One of my favorite places to stop and do my adulting. Very friendly staff and a huge shocker- they know exactly what they re talking about. They want to help you, and they do it all with a smile. Very speedy service but accurate as well. I love bringing my cars here. Thanks again for being such a great crew!

Picked up a fun little extra I didn't have when I rolled in. Jiffy gave me a metal chunk stuck into my tire. For free!One of the employees had the decency to at least point it out as I left.Now I have a jolly little click on every rotation as I take it to a tire shop.EDIT: Rory, the manager of the shop, called me the next day when prompted by the bad review. He assured me that his shop was not at fault in any way. At the time of the call, this had me quite upset. Now after the emotions subside, I'm just stunned and confused over the mental gymnastics.

Great Service! My timing was great! I pulled right in with no wait. They were finished with my oil change within 15-20 minutes. Very fast!

I will not return. I have to remind myself that quick service isn t good service. My check engine light came on after my oil change and it hadn t been on prior. Zero cares given, they did their 5 min oil change, vacuumed the carpets (they couldn t have, there s no way to get a vacuum to the carpet), and last time they put a different vehicles sticker on for my next visit. Waste of 90 bucks and will likely cost me more to flush out whatever they put in and do it correctly.

Right off the bat they will try to sell you anything they can. I went for an oil change and only an oil change. They couldn t get me to buy into the first round of sales so they used a fear tactic instead. Which I didn t appreciate at all. The oil change wasn t too expensive, they vacuumed my car and washed my windows so that was nice but I won t be going back due to the sales they push down your throat.

I can t say enough about how thorough and professional this team was. They asked all the right questions and were polite and even asked me if that was my cup on the counter as I was walking out the door. It was. Thank you! I never like the price of the filters but they legitimately needed to be replaced. It had been a minute or two (or ever) since it s last been done. Great Job! Stop by Jiffy lube for an Oil change thinking that I was gonna have a 30 to 40 minute wait and they helped with everything I needed in the matter of 10mins. Very quick and efficient work Great job

I just moved here and needed to get an oil change. Went to Jiffy Lube and was in and out in just a few minutes. They even vacuumed my car. Thank you so much for the great service!

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this location. I came in because my check engine light was on and normally it comes on when I need an oil change however they told me I was misinformed and did not need an oil change but I needed a tire rotation and air filter change. I deferred to their expertise however the service was very poor. When I got my car back everything looked and drove fine but when I got home my partner noticed that two of my four wheel covers had fallen off and one was about to. Unfortunately this resulted in having to buy a set of new wheel covers cost me over $200 an expense to me that should not have happened in the first place. I would not recommend this location since they do not take the time or effort to make sure they ve done a quality job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I stopped by Jiffy Lube located at 1888 Blairsferry Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 to request an oil change. Fabulous, efficient service with complete oil and filter change. The company also went the extra mile for the consumers and checked the air in the tires of my vehicle and also cleaned my windows! Thank you very much Jiffy Lube for your fast, efficient service! I will return. Thank you again.

I used to love this Jiffy Lube. I ve been coming for years but I just can t give them the benefit of the doubt anymore. Their customer service and quality of work has diminished dramatically. This past time they seem to have gone through all my paperwork and things in my glove compartment when removing the cabin air filter and then left things out when they put it back. On top of that, for the second time, oil is leaking after they change it. Once because they replaced the cap too tight and the then because they didn t clean it properly afterwards (reason I was given). I take care of my vehicles, I take pride in keeping them neat and tidy and well serviced; I don t feel Jiffy Lube shares my standards any longer.

Didn t have to wait long to get service !!!! They were quick to do the oil change then I was advised to get other service done so I could avoid costly repairs

When they put the 2inches of washer fluid in they pulled off the hose connecting the fluid to the pump. Female up front has an attitude not good for retail.

I hate that the pull the filters out I ve had a broken clip from them doing this they are not gentle. When I asked them to just do the oil change leave the air filters alone they still pulled the filters out

The girl at the front desk was very nice but their computer went down and it took me almost 15 min to check out. There was no one in charge to help and she looked frustrated. The guy the pulled my truck out of the bay floored it and he flew out the door and went around the building speeding and came in and threw my keys on the counter. The one dark haired young guy was was very nice but the strawberry blonde guy should not be allowed to drive others vehicles. My check engine light is now on in my truck and it wasn t on before I got there. I haven t been to Jiffy Lube in years and won t be going back.

Went to get my oil changed about 30 minutes before they were to close. They were in a rush and didn't take ANY care to prevent smudging up the interior of my car with oil and dirt. It's all over the running boards and the glove compartment.

Very expensive, did not put glove box back on correctly after replacing filter. I went to put my receipt in the glove box and everything fell out on to the floor. They knew it was not on correctly and was going to let me leave like that! Same day oil changes is the only thing keeping them in business. And they do a very poor quality job at that.

This was my first time there as I used to work for Goodyear for 18 yrs as a manager, so I was trying something new and I was pleasantly surprised. Service was fast, staff was very professional and the lobby was clean. I will definately be back. I thank you for taking care of my car!

I pulled my vehicle up and ask them how much an oil change would be. They told me to talk to somebody behind the desk. There was no one in the office behind the desk so I walked out and asked again how much an old change would be. they said someone would be right with me so I waited, five minutes later someone comes in and asked me what kind of oil I would like. When informed of the prices I felt that the prices were too high compared to other businesses so I said I would like to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the oil changed. At this point they informed me that they d already drain my oil and if I wanted they could put the old oil back in. There was no chance of allowing that to happen God only knows what else would have been put back into my engine with the old oil so at this point, I had no choice but to use there service and to pay from what I consider an over priced charges for an oil change.Service: Oil change

Told them i was in a hurry and just needed an oil change, they made sure i used my coupon and let me know the things I needed finished up to do when I had time. Pretty decent bunch!

I went in for an oil change and it took a little over an hour. I watched 2 cars come and go while I waited for my vehicle. Finally the tech, Talia, comes out to have me pay. She is going over the charges and so non chalantly told me a tech had dropped a tool and broke a part under the hood. She told me not to worry, I wouldn't be charged. Why didn't anyone inform me when it happened? Why did I wait for over an hour with zero communication? So I said ok and I paid, ready to leave irritated. I go to my car and the entire contents of my glove box is on the seat. I open my glove box to put the contents back and the box falls to the floor board. I go back in and tell them. 4 techs and 20 minutes, it's finally fixed. It was an awful experience. I won't go back. I wouldn't recommend them. We have taken my car there many, many times and it appears they have new management and techs, all lacking customer service and the skills to properly care for a vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This place is also a great spot for oil changes. You don't sit in your vehicle but they do vacuum your floors so it's worth the very short wait time. Nice office wait area too. Welp I just dropped it to a 2 star. They are refusing to replace a brand new windshield wipers that is defective because they only have a "week long guarantee". DO NOT GET ANY WIPERS FROM HERE!
