I've been here twice. Corry was amazing. He changed my front headlights. My front headlights are very difficult to change and he worked at it for about 45 minutes! Went in a second time due to a check engine light on. They did a reading to let me know what was wrong.

Every time I call for every time I come in there's somebody that's friendly and extremely knowledgeable able to help willing to do so and they almost always have what I need. Awesome staff

I was in and out in 15 min tops. I needed a new headlight bulb for my sienna. I walked in lady behind the register asked me if I needed help said here's what I'm looking for she went right to it in the back pull it out paid for it was out and less than 15 minutes. Went home change the bulb and under five and the whole thing was done it's a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Robby, the manager, and a new employee that was helping me, though I did not catch her name. Robby did an amazing job scaffolding the new employee with how to get the products pulled up on the computer, and then the next steps, all while having a customer of his own. Both the other customer and I understood the reasoning behind the delay, but we were absolutely fine with it. I have to say my biggest compliment is that Robby didn't make the employee seem like her questions were a burden, and he didn't demean her for not being able to complete a task on her own. He was explaining everything step by step allowing her to find the screen, but he did take over. Even though he took over the computer, he made sure to show and explain the steps to her in how to get there.

They were able to help me find pieces to help me put together a new natural gas line to my water heater. Ha !!! Tell me I can't change out parts and gas lines to fix a water heater instead of letting a (name withheld) but the initials are BF plumbing co.put one in for $3600.00. Thank you O'Reilly. You saved me some serious cash. I trust these guys and ladies with anything. They are all amazing.Q-ball BTJ

I didn't have to wait long and even though I just needed a price I was treated respectfully. Unlike that other auto parts store. They're out in the zone. They didn't want to honor their warranty they were just short of hostile actually. I hate the thought of buying another battery but I wouldn't want anyone to go thru what I experienced. Save yourself the aggravation and shop at O'REILLY'S. And even if they don't carry muffler bearings and blinker fluid they'll still be nice to you. Remember toSHOP AT O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS

Just last week we were in Waterloo at a different parts store and had perfect service - beyond perfect! Tonight, unfortunately, we had a very unhappy worker helping - or actually, not helping us. Really too bad that people have to be so grumpy at work. If y'all don't like your job, there are plenty out there .

Tracy was amazing!! She even changed out the headlight bulb on my son's vehicle. My husband kept putting it off! This is a safety concern and as a mother it was SO fantastic to have someone care about another person's safety!! 10 star's!!

Danny was a terrible guy and was mean to anyone who talked to him. He has no respect for military members and was extremely rude to a military member asking for a discount. Just take your business elsewhere so you don t have to deal with know it all guys who really don t know anything about a car.

I should start by saying I know a worker here personally, which is why my wife stopped in to get a vacuum for her semi. The manager was slightly rude, and one employee who likes to jump in on every sale (probably trying to be honestly helpful) just got in the way and complicated thing. The store itself in decent and falls in line with others in the chain

We were not at O'Reilly's....we were across the street at Jim's Tune Up. Jim also does brake alignment. We have done business with him since 1967. He is an outstanding individual...he can be trusted in all matters. He has repaired our vehicles...doing big jobs and something as small as a light bulb. We truly depend on him and his crew.

I went to O'Reilly auto parts at the 18th ave store SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I asked the young man Nicholas who was the assistant manager if he would do a scan on my car. He was AWESOME!! So polite and came out and did the scan. He took the time to explain it to me which I so appreciate!! That's why I go to this O'Reilly's. It's because of people like Nichols that make a difference!! Thanks You Nicholas!!

The older guy there with gray hair was extremely rude to me. I bought headlights today & asked to have help replacing one of them. Waited about 15 minutes to have him come out and do absolutely nothing. He told me I could do them by myself and I kid you not he said and I quote "Ma'am it's not illegal to drive with one headlight". I was so mad and totally disrespected, he refused to help me put the headlight in & told me I could do it myself. I will never go to O'Reilly's again & they really need to start doing an evaluation on their employees!!

It's always a pleasure to do business with the people that work here, as I'm in the automotive business and have to purchase parts all the time.. They are always friendly and happy to help find the parts or goods we need in a friendly, efficient way.. Thank you to the people that work here!

For the price I paid for the battery they should have installed it , washed and waxed my car. It was also more expensive then they told me on the phone by $50 Free battery installation ...ya right! They should take that sign down because their employees would rather lick the grout off the tile then offer assistance. Polite but not proactive service...

Generally a great store, the last time I was there in need of break pads desperately! They told me they had them and they were pulled and waiting, so I went into town to pick them up and they couldn't find them. I waited for 20 minutes with 2 people looking before I had to give up and go down the road.
