Just repaired a head gasket based off another mechanic's diagnosis (without doing their own), which did not fix the problem and did not fix the issue. Will not call my 70 yr old father back when he says he will work on the vehicle to determine what the problem is. Has scheduled prior appointments and when my father showed up was was advised he did not have time. For any mechanic to not verify diagnostics, charge $1800 to do a repair and not verify it fixed the problem, then not respond is extremely unprofessional and wrong.

Clint is very honest and will give you a straight answer. No upselling repairs, just a real idea on what you need to do to keep your car in great condition.**Must add that Clint is so kind and will help you with questions and small issues without making you feel silly. I really appreciate that about his business.

The only place I will ever take my vehicles! Clint is by far the most honest mechanic I ve ever gone to. He s always gotten our cars in quickly and done exceptional work. On top of the quality of work, he s always been extremely honest with what actually needs to be done at a given time, and there s 0 pressure to get work done that isn t immediately needed. My car recently needed calipers replaced, and when I came to pick it up he mentioned he noticed my car was leaking oil, and gave me a quote to fix it if I ever decided to get it done. His quote was hundreds of dollars less than what other places said needed to be done, and when I brought the car back a few weeks later to get done, it was exactly what I was quoted for. Again there was 0 pressure for me to get it done right then and there which other auto places usually push. It s rare to find a mechanic as trustworthy as Clint, and I cannot day enough good things about Keenan Auto! You will not be disappointed taking your vehicle here!

I have no idea where any bad review for Keenan would come from. I got taken badly on three cars in a row which should have been highly reliable because of year/make/model but turned out to be total money pits. Clint was a lifesaver. He knows my financial situation isn't the best & he's always worked to find me the best price, even telling me which repairs I can wait the longest on, as well as discounts on certain parts & labor. Amanda & Clint are always refreshingly honest & don't treat me as if I'm totally ignorant of cars & will take me under the vehicle and under the hood to show me exactly what's wrong. If I have mechanical questions, they've both explained what the parts in question do & why the repair is necessary. They've even drawn me diagrams! When my last lemon's engine seized after fuel pump installation was botched due to the error of a tech no longer employed there, Clint charged me the $600 cost of labor (they worked on that engine over 8 hours!) & handed me the keys to another car he had there, no additional charge. That $600 car lasted me 3 years without a single major repair. Most honest & reliable mechanics I've met in my life.

Always use them for repairs out of my leauge. Defending his bad reviews. A fuel filter doesn't just unclog its self and start working good enough to get it to another location, so i believe your car did need a fuel pump. To the guy that had the used parts installed, Clint was trying to do you a favor by even offering you used parts to keep the cost down (probably because you couldn't afford to fix it the right way) Perfect example of "Nice guys always finish last" . Clint is and honest person, sometimes honest people make honest mistakes. He is one of the few true honest mechanics left don't ruin his lively hood because you don't understand.

One man operation... Great guy who was completely honest with me about what I had taken my car in for....but did notice a few things I need to take care of while we were chatting. He didn't pressure me into getting the work done there but actually recommended a 2nd opinion!!! When I can get the work done I'm definitely taking my car to him!!

Very friendly, fun place to get your car fixed. They have fixed my '67 Mustang, 2007 Mustang, 2007 Hyundai Sonata and 2001 Dodge Ram Van. I get in fast, fixed right and out the door. They go out of their way to save me money on repairs too. I'd recommend them for anyone who wants a reliable shop that is trustworthy. Used to go to Sears or Tires Plus and they were ok, but I much prefer to support a locally owned business.

I dropped off my car to be looked at & have an estimate. I told the mechanic exactly what was going on. He told me I needed a new fuel pump & told me it would be estimated at $859. When I told him I wanted a 2nd opinion he charged me a $40 diagnostic fee AND told me my car wouldn't even start any more. I picked up my car, it started right away & I drove it home. I took it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. It wasn't the fuel pump but the fuel filter & NO WHERE near the cost of $859. I noticed when I dropped my car off & picked it up that I was the only customer. He was just trying to make a quick buck & when I said no thanks, he tried to scare me into getting it fixed by him by telling me it wouldn't start. STAY AWAY from Clint Keenan!

Not sure about these other reviews, my husband and I always take our vehicles there. Work is done quickly and always at what was estimated or under. They are super friendly and honest. I always have one of their business cards on me to hand out to others looking to have work done.

Got taken there... Was wiring not pump. He never checked wires. 2nd he Installed a broken used part and wouldn't correct it. Wouldn't have rated so low if he had made it right. I known him for years and can't believe he would do me like that... Good luck

Over charges parts and labor and made up excuses why the over charge. Then could not keep their story straight of the charges. Better service any place beside this hole in the wall. Do not bring anything newer than 1999.
