I had initially brought my vehicle in shortly after buying it due to a tire that wasn t holding air (Nov). So @ one point they gave me a new tire when they determined the old one wasn t fixable. Then shortly later, my tire kept going low again & I thought it was the same problem. When I had a pop-up notice that my parking brake needed to be serviced, I brought it in then and asked for them to also check the tire but it got missed and so I had to schedule another appointment when I realized that. It ended up I had picked up a nail so they took it off and patched it and now it s holding air so alI is now finally good.

Jacob was especially easy to do business with. No pressure. Definitely fulfilled our needs in a new pickup. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would.

The service department is outstanding!! They fixed an ongoing problem I had in Oregon. The mechanics didn t stop until my Acadia was working perfectly. The shuttle driver, Tifanie, was polite, friendly and professional. I requested her for my pickup and drop off both times. This is the best service department I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I recently purchased my 2024 Chevy Tahoe from here. Matt Rhodes was our salesman and he was amazing! I would highly recommend him. He was very polite, helpful and made the process very smooth.

We had a very positive experience with Tyler Feldmann and the McGrath team during our recent purchase. Tyler listened to our specs and found us a great vehicle. He made the transaction easy and relatively painless. I would highly recommend Tyler if you are looking for a different vehicle.

I cannot express how much I appreciate the team at McGrath! Working through purchasing....we're repeat buyers....and a few glitches...every single person knew us and any issues or questions we had...helped, and made us feel like we were the only folk they had ever sold to. That is why we went back and will go back again! We are definitely family McGrath!!!

The guys here are great! It was my first experience buying a car on my own, and everyone made it as easy and seamless as possible. From the moment I reached out with interest on my car McGrath made me feel like they really cared and not only wanted but valued my time and possible purchase. The day of purchase I worked with Scott, who was amazing!! It was as if I wasn t even doing this stressful activity and just talking to a friend. Jeff also was awesome with keeping me in mind once my car became available. Scott and Jeff set McGrath apart from the other dealerships I was considering just by their communication and kindness alone. Even the business office/finance guys were nice and helpful and made this process easier.

Bought 4 cars here and I should have known better considering I know how McGrath works since I used to work here .First off how the heck is Collin a top salesman? Is that supposed to be a joke? Or Adam a manager. Takes u around a week to run a finance ap! I did for u to make ur job easier and ur lazy butts couldn t call a customer back to say u need to do this or that! It takes me to call a finance manager and yell at him about ur lazy foot work to get something done. And I forget that guys name but he deserves an award he was hands down the best guy to deal with. Now when we got this car I was promised a tow hitch installed and ordered a back car mat for the trunk. This was a huge thing(the hitch) why we didn t buy the one in Lincoln Nebraska that was the same price, same year, had a sunroof, leather and a hitch! Urs had neither! Hence why I was promised a hitch . Now it s been over a month roughly and nobody wants to give an answer what s going on and now the car is in Oklahoma! And not to mention Iowa plates I specifically said I needed Oklahoma .. called again since my husband cannot get anyone to answer and I called the finance manager since last time that actually got answers versus the lazy foot work of the sales team. And I got the vm of Angela Nazario shocker no call back been 3 days now going on and I m not even going to get into the truck I was sold with a slipping transmission years ago.Oh and I found out someone in the finance office gave out information on this car loan and told a guy we don t even know that my husband bought it and the details of the loan . He specifically said he called McGrath for the information .. pretty sure that s illegal?

We bought a new car from Jacob Webber. He was great to work with. We got a fair price on our trade-in too. The entire process was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. We won't hesitate to buy the next car from McGrath and Jacob.

Purchased a new 1 ton dual wheel Denali from them 3 years ago. The vehicle arrived with hand prints on the side of the box from the factory. They told us it was a factory defect and was going to be repainted under warranty and still have full factory warranty.A couple of months later we brought it in for servicing and the mechanic screwed up and rotated the tires, something you cannot do on a dual wheel truck and damaged all of the polished rims. Several thousand dollar mistake which took an act of congress to have them replace. Since we are 3 hours away, they finally shipped us new rims, but refused to pay for the installation $70,000 truck, 3 months old. This winter, the paint on the box side which they had repainted began to peel. No dealer would touch it since it had been painted by McGrath. After seeing pictures, McGrath told me I needed to bring it in for them to inspect, so 3 hour drive up and 3 hour drive back. 10 days later with no response, we called and called again and they told us they wanted to look at it again!??!?Since then we decided to trade the vehicle in and tried to reach Lindsay McGrath and Pat McGrath. If any of you have tried to reach them, they are untouchables or simply do not exist as they are perpetually in meetings and never return calls. After leaving many messages and telling them we need to get the paint fixed so we can trade it in they were very quick on trying to sell us a new truck and telling us that would fix our paint problem. That's ballsy!! Getting screw ups fixed, virtually impossible, but boy are they quick on trying to sell a new vehicle!!And Jared - there's only so many insults you can throw at people, making them drive hundreds of miles and laugh at them telling them to drive back and forth to look at peeling paint. Sorry your service department screwed up the rims when the truck was new - you still owe us for installing the new rims. Sorry your body shop screwed up the paint which is now peeling - $600 quote here to repaint it - that's your expense, not ours.To all who are looking at McGrath's to buy a vehicle - they are Johnny on the Spot until the ink dries...then you are on your own. Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware.***If you did not want to deal with us, why would you send our messages to your sales department? Why would we have emails from several of your staff trying to sell us a new truck over the past 10 days when all we asked was for you to fix the paint which is peeling so we could trade in a clean vehicle? It is unfortunate that a vehicle with 37 miles on it should need some repainting and disheartening that the only part now peeling is what you all repainted. We sincerely apologize that what you consider 'verbal abuse' is asking you all to fix problems you created to begin with. GM & GMC do not seem to think so, and they have correspondence in hand.We are sorry that your mechanic damaged all the polished rims as they were mishandled and and that we had to follow up for months to have you replace them. At 7,000 miles and 10 weeks old, we are embarrassed to have had to ask to have them replaced and even that we got it in writing from you. Everything is in writing and yet there is nothing abusive beyond asking when it would be fixed. We know it cost you all money and you stopped responding when you wouldn't pay for the bill to have the wheels installed. I mean, on a new $70,000+ truck, we can't expect too much, can we? And finally, we are sorry we did not accept your attempts and terms to try to sell us a new vehicle. But can you blame us? We've seen how you ignore customers once the ink is dry and regret if it seemed abusive to you that we did not accept your offer. This review is accurate and you know it. We are not as certain that your people are the problem, most were very nice, but they don't make the calls when things go wrong, do they? It appears to be only you.

We were greeted by a knowledgeable representative, Joe Wilson, who answered our many questions easily and promptly. He was courteous and respectful at all times. Had a quote done for work needing complete on my AC. Price went from $1,800 to 1,500 trying to get my business. Very disappointed with the level of service received and how dishonest the whole process felt for this size of dealer. Had the work completed by another certified tech in town for $1,200 cheaper.

My left turn signal went out and they wanted to charge me over $500+ to fix it. Telling me they had to take the whole front end off. That is a bold faced lie,! I went to O'Reilly's, paid $40 for light. My son took 2 min. To pop it in. There is a panel being each front wheel to replace the bulbs. This company is dishonest and they lie. Don't trust anything they say!

My service advisor was a guy named Donthre. He was excellent. He did everything he said would happen when I dropped off my truck and the follow up was spot on. It took the service tech some time to diagnose the problem but they got it solved. Overall a very positive experience.

We had broken down a few miles north of Cedar Rapids, and right when we went in we felt welcomed. They did their best to help us in our situation. They helped us line up a rental car with complimentary shuttle service to pick it up and they gave us step by step communication with our damaged cars progress!

So on a previous visit to McGrath s I told 2 of the sales managers what kind of used truck I was looking for. Boy did they deliver, they found me exactly what I wanted and it had ridiculously low miles! Go see them at McGrath s used cars and if you re looking for a new Chevy or GMC (or Cadillac) go see Gaige McGreevey or James Steffen.

Jacob and Jeff answered Questions and handled our buying experience very well. Will definitely be a returning costumer. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from McGrath.

Don't waste your time. Look anywhere but here! I was working with Jacob, in the middle of making a deal then he just quit communicating with me. After sending three more emails, he told me the vehicle had sold...Lost my business for life. I am responding to the post which is totally inaccurate. Why would I not have a good relationship with the dealer? And the fact we have been working together for months is not true either. I did reach out the general manager like I was told in the response and shocker...they didn't respond. This is the theme at this dealership...poor communication. Kind of like I was promised if a deal wasn't reached they would fill both our gas tanks...and wait for it...they forgot about that as well. Just flat out lies and awful communication!
