ABSOLUTE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I told Gavin what I wanted and he helped me get there. He didn t try to sell me 20 extra things like all other car dealerships do. I hate the whole car buying process but this was by far the easiest and least stressful I ve ever had. Thanks Gavin for making this my first positive experience ever buying a vehicle!

Excellent service!! My window fell into my door and Gavin knew just what to do. He took my door off and got my window up and on the track in no time! Very handy and helpful I ll definitely be back to buy a car.

Great car buying experience. Found the car through the Facebook marketplace listing, messaged him and got a quick response. Was able to test drive the car and bought the next day. Very easy buying process. Absolutely love the car!

Would 100% buy from here again. Drove from 2 hours away and Gavin worked with me by sending extra videos and stayed after hours to meet with me. Car was just as described and in great condition for a fair price and that has been hard to find since covid. There was no pressure or forced sales tactics, just very calm and laid back. I ended up buying the car I went for, but he had a great selection there and I was interested in them all. Posting this review because all of the good ones were what made me confident in doing business with Gavin. Hope he continues to sell cars so I can buy another one some day when needed.

BUYER BEWAREBought a 2010 CC from Gavin. 3 days later, the engine goes out on the highway with 400 miles on it. Gavin was very difficult to work with and refused to speak with me after I mentioned leaving a bad review if things were not remedied.Total cost to replace motor was 6500. Gavin covered 1k.He buys the Euro cars secondhand from a wholesaler in Waterloo. The margins on these are very small and, as such, he turns around mechanics specials.Got the car back Monday, more than a month later. Just this morning a headlight went out.What should have been a clean $8k purchase has turned into a $16k disaster.

Over the last 3 years I have bought 3 cars from Gavin. With that being said I have had no complaints at all, any issues I ve had he has been more than willing to work through it I will definitely continue to give him my business!

Gavin has helped my husband and I with multiple deals. He helped us buy a vehicle, sell a vehicle, and also performed oil changes on my vehicle. He is trustworthy and does a great job. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! Bought vehicle from here and less than15 minutes after buying, a SHUT ENGINE OFF IMMEDIATELY displayed. Called Gavin who told me to bring it back to him only for him to do absolutely nothing! He did not repair OR even offer to swap for another vehicle on the lot! Ironically, the back of his business card states"Auto Sales, Full Service Repairs, Full Detailing and Ceramic Coating"which I asked him about when I brought the car back and he said he told me HE could not do the needed repairs! I've had several CERTIFIED mechanics inspect the vehicle and tell me it is not road safe and should never be driven! Please be careful when purchasing from this dealer! Clearly there is blatant disregard for human life by selling death traps let alone fair business practices like he falsely advertises on his "business card". Hopefully this place gets fully investigated before someone is seriously injured or killed while operating any of his vehicles.

Gavin was great and super easy to work with. Found the listing on FB and he messaged back within reasonable amount of time and worked with me on meeting to get the deal done. Also worked with me on some issues with the vehicle as well and gave me a reasonable price for my trade.

Not sure what the fuss is about. Gavin was quick to respond to every question. Sent me every pic and video I asked for. 6 speed TSX has been awesome. Drove 4 hours to get it. Car had some cosmetic issues and they worked with me to make me happy. I periodically check their inventory and would not hesitate to drive up there again.

Drove here from Milwaukee and would do it again. Gavin was friendly + no-nonsense, and car was exactly as described. Transaction took maybe 15 mins. He threw in some spare parts after the purchase as well. Very happy with the new ride!

Was looking for a car for my mother in law. Came across a corolla at this location. Took it for a drive and checked it out. Overall solid car, and a great price. Bought it and I now have a happy mother in law with a newer, better car. Thank you Gavin!

Drove 3 hours to look at a van. Asked on the phone if there was any known problems or anything wrong with it he said no. Got there and right away the whole front bumper was duct taped with black duct tape we couldn't see any of it in the pictures. Lights were broke on it, broken mirror. Wish we would of known before driving all the way there. Van also smelt like puke. He hardly said anything so we left without saying a word after driving it.

My brother Bought a car for $20k+ cash and waited over a month for the title with zero updates, every time I called no one answered, and when I do get an answer its always should be here in a couple of days same as I was told the day I picked up the car, and when I asked for a full refund he hung up the phone, very unprofessional and disrespectful, we will be contacting the DOT and will have our attorney handle it from here, worst business I have dealt with to date.
