Scheduled my car at 9am. Didn't get a call. I just showed up. My window never got fixed. The sliding door I wanted repaired was just lubbed. Got charged a 150 an hour for a diagnostic fee. And that's a fee per job. Also was quoted 1300$ for a heating solenoid to repair my heated seat plus labor is my guess. 6 hours for my car to sit and not get worked on while all of the other vehicles that were serviced were in and out before mine. Seriously for these three things to get looked at and not even a single report of what was done. Or an actual time stamp that implies what was said and done is beyond my mental capacity for this business.

Unfortunately, I have to remove my 5 star review and mark it down to 2. I have purchased nearly all of my vehicles and bikes from a McGrath dealership. I also get all of my service for my vehicles done by a McGrath dealer.I took my truck in for an oil change and a 60k mile service. I was invoiced $1,256 for the work, which I approved via their online system. Yes, that is expensive for the work performed, but not too far above average. When I went to pick the truck up, I was slapped with a bill of more than $2,000. I showed the rep the invoice and he said that it was not correct as it does not include shop supplies. What shop supplies add $750? This is purely consumables as parts & labor are included in the invoice.I would have declined this ludicrous price if they were honest in their invoice that was sent to me. I'm sure if I pressed it I would be able to fight it after discussing it with IA consumer protection.It is not worth my time, but they did lose a loyal customer and all future vehicle purchases and services.

Almost $1000 to replace one upper control arm on a RAM when a ball joint broke (while in the shop). Over half of that price in labor alone. I spoke with multiple other shops who quoted substantially less, but because the vehicle wasn t drivable I wasn t able to go elsewhere without paying towing fees. While I appreciate the work, I think the pricing is ridiculous, because they are large and well known they can charge whatever they want.

Great service. The purchase of the vehicle was slow just like any place. But the service was absolutely top notch. We went for 1 truck i had seen on line and left with a much nicer truck. Store was very clean. Customer service was friendly just like I have received in the past. 1 small hiccup with the car radio but I assume the dealership will take care of it. I would be extremely surprised if they did not fix it as they seem to be extremely focused on giving you the best experience you can get. The vehicle selection was amazing and if they did not have it on the lot and ready they seriously just sent some one to another store to get it. I will never shop another dealership again. I highly recommend McGrath as the next place you shop for any vehicles.

Thank you for going the extra to secure a rental while my car was being fixed. Thank you for working with the extended warranty insurance company and completing the repairs in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate Tanner and the time he spent navigating the problems that arose and handling them in a professional manner.

I was quoted a price of about $90 for an oil change and when I checked out I was told it was closer to $150 and they also did not give me a free wash with my service however I will say they got me in and out in approximately 1 hour with an appointment

I have bought several vehicles from them but lately thier service department has sucked. I am not sure if it's because the last vehicle I bought was not from them but they are still a Ram service center and i feel they should still treat me like a customer. I have called several times and I get this BS about " I will have service call you back" and I never get any calls back. Very disappointed and they have lost a customer that has been buying from them since 2012 and over 7 new vehicles

So it should take around 30 mins for an oil change roughlythe 2 times my wife and I took our jeep in it took them an hour and a half literally shouldn't take that long highly doubt after we use up our last free oil.change we will continue to take our vehicle tjereService: Oil changeService: Oil change
