Excellent and professional service. The Meineke team in Cedar Rapids, IA, Council St are top notch service people. I have taken both of my vehicles here. I had an air conditioning problem which they thoroughly diagnosed. They did not throw parts at the AC.I found I needed new rotors and break pads for the front axel of my second vehicle. I made an appointment online and left a note of what I needed done. I loved that they had the parts ready for when I arrived. No fuss at all. They completely did as I asked them to do! They do not try to upsell anything!If you need vehicle repairs or service then I highly recommend Meineke Cedar Rapids, IA. No upselling, no low down unnecessary extras. They give their professional advice and let you decide what is best for your budget and needs. THANK YOU!

After going to a major dealer for a muffler and breaks issue, the guys at Meineke took the time, same day, to diagnose the issues, fixed 1 on the spot and will be fixing the other. The big dealership was going to charge me for work that didn't need to be done. Very happy with the service at Meineke. Highly recommend.

I've always loved Meineke. Anytime I come here, I KNOW I can trust their work and their advice. It's affordable and i know they arent going to try and sell me wrk i don't really need. They work fast, and are always really nice. It's the only place I want to go in this area

I have went here for years and I feel like they operate with integrity. They don t try to take advantage of someone like me who doesn t have much automotive knowledge but is trying to keep her car in the best condition. I feel like I am being given honest and the most reasonable options.

Nathan, Meineke manager, displayed professional customer service and expert knowledge of his trade! His mechanics did a fantastic job installing 4 new brake rotors and pads in addition to changing my oil! I m extremely pleased with their work and will return for work on my vehicle! Thanks much!

Popped a tire and got a donut on. Meineke was the closest shop so I tried them. They welcomed me in even though it was super close to their closing time! By the next morning they had an estimate for me only 30 minutes after they opened. Picked my car up later that day. Amazing nice people and amazing prices. Definitely recommend.

Knowing that Nathan will make sure services and repairs are done right and not done if they are not needed. It is the reason I come back and recommend Meineke Cedar Rapids for car care and repair to friends and family. Car repairs are expensive, and I think too much, but it is good to find a shop you can trust.

I regularly take my vehicle to them for oil changes. My car indicated I had low pressure in one of my tires. I just stopped in and they gave me the time to check all 4 times and adjusted the pressure in them. Then the other day my check engine light came on. I again just stopped in and they took the time to do a diagnostic check for me. This was all at no charge. What a great experience! We came from another local dealer because we felt we were getting the runaround and overpriced.We called in and spoke to Isaiah, who was a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable, polite, and very detailed. I honestly couldn't ask for more.They are seriously busy so appointments are about a week out. I had to think seriously about leaving a review because it could get even busier :P!The pricing and labor cost were amazing. The entire experience was wonderful! Thanks to new ownership a couple years ago, this is a completely different place!Thanks for all you do Meineke team, and thanks Isaiah for going above and beyond on detail when explaining what is going on with our vehicle :)!

I ve been going to Meineke in Cedar Rapids for 7+ years. Been going that long because they are great to me and my fam. They don t try and screw you over w fixing things you don t need. And they are always looking for ways to save you money, while still give your car great service.

I selected Meineke to transfer my trailer tires from the steel wheels they were mounted on to new aluminum wheels.purchased online. The process went smoothly and quickly, with absolutely no marring of the new wheels. Price was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They serviced our A/C that was leaking and watching it over 2 visits they pinpointed the leak, fixed and replaced what was needed the same day. Very personable and friendly. Took vehicle in to Meineke for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I told the employee that I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After paying I got the receipt that showed an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I checked the tires that I had previously marked and found out that they had not rotated any tires. When called their employee stated that the tire rotation was not performed based on their inspection. They did not inform me before I left that the tire rotation was not done or give the option to have them rotated after their inspection. Very disappointed. I will not go back to Meineke again. I hope they actually changed my oil. I asked for the store owner's contact information, but they refused to share it. I'm considering contacting the Meineke corporate headquarters in North Carolina as I have that contact information now. Seems like they might be concerned if their employees knowingly do not perform a service in a package deal then put that service on the receipt as if it was performed in order to hide the fact that the service was not performed. Sounds like potential fraud, but I'll need someone with a law degree to advise me on that. Bottom line, if you go to Meineke, mark your tires in such a way that you can verify the tire rotation is actually completed..Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

The Meineke on Council in Cedar Rapids is great. They noted I had a bad wheel bearing. The bearing had actually been replaced less than a year ago. Since it was under warranty, the original mechanic took care of it. However, had I gone out of town with it it would ve been bad news. Update: upon inspecting one of my cars that I took over for an alignment I see that the camber and caster were not changed when I had the alignment done. So I paid them for an alignment that they did not fully complete.Took one of my cars to tires plus on the SW side and they told me they couldn't align it and the frame must be bent. Brought it over to Meineke and they got it aligned no problem and quick too.
