Never have trouble finding a part here. NE Center Point Rd often has the part in stocks when other locations don't.

Johnny was condescending and rude. He was of no help to me what so ever. He took a call in the middle of ringing me up. No sense of urgency at all. I won t be back for my automotive needs.

They closed early after knowing I was on my way. I drove an hour to get there for a special part and got there and they were closed early. Poor salesmen

Tried charging me almost double for some bull core charge and when I told them I wasn t able to afford it they said they couldn t sell it to me. Thanks for the friendly and kind service! I m sure they won t help when my car breaks down, don t think I ve ever been more annoyed and upset in my life

Everyone at the store was great I was having an issue after I had a repair done and that repair shop was closed so I went to O'Reilly's and they helped me out as much as they could and we're generous, understanding, and helped me feel better because I was just so stressed out trying to get my children home which is 35 MI away they helped with reassurance too. All around these people are great I would definitely go back!

I will never come back to this store again. The way I got treated was unacceptable and very unprofessional, some reason my battery died and I got stranded at a nearby Walmart so I had to come to O Reilly s to get a new battery, keep in mind I m stranded 2 hours away from home. Kyle and Jeremiah both were rude when I asked if they could put it in for me considering I am a female and I don t know what I m doing. When asked they refused to help me when my uncle is an store manager at another O reilly s and he said that it is a policy and they have to but they choose not to probably because it was close to closing time. Will not recommend!!! But it is okay this nice gentleman Mike another employee from another O Reilly s is helping me even with being off the clock!

This morning I stop in at advance auto down the road ask them if they change a lite bulb they said no. I drove next to u guys asked if they change a blinker lite bulb and this guy said yes let's go and see what kind U need. He got his tools but didn't had a star tool but I did. He used it I also had the lite bulb. He removed my old one and installed the bulb that I had already in my van. I would highly recommend this store. He did a great job even if I didn't buy anything ! Great service great customer service excellent store. Thanks for having awesome employees

This particular Oreilly auto parts is awesome because they are actually willing and ready to install your new vehicle battery within minutes of your purchase and most of the staff knows what u are talking about or need they are very friendly they will help carry put your items and are willing to check under your hood to see what your talking about exactly !! Helpful workers great job guys !! A big 10 star rating !!!! Go mt vernon road oreiily auto parts

I called here a few weeks back to see about a car part and the guy went above and beyond to find out where my car park came from even though I wasn't from his store he helped me find out what store came from and actually called the store to find out if he was actually right or not and come to find out he was and he helped me with that so it's not just a money thing that there after they really are truly caring about the customers

We all had just been through the 2020 Derecho in Cedar Rapids on Monday. There was still no power in the city as of Wednesday when I came into the store. The three folks here had a generator powering two point-of-sale terminals and were doing their best to help (sometimes cranky) customers that were coming in for generators. In the midst of all this I came in with a 27 style battery that had been sold to me by the Charles City, IA, store under the pretense that it was a 27F style (you can see the whole story by going to my review of that store). The lady at the counter didn t find anything in the computer that had the 710 Cold Cranking Amp capacity I needed with the terminals in the correct position. But, she took the time to search (in the dark) what she had in inventory in the back of the store and found one that was correct. She took the other battery as a direct swap. I want to say that these folks went the extra mile for me in a time where they were struggling, too. I will remember that when I have future auto parts needs. Thank you!!!

Went here to get a turn signal bulb for my car. Did the typical gave the year, make model, and any other additional information they needed. And they gave me the wrong part. I did this twice. I don t live in town, making things even more of a hassleI don t think I ll be coming here anymore. Not because of the service, but because of the lack of knowledge of the salesman.

Drove 40 min to get a fuel pump with lifetime warranty just to get home and find out it was no good . Go to exchange it and was told it was out of warranty , but they did exchange it for a good one

Don't think that half thier counter help are females that they don't know what they are doing. Those girls are on top of it! They are better at understanding your problem than most guys. Love the service from all thier sales team members.
