Since moving to the area recently this is the 1st time we've had our oil changed at the Williams Blvd, Cedar Rapids location. Paul was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, friendly, provided excellent customer service, explained extra optional services with no up-sale pressure. I highly recommend & will continue to use their service.

I was faced with an emergency when my car which was parked at the airport had died. I contacted Progressive Insurance for towing and it linked me with Midas which was listed first among many others. It had great ratings so I went with it. I think I communicated with 3 or 4 different employees during the whole ordeal of getting the car towed and fixing the car and every interaction was incredibly positive and reassuring. I would make a point to seek out this mechanic if the opportunity arose again.

Austin did a great job replacing the brakes on my car. Explained everything very well and didn't take long at all! Definitely recommend this shop.

Paul and Austin were amazing, I'm from Dallas and they give excellent service compared to most places there. Also very well informed and knowledgeable with the willing to educate on all potential possibilities. The oil change and trip was worth the money!

Have two techs working on my car Collin and Nathen. Does great work and offered a fair price. Shoutout to Midas for coming in the clutch on the wheelbarrow. Will be back for any other service. Five star place to be at.

Midas has some of the friendliest mechanics I've come across. They showed me everything wrong so I knew I wasn't getti.g uncharted for anything I want sure about. Excellent experience. I will use Midas over Tires plus and every other shop. Thank you for your services!!!

Mike was awesome on fixing my vehicle! Broke down out of town and got it fixed and going withing a few hours! Paul the manager was awesome and so nice at getting my vehicle fixed and so was the assistant manager Adam! Great place!

The staff at Midas is very helpful and Paul even took the time to return my call when I had reached out after hours! I checked their availability and they allowed me to stop in without an appointment. Due to the simple nature and lower labor for my repair their mechanic Mike diagnosed and installed all the parts to get my car back in order! If you need good quality service and a person oriented staff check out the Midas shop!

These guys are absolutely awesome! They helped me out a couple of weeks ago when I flew into CR and my car wouldn't start. The price was beyond reasonable. I was traveling and upset and I could tell that they really cared. They made sure I was road ready before allowing me to finish my travels. I really appreciated their concern and service!

The Midas team was great!! They were able to get us out in time to get on our camping trip. Adam and Paul ,both managers, helped to make our time-frame for camping possible. Austin was the technician that solve our brake and cooling system issues. The truck drove and brakes worked great!! The heater worked excellent.
