My uncle is a mechanic and owns his own shop,i have only ever taken my vehicles to him but he's so busy right now and I needed a oil change. I was referred to jiffy lube. So I called to see if I could come in and Richard was so nice and very helpful! I highly recommend them! Not only are they good at what they do they have good customer service skills too.

Fast and reliable service. Got me right in with no wait! Highly recommended service. I was visiting my son in the area and needed an oil change. I was impressed with the service and speed of the oil change.

I asked to have tires aired up. Never got done. Pricing is high for service I got. Said they vacuumed the inside that didn't happen. Didn't top off w/s washer fluid. I won't be back.

I went to Edgewood rd location in Cedar Rapids. Trinity was soo helpful, explained everything in detail and in a way that made me feel like I could understand, and she didn't make me feel dumb when I didn't know something! He was amazing!

I personally will never go to the Edgewood store again after they forgot to put my oil cap on. Marion location fixed my problem by power washing my motor off after oil went everywhere they also got me a refund. I recommend the Marion location. I give Marion location a 5 star. there are cheaper places in town for oil change but i have beengoing here 6 years and I never experienced any of the problems others have posted. Work was done right and fast no wait and I am always a walk in....sometimes they dont have a bulb light or air filter on stock that i need but i can go down street buy one and they put it in forServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The experience was bad I was the first one there and got my car done last also he told the person in front of me that his tire was at 19 psi but mines was at about 19 and they didn t put air in my tires or tell me

I'll never go back to Jiffy Lube after my poor experience yesterday. Windows were not cleaned, interior was not vacuumed as advertised. No reminder sticker posted in window. How do I even know all the work was even done if these basic services were not complete? There's more options now to change oil here in Cedar Rapids. Not worth the $77 I was charged.

I asked for an oil change and while they were doing it, a mechanic comes in with a dirty filter and asks if I want it replaced. I said sure. Come to find out it added $50 to my bill! So almost $100 total bill! Seemed shady and a cash grab. They must have washed my windows with dirty water...made my car a mess! See pic. This was under every window.Last time I went there they screwed something too tight and ruined a part (according to another garage). I took the part to them and showed them. They said a manager would call me. Never heard a word.

They didn't disclose the price for an oil change and i didn't ask, as I've never paid more than $39 to $59 for an oil change, synthetic everytime.So when the bill came in for $80 plus tax ($86 total) for just an oil change. i was pissed.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got an oil change in June and have been seeing oil stains on driveway today was a big one had by husband take back in will see what they will do for us will post with an update, I have used them before and had no problems so disappointed hope they can fix this:update they tighten the oil filter and topped off the oil said if still leaking to come back . My car was in and out in less than 10 minutes. However, they didn't vacuum, wipe the dash or windows, and although they said they topped off all the fluids, that wasn't the case. I took it straight home and found the windshield fluid was almost empty. At this point, I don't have a lot of faith that they even changed the oil, as they didn't ask me for my brand preference or ask me about other things they normally do. This was the first time I took this vehicle in to them. They didn't show me filters or go through the services performed. This was far and away the worst service I have received from them in 20+ years.Service: Oil change

Every other location I had called was at a 3+ hour wait or no availability at alll. When I called this Jiffy Lube they were very friendly and helpful, I only waited for about an hour before my car was ready. I also appreciated the price around this time of year, it was affordable and I didn't feel like I was losing a limb just for my oil change.Service: Oil change

Was the first time my car was vacuumed in all the times I'd been here. Techs asked if I wanted my in cabin filter changed, which I agreed to. However they charged me $46 for a filter Autozone listed for $20. Very disappointed in the price gouging. It'll never happen again on any of my vehicles.NEVER buy the added products they try to sell you. Buy them at any auto parts store and replace them yourself for half the money.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was told, when I asked what my truck would be they told me, that my oil change would be 79 dollars. I got a full synthetic engine oil. When I went to pay it was $99 and some change for an oil change. After it was all said and done he said that my truck took an additional 2 quarts. That was not explained to me. I knew my truck took an extra 2 quarts but that was not told to me at the time I was quoted the price. He had my truck in the bay and knew exactly what it was. I think I got hustled for an extra 20 bucks on a bait and switch. Will never do business with Edgewood road jiffy lube again. And it took them right at an hourService: Oil change

First experience using their services.Over priced for a vehicle oil change. I paid 169.00 for my x5 bmw for a few dollars more I can get oil change ln my tandem axel dump truck international done. My vehicle takes 8.5 quarts. Lady in front of me with a mini van payed 60.00 her engine requires 5 quarts. Do the math. The difference is oil filters and 3.5 quarts of oil. 110.00 dollars difference oil filters and oil doesn't cost that much. The difference is make and model !!! Service men were very good. My little brother went to Jiffy Lube on Edgewood Rd and they tried to scam him by charging him $70 for an oil change and they didn t provide the service. Fortunately, my brother knew to check after getting his car and his oil filter was still leaking and the oil was low. In fact, they did not provide any service and when he said something right away, they said how do you know it was not changed. He showed the manager who stated it was a miscommunication and that they would correct it. Oddly enough they didn t even have his correct filter in stock, they had to go purchase one!! In the end, they offered a free oil change for his next service. Unbelievable and unacceptable!

About what you would expect from young people running it. Showed up 40 minutes before close and I got "well there's a slim chance we could get you in if you want to stick around". In my opinion just tell me you can't get me in rather than waste my time. My first time there they didn't tighten the oil filter on enough. Leaked oil all over our shop. They made it right but still could have done serious damage to the vehicle motor. But 1 good thing is they're quick, get you in and out.

They got me in right away, didn't try to hustle me with different options just made recommendations and let me make the final decision, as well as offering a discount without me having to ask for one. Great service overall and definitely recommend.

Not gonna say this place is the best in the world but they get the job done fast and fairly cheaply. Your local garage is always gonna be the best option but these guys are fine as well for someone who needs a quick last minute oil change. Will probably be under 50$ for most vehicles.

I have been going to this location for three years and never had a bad thing to say but today I went and got a oil change. Later I was driving and herd something dragging and then ran over my oil filter cover. So then I brought it back to Jiffy lube. I explained what had happened and there was no apologies given the supervisor. They didn't replace the clips or the nuts they had lost. They simply put in 5 selftap screws one Wich go's into nothing. I will never go back and I suggest you don't either. That's the kind of care that will not put your oil plug back in correctly and your engine ceases up.Service: Oil change
