!

Finally, I found an honest repair place that cares. It's so refreshing to be able to trust my mechanic after being burned by other local repair places in the past. Colten and his crew recommend work that is ACTUALLY needed. They have THE MOST intense diagnostic process I have ever seen. They take pictures of everything. They explain what you need fixed and a photo with an explanation of why. They even have a loaner car, or they'll give you a ride if needed. I can't say enough great things about them.

I highly recommend Ramsey Repair because they go the extra mile for you. I took my BMW to have inspected and diagnosed before a long road trip planned the next day. They stayed late to ensure the critical repairs were ready for me the next day. The information documented on the repairs was also very detailed. I've been going to Ramsey's for over a year now, beginning with a new car inspection on a used Subaru I was buying. The owner stayed late to ensure my car was thoroughly gone over. Since then, I have brought mine and my wife's car to Ramsey for everything but new tires. They have been super transparent on every service/repair performed on our vehicles. The platform they use to send suggested repairs and invoice any work performed is amazing. I get pictures for all items needing repair, showing the issue (so far its just been torn CV boots and old fluids thankfully) and explaining everything involved with a service job. I've spoken with the owner Colten numerous times, and he has always been upfront on issues they have found and answering questions my wife or I may have. You can tell they take pride in their work. Get your vehicle checked out for all needed repairs or replacement. They will show you the what and why that you need to keep your vehicle road worthy and safe. All 3 of my vehicles and my son's have been taken there. They did what I ask and showed me things that I did not know about. Every experience is 5-star. They are very thorough and spend the time to diagnose the root cause instead of throw parts at it. Bought used Subaru some time ago. Brought it in to the shop I used to go to for a repair, but they were not able to work on the make. Been taking my car to these guys ever since and they do an awesome job. Super transparent about the work done and recommended work done. I took my hybrid in after it broke down. Ramsey repair said it would be about $3700 to get it fixed. So I got a second opinion and it was only $1700 form someone else to get it fixed. It runs fine now. These guys will scam you and not think twice. No clue how they almost got away with charging me $3700 for a $1700 repair. I ll be going to the better business bureau. I wouldn t recommend to anyone. Also $100 for an oil change? Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Vehicle Inspection

We had problems with our 3500 Mercedes Sprinter, Colton told me what he was going to do to fix everything, he did just that! In fact they have all the tools the dealership has. Colton is very detailed and explains everything to us and there inspections is top notch. I would and will recommend Ramsey to everyone. I can't even begin to express how thorough, focused, and honest these guys are. I had some issues with a Jeep I bought less than a year ago and didn't want to take it to McGrath. My regular mechanic said they couldn't help me because it needed to go to a dealership and I didn't want to take it to McGrath. I Googled "Jeep service" and Ramsey came up and was highly recommended. I am SO glad I went here. Colten and Kyle are good people. They know what they are doing and actually explain everything to me. Not only that, but they send a super detailed report with photos, videos, everything to show me exactly what the issues are and what might be coming on the horizon. I have never had such a thorough inspection with detailed information and explained in a way that I could actually understand. We were also given a military discount, so Ramsey is military friendly. Ramsey did it again. My honda crv was having a transmission issue. Called few transmission shops and they were all too busy to even look at it. Ramsey said bring it in and they diagnosed an electrical problem. Fixed the issue and offered upcoming maintenance that vehicle needed. Own a 2005 Infiniti G35X. Car was showing multiple issues, with the latest issue being the failure of the traction control system. Ramsey Repair did excellent root cause analysis and found multiple issues on my car. After making the fixes, my now drives and performs as it did when I first bought it. Engine performance is noticeably better, the noise problems are gone, and the fabled G35X handling is back. I was preparing to look for a new car, but now I can drive my dream car for many more miles. Very highly recommend this company. And aside from all the technical fixes, they helped with some cosmetic fixes. Our engine overheated while pulling our travel trailer to Texas on New Year s Eve day. After calling around to several places, a gentleman recommended Colton at Ramsey Repair. He happened to be in the shop cleaning and told us to get towed over and he would be happy to look at it. After doing diagnostics and troubleshooting he found a cracked coolant reservoir and differential fluids were milky. Couldn t get a part til Tuesday because of the holiday but he got it fixed and we are on our way.I highly recommend Ramsey Repair and Colton. Can t say enough ..professional, honest, fair prices and very clean shop.If you need anything done to your vehicle, don t hesitate to call Colton. He ll do a great job!

I had great service at Ramsey Repair, he was able to negotiate for the place that messed up my car to pay in full for my engine replacement. Colten was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He went above and beyond. He was willing to work with me during hours when he does not usually take appointments when my car broke down and then when it was ready he stayed 20 minutes after closing time so I could arrive in a taxi and pick up my car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The crew at Ramsey go the extra mile to make sure you understand what is going on with your car. I bought a used Mercedes Sprinter Van 2013 last Dec from an Iraq guy from the facebook market place. The 3rd day the sprinter van stopped on the highway. The seller refused to take the van back and gave us refund, not even the discounted refund. This is the biggest investment in my life after I came to the USA. I was so sad. Fortunately we found Ramsey. They fixed our van after changing the engine for a new refurbished engine and turbo booster and other related issues. Now we can drive the van again (like a new one, 0 milage) with 3-year warrantee. I am so happy about it. I think it is worth it even though the expenses are very high (materials, engine and labor etc.) considering my income. Ramsey has given me some free work. I am grateful. Ramsey is trustworthy. And they can provide creative solutions.
