Dropped in for an Oil change on my 2018 Honda CRV without an appointment, They were fast courteous got me in-and-out in under 25 minutes with a car wash and a complete vehicle inspection.

Follow-up to a regular maintenance appointment: low pressure light was on earlier and due to late afternoon appointment couldn't be thoroughly investigated at the time. It took a month to come on again but this time a small nail was found. Tire repaired and everything is great!

Dropped my van off for the airbag recall. 4 kids in tow.I was.told I'd be given a "comparable loaner". I got a 2004 base level Accord sedan with the low fuel light on. When I got back after the dealership called saying my vehicle was done, putting $20 worth of gas in the less than comparable loaner I found our vehicle had been cleaned of every piece of spare change, 2 pairs of sunglasses and the emergency $20 bill kept in the back of the owners manual.Of course the service writer did his best to upsell me an oil change and tire rotation service while I was there.Less than pleased with service provided.Will be going to Iowa City for any future work.
