Poor drivingUpdate 12-15-2023: your driver pulled out infront of an over dimensional vehicle while merging onto the highway. Driver either ignored the warning lights or did not look at his mirrors before merging. Driver then proceeded to the very next exit. There was no need to vacate his lane since the merging lane was also the exiting lane. Your driver could have caused an unnecessary accident.

Answered and set up a plan to pick up my car and drop off at the mechanic. Called the next day and the lady was friendly and got my invoice sent right away.Appreciate them being available for service on a Sunday night.

Not sure of the guys name that helped me tow my Kia Optima off of Highway 30 in Cedar Rapids. But THANK YOU! If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I'm actually shocked at the level of service I received. Came within the time promised. Driver was friendly, quick, professional. Rate was reasonable. Driver even left contact information at the repair shop so I received a call in the morning before I could contact the shop.Nice surprize! Thank you for making a unpleasant situation bearable. Needed help jump starting my car that hadn't been used in a while. The driver was on time and very professional. The battery was in such a poor condition that the electronics caused it to stop working a few minutes after the first jump start. So I needed help a second time within a half hour. The driver responded to my call quickly and got the battery going again. Kudos to the driver and the team! Keep up the good work!Service: Battery

The driver arrived quickly, and was friendly and wearing a mask. I just bought my car so I was pretty distressed about having to have it towed, but he treated it with care. I was only a few blocks from home so I walked there instead of going with the car, but he got it to the mechanic and got my keys into their hands so it could be worked on first thing in the morning. And it was very reasonably priced to boot.

These guys are VERY EXPERIENCED!!! Very professional, friendly and some of them are very hilarious and it sort of takes your mind off of your troubles!! Prices were extremely reasonable (actually reasonable does the best word for them..much much better than reasonable) will recommend this company to any and everyone. we were stuck over 30+ miles out and they did an effortless job for my husband and I. Job well done!!!!!

Fast, friendly and affordable. Needing to have your car towed for any reason is due usually to an already stressful situation, and the guys that helped us both over the phone to schedule the pick up and drivers that delivered our car were all very helpful, professional and friendly. Hopefully I will not be needing their services again any time soon, but if I ever do, they will be my first choice.

My car stoped and wouldn t restart in the middle of the afternoon on Memorial Day. The tow truck driver was there in a matter minutes after my call and was VERY professional. At a time of extremely high stress for me and my family, he was very sympathetic, courteous, and probably the most helpful person I have had encountered in what would seem like forever. I would definitely recommend anyone in central Iowa needing a tow to use this company. They truly are professional.Service: Car towing

Called for a tow on my lowered van, experience was fine Saturday after telling them I wanted a flatbed & they towed it. Needed one the following Wednesday, same guy told me I didn t need a flat bed. Showed up with an auto loader, forced it under my van (pushing my van) and then proceeded to bend my radiator support and damage my bumper while forcing it out. Then Told I needed to find a new tow company. Came back later that day with a flatbed and forgot to put my van in neutral, making it winch up while in park. Had a witness there with me that watched as well.Service: Car towing

This company is hit or miss. One time, I called them when my car broke down and the man who came was extremely kind, polite, and professional. The second time I needed them, I had a project car sitting in a storage unit that I needed to be towed to my house. This was a sour experience. As soon as the two gentlemen got there they were nothing but rude. I offered to help them to push the car out of the storage unit and one of them told me to "just get out of my way." I shuffled out of the way and when they got the car out of the storage unit I let them know that the car was a rear-wheel drive so they would have to tow it from the rear wheels. "Yeah, I know. Just move." They hooked the car up to the tow truck and drove it to my place. The driver's last words were "I didn't charge you anything for coming all the way out here [Marion] so leave us a review on Google." Here's that review.
