I want to start my review by saying that I had an excellent experience here. The people I worked with were Nicole E. And Jordan L. I want to say that I'm writing this review on my own. I wasn't given anything for it or asked to. I just feel everyone did so great that I want others to know. Anyways Nikki did wonderful all around! We talked on the phone before I even met her in person. I went over what vehicle I had and that I wanted to trade it in. We then discussed what I wanted in a different vehicle. I had a 2017 Jeep Cherokee that I liked but it didn't have android auto and my interest was at 21.7% and I didn't like my monthly payment and felt I should have something newer with more features as I was paying like $540 a month for it.Long story short... Nikki listened to me. She got me in a newer vehicle that has android auto, lower interest and less miles. It does of course cost a little more but I'm okay with that considering it has more features and is something I like more. Not only that but it also has blind spot monitoring and also park assist.. so that when I'm backing up if I'm about to hit something it'll beep. It can even brake so you don't hit something while backing up! Not that that's ever been an issue for me but it's awesome to have and may come in handy someday. It also has a motorized rear hatch!From start to finish Nikki was the perfect level of professional and friendly. She did great with answering all of my questions, treating me like a person. She helped make it not only a seamless experience but she made it fun and informative. After I was done with paperwork and ready to drive the new jeep away she had my trade in and my new one parked side by side so that it would be easier to move my belongings from one to the other. Not only that.. but she even helped! It was very thoughtful and kind of her and I've never had another dealership do that. So if you're looking for someone that's going to listen to you that's great at answering questions and goes above and beyond then I recommend her and this dealership.I also worked with Jordan which did excellent with explaining what options were available such as rustproofing, gap, etc. We went over what I felt I did and didn't want and what I could and couldn't afford. Usually I really dislike the paperwork part of the process at dealerships because other ones make me feel pressured to get stuff I don't really need. Jordan didn't do that though. He explained what was available, the cost and the details of the available options and I was able to make my own decisions after I asked all my questions. It was nice to just be able to ask questions and then not be pressured for once like at other dealerships. I also met a new person named Zach that tagged along for the paperwork process as he's new. He was also very nice and I wish him the best with his career!So for those that read my full review here's a quick recap: I had a vehicle from a different dealership that I liked but it was a high interest rate and it didn't have some features that I wanted, the miles were at 130K and I didn't want to wait forever to trade it in. I worked with the amazing people I mentioned earlier and ended up in a different Jeep that's newer, has less miles, more features and a better interest rate.I also have some advice since I've bought a few vehicles over the years and been to my fair share of dealerships: No matter where you go it's important you feel respected, that your questions are being answered and that the salespeople are listening to your needs. Learn things while you're there.. it's important to know your credit score, your interest rate, what your monthly payment will be, what your loan term will be, who your lender will be if you're making payments and not buying outright, etc.I suggest people give this place the opportunity to give them as good as an experience that I have had and I look forward to being here again when it's time! Had to travel a bit from Des Moines but I found a good deal with a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Salesman and support team done a good job getting me in and out.My only complaint is when selling a "Used" vehicle please ensure that it is cleaned and fresh smelling. When I drove the vehicle briefly last Saturday in my return home that smell wreaked as I seemed to carry it to my own vehicle and I had to spend some time cleaning it from the smell of the used one.Otherwise, the team there as promised cleaned it, gased it up and the two transporters who drove the vehicle here were professional. Thank you.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit today to look at a specific Durango and ended up buying it on the spot. No pressure during the sales process, no arm twisting on the upsell during financing... just friendly service with a "feels like family" approach.Jared and Bryce, thanks for helping us through this process and surprising us with a wonderful new Durango!

After totaling my vehicle, I was completely dreading the process of searching for a new car. The staff at this location made this experience absolutely stress free. We worked with Matthew T and Bryce C, and I can't say enough good things about their professionalism. I never felt pressured to make a decision, it truly felt like they were looking out for my best interest. Thank you gentlemen getting me into a truck that met and exceeded my requirements.

I bought a used 2017 dodge charger. I worked primarily with Andrew l. Andrew made the whole process for me super easy. He tried tailoring the experience to me as best as possible.I came in when Andrew was out of office and was assisted by Ken. Ken gave me some basic information on the car and allowed me to test drive it on my own, which helped me make my decision. Ken was not pushy and was very respectful of the fact I was working with Andrew.Only negative I had, the car I was highly interested in had an accident. which I was unaware of, and would not have known if I did not carfax it on my own. (Which is a good idea anyway). Never got much information on the accident even after bringing it up.All in all though Andrew and Ken were good to work with.

We stopped in McGrath looking for my daughter s first car. Our sales gal, Nikki E. was fabulous to work with! She went above and beyond (including coming in on her day off) to get us the perfect car for our daughter. There was zero pressure from Nikki and we loved that she took the time to ask our daughter about her vehicle preferences and must haves while being realistic about her budget. We would absolutely recommend working with Nikki @ McGrath and will do so for all our car needs in the future :)

Bryce Cardis was wonderful to work with. He assisted us in finding a safe and reliable car for our college daughter. He approach was compassionate and not pressured. We typically do not purchase from dealers but this was a great experience. Highly recommend him and McGrath!

Overall, my experience here has been good. They have good customer service and provide things like shuttles and a nice waiting room. The service desk I found to be curt and argumentative, and I did get frustrated at points with a lack of communication. I had an appointment at 9 am on a Saturday for an oil change, waited till 11, hadn t even started it yet. We re short on techs then don t make me an appointment if you re unable to keep them. I went home and it wasn t done until 1 o clock. I ve bought two cars from them and the experience was pretty smooth and they try to help you with financing and whatnot. The sales team are a pleasure to work with.

If you're looking for a new or used car look no further. These people have you covered!! I've been buying cars for over 35 years and we bought a used car from them this summer. Long gone are the dealerships that fill up your new purchase with gas and treat you like your business matters. Well look no further! From the beginning they were helpful and a pleasure to deal with, no lowball offer on our trade. Andrew went out of his way to send videos of the vehicle before I even came in and when I arrived the following day he was off work but no worries Dylan and Brody had it covered for him. All the staff was pleasant and professional!! I don't leave a lot of reviews but these people earned it so stop in and see them I'm sure you'll be glad you did. Thanks again for such a good experience!!!

I am truly at a loss for words when it comes to expressing my gratitude for the exceptional services provided by McGarth. From the moment I reached out to them all the way from Virginia, I was connected with Mr. Gary who went above and beyond to provide me with detailed and realistic information about the car I was interested in. Not only did he provide me with videos and pictures, but he also preemptively answered 18 out of the 20 questions I had, demonstrating an incredible level of attentiveness. To my surprise and delight, McGarth even arranged to pick me up from the airport upon my arrival. Within just one hour, all the necessary paperwork was completed, and I was handed the keys to a car that had been fully serviced and had a full tank of gas. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend dealing with this dealership. McGarth's impeccable service sets them apart from the rest.

I always receive wonderful service from friendly people. I love the personalized videos they send that I can then forward on to my partner. They are also so friendly to my therapy dog who is always with me.

The staff were knowledgeable, professional and VERY low pressure. I had done a lot of research and they listened and respected my questions. The final deal was agreeable to all and quickly put together. I m not crazy about buying cars, but I would definitely do it here again.

Purchased a used 2018 Subaru Crosstrek;By far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Matt was super fun to work with, he was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Buying a vehicle is always stressful and everyone at this location made it a fun experience (which is how it should be).This is the first location I will visit whenever I buy vehicles in the future and Matt would absolutely be the first choice of people I would want to work with.The Subaru drives like a dream and I'm over the moon with my purchase!!

Trey was very personable and professional this was greatly appreciated due to the fact this was mostly an internet/out of state transaction. Trey worked with us and helped my wife return a rental car and go over the finer points of our new Jeep. Jordan was also very professional and knowledgeable regarding how to complete financing of the Jeep with me in California and my wife in Iowa. Thanks to both gentlemen and hoping the rest of our relocation to Iowa goes this smooth.

Gary made the long hours in the building more than worth it, going above and beyond to get me in a vehicle that is not only what I wanted, but will be safe for my family for years to come.Mcgrath and Gary made me feel like they would do anything to earn a relationship with my family and I. Promptly got my truck in. Offered me a 3 oil service/tire rotation package at a cost savings which I purchased. They promptly connect with me via text to welcome me and keep me updated. They sent me a clear video with audio explaining what they were inspecting with their opinion. They completed the service well before the quoted time, and they sent me a follow-up text the next day to see if everything was going well.

Super Nice and Patient sales people!! Shawn never got frustrated with my numerous questions and indecisiveness. Craig was nice and professional also . Definitely worth the drive from Muscatine to get this great customer service. Really the best car buying experience I have ever had.

McGrath Dodge is a joke! I have had countless issues w/ them from the day I purchased my Jeep, which was brand new. Part of the deal when I purchased my Jeep was I wanted the undercoating done & GPS. Made that crystal clear to the sales rep & sales manager. Well, after it was all said and done . I had to fight them tooth & nail to get the undercoating done. They continued to dodge me on scheduling the GPS as promised. Which 5 years later was never installed. Then, my lift gate went out. Which should have been covered by my warranty. Well, 4 advisors & 2 years later . Still hasn t been fixed. And now that my warranty has expired they are all about scheduling an appointment to get it looked at. Why you ask? Because they want more money from me. Pat McGrath makes ALL the promises to get your business, but once your check cashes . Absolutely zero follow through. They are on to the next sale!

Classic buying a car situation, seemed like they cared more about how much money they could get out me rather than actually get me setup in a car im.looking for. The sales rep i was working with Trey provided a couple but nothing great and when negotiating prices would hardly move at all and quite frankly the offers were offensive including the trade in offer. The Sales rep reach on on 12/21 keep in mind I've been shopping for a car for about 3 months now so only hearing from him once was kinda off putting and not to mention the fact they he stated he has been trying to reach me but most definitely has not. I emailed him back the same say stating that I havnt heard from him since are last visit and to no surprise on this fay of 1/13 I still have heard nothing back. Needless to say this is ine I don't us superstores or big dealerships. All about the money not the customer.

Bought a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee and within one day of the car being in my possession the check engine late came on. Decided to turn the air on and the hot air doesn t work either. Scheduled an appointment at 7:15 Wednesday morning it is currently 12:30 on Friday and I haven t heard a single word back about my vehicle.I ve texted and called and have still not heard a word from my service advisor. I ve had this car for less than a month and it s been longer amount of drive I ve even driven it around. I am extremely unhappy and surprised with the lack of communication and professionalism I ve received during this process.When selling a car simple things like warm air should be checked out before allowing someone to drive it off the lot, I understand you have no idea when a check engine light will turn on.However when something like this does occur I would expect to be helped urgently and treated respectfully. I have received neither of those. Steven (my service advisor) should not be getting paid for half this week as he has not been doing his job.I expect to have my car returned to me promptly and to receive some sort of reimbursement for my time being wasted like this. Figure this out ASAP, I would like to drive the car I bought.

McGrath and more specifically Bryce Cardis were fantastic with my recent car purchase. I am from out of town and drove 4 hours to pickup my new vehicle. Bryce was great with his communication (included multiple personalized videos - nice touch) and I never once felt pressured or bullied into make a decision (which I can t say for other dealers in my search )and felt like a friend at the end of the process.. Highly recommend Bryce!

I had an exceptional experience working with Drew O. and Cal F. at McGrath and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Went to them for help with my warranty on my Dodge Challenger and they refused to help. Went to another dealer and they helped. Would not recommend going to McGrath to buy a car we tried buying a Challenger from them too or for service work.
