Absolutely incredible service. The pipe under my Impala was dragging along the ground and I needed to make a two hour trip later that night. They got me in quick and got everything fixed up so I can make the drive without worry! Technician did an incredible job and was super easy to work with. A+++. Not only did Kevin respond to my email, but he also gave me a great option that was exactly what I wanted and at a lower cost than what I was planning. When it comes to exhaust work, I wouldn't trust anywhere else. This location treats everyone that walks through the door as if they have been friends for years. I had a pretty good idea what I needed before going in, Mark confirmed my suspicion. Took care of it in less time than I expected. When it comes to Exhaust, Brakes, & Struts, this is the only place to go.

I heard good things about Professional Muffler and took my car in to have the front brakes checked, as they specialize in brakes.Another shop where I had an oil change told me the front brakes needed to be replaced.The guys at Professional Muffler were professional, courteous and helpful!They inspected my brakes and called me promptly to let me know that my brakes didn't yet need to be replaced. They told me what % worn down they were, and suggested I check them again in several months based on the amount I drive.I asked for an estimate and they had my car and estimate waiting for me when I arrived.This was my first experience with Professional Muffler and I'll definitely go back.Thank you, Kevin and Brendon!Service: Brakes

Highly recommend... Randy and the other guys at professional muffler in cedar rapids on 3rd street will take care of you. Competent mechanics quick service and affordable prices... Ive been going here for years. Customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. Well done Randy and the crew.

Best Muffler shop in the CR area, and not limited to just mufflers. I've been trusting them to do work on my vehicles since I started driving "due to my Mother recommending them to me". Randy and Mark are awesome and very very thorough when it comes to getting things done right the 1st time. Prices are Very fair and reasonable

I remember as a child going to randy office with my quarters getting candy.. always friendly honest and works there butts off. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism at this shop. I was told by a VW dealership (I will not name which) that I needed new rear brake pads and rotors. After shopping around for the cheapest service I stumbled upon Professional Muffler Inc. They did a full inspection on my vehicle and come to find out I did not need new brake pads or rotors. In fact, they have an additional 50% life left. This scenario is a testament to the selflessness of these mechanics. Kevin could have easily replacement my brakes and taken my money, but instead he called me and thoroughly explained the situation.Service: Brakes

I had a relatively simple issue, and most other places in town wanted to install a brand new part. That would be fine, only my car is just a $1500 beater, so I obviously don't want to be putting into it too much.They fixed the issue very quickly, and the price was way better than I even hoped to get it for.They were very courteous during the whole process, I definitively would say that they are a business worth keeping in my list of recommendable places.

Came highly recommended by many friends and exceeded my expectations! Got the work done quickly and at an extremely fair price. They diagnosed and repaired a problem that another shop were unable to even diagnose. Also, terrific communication by calling me with updates and before they charged me for anything.I will be returning here often (but hopefully not too often). Thanks Pro Muffler! A++

They did a great job welding stainless steal piping under my 2016 f250 superduty. They put hangers under it and we re quick and professional! The pricing was good as well! I d highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs!!

I visited the Professional Muffler auto repair shop in Cedar Rapids Iowa and as always this is my number ONE go to mechanics for questions and to have my repairs done. Randy is an awesome man and 100% a trusted mechanic and his auto repair shop is the best anywhere I have ever seen and gone to for what I needed to have worked on and done with the services they have to offer. The price is very fair and cant beat that when they are 100% a trusted mechanic shop.

Came here out of the blue. They hooked us up with a amazing price. Car sounds amazing after v pipes were replaced. Will be coming back here in the future for any muffler problems or replacements. Was $700 then the two other muffler places we had quotes from. Amazing!

Wonderful service. Dropped my car off the tow truck on a sunday without even talking to them..called on Monday morning to let them know key was in drop box and what was wrong.Picked it up on Tuesday fixed. Great job and great price.
