This was my first experience with Habhab s. I was purchasing a car for my mom. Albert and crew were great. Albert provided the details he could on the car we ended up purchasing. We wanted to have the car checked out by our trusted mechanic and he encouraged it. Not only did he encourage it, he drove it over there for us and picked it up after the inspection. He worked around our schedules and was communicative. He was reasonable and made the experience a good one. I did not feel pressured or like I was participating in a stereotypical car purchasing process. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Habhab s and may be a returning customer at some point if the need or want arises.

Bought an 09 Ford Ranger FX4 in tip top shape, just as described. Great experience with Albert and his wife. Friendly, family operation. Go to Habhab's!

This place over charges for parts and labor. I would Not recommend them to my worst enemy. When we Replied to one of their posts on Facebook. About our issue we were banned from The facebook group for letting the public know. We will now be there every day on their sidewalk Making the public aware. See ya tomorrow at your new location

Last November I purchased a vehicle here, it was a Dodge Ram, outside it was in unbelievable shape. I checked things out under the engine etc. The heater in it didn t work. He fixed it right away for me. I live 1.5 hours from CR. When I got home the truck leaked badly had an instant $1,100 repair, had to fight but the owner took care of me. Three weeks later another engine repair this one was $2,000, and my extended warranty covered half. I can t lie I LOVE my truck, it was a steal and looks amazing. Should people buy here yes, but make sure you get things inspected after you drive it. The owner appears to be a good man, when he took care of the $1,100 after a few debates I knew he was legit.

After months of searching for just the right car, I finally found what I was looking for at Habhabs in Cedar Rapids. We drove in from the Omaha area and were so impressed with the care and consideration of the owners of this dealership. They were professional, prompt, pleasant and willing to work with us on every aspect of the sale. The owners met us at the dealership after hours so we could complete the transaction. The quality of the vehicles offered is impressive - not to mention great prices! They managed to make buying a car an enjoyable experience.... Which is new for us. The car I bought was everything they said it was! That had not been my experience at other dealers. Thank you so much for such a great buying experience. Everyone I know has heard about how great these guys are. If you are looking for a car check them out!

Daughter is at ISU and had a flat tire. The wrench in her car was the wrong size so she couldn't put on the spare. Called Habhab's and they were there in 15 minutes, changed the tire and she was on her way! Great service!

We are very pleased with our experience at Habhab's. After doing careful research we found the best deal around on our desired vehicle and made the 2 hr trip. It's always a gamble when you have never seen a vehicle in person but the vehicles were everything the listing promised they would be. Albert's wife greeted us warmly upon arrival and got right to showing us the vans. Albert was a very calm and courteous salesperson, never pushy and answered all our questions honestly. He gave us a fair trade in deal for our old vehicle and worked with us patiently through some paperwork issues. We would definitely recommend Habhab's to our friends!

From the moment I arrived to the moment I drove a way in my new truck . It was nothing but a five star customer service experience. I was greeted by a younger gentleman named Zak who was absolutely outstanding at handling our needs. This is a very family oriented business. And when it came down to the numbers, Albert (owner) made it the easiest process to negotiate and get it down to our budget. He even includes a free warranty on all of his cars. I would definitely bring anyone I love here because I know they will be treated right.

What a great owner for this dealership. I've been looking for 3 months about the right car with excellent condition .and I founded to them. Very good price like really cheap . If you come to them you can't leave it , till get your car with you. No matter how much money you have, you can get the car you want . Check them out. I bought my second car from them with the price I wouldn't believe. Check them out

We pulled up on the lot and looked at the very nice selection of vehicles. The sales staff and owner were very nice (and laid back) If you are looking for high pressure salesman...don't go here. We test drove 2 vehicles and loved them both and bought one and love it so far. I hate shopping for cars, but Habhab's staff made it a pleasant process. I will recommend to my friends.

While looking for a decently priced small car. We managed find a nearly fully loaded 2010 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L. Great asking price, and the car was CLEAN.Albert, and his wife were fun and easy to talk to, walked out with the car same day. I've been very happy with the purchase, and if needed in the coming years, i'll return.

I had a good experience from them; from the moment I got out of my vehicle I was welcomed. They showed my the vehicle I was interested in, a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it looked even nicer in person then in the picture! After a brief rundown of the vehicle and a test drive it was decided that this one was the one that I wanted. So far I have had no problems with the vehicle itself, everything works close to perfect. The buying process was also very simple, and all vehicles here come with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty, which is nice to know if it does have problems within that period. The only CON I have so far is that the vehicle did not come with an owners manual, but that might not even be their fault, and is easy enough to get. Overall I would say 4.5/5. Would go there again if I could afford another vehicle.

I was charged $288.60 in labor for a job that takes a maximum of 2 hours to complete. I was also charged $135.19 for a lower control arm.for a grand total of $468.45. After doing some research I found out I was not only ripped off on the price of the part but also charged an outrageous amount for labor. I will not return here unless this situation is corrected by the owner. Do your research on Google so you don't overpay!UPDATE: after asking for the owner, I was given the mechanic. After explaining to him that shop fees typically range from $90-$100 literally EVERYWHERE and that the job only takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours according to Google he became very angry and began to talk over me. He was also rude, and offered me to come back and he would take out my new part and replace it with the old part and refund my money. First off putting faulty parts on a car knowingly is against the law. Second you don't talk over people on the phone, you listen and wait your turn. Third you don't offer to re install faulty parts as a resolution to the issue. The owner really needs to call me and resolve this issue. A lot of people will see this review! I review almost everywhere I do business. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE at this point!!!!!!

What a fantastic experience! There was no high-pressure sales. Albert and his wife were so kind, considerate, and accommodating. The Equinox is perfect and the price was right and fair. I would definitely recommend them for your next vehicle!

Albert is a great person to work with. He is honest, professional and hard working. He took time after hours to make sure that I got the car I wanted. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic EX with only 58K on it! Drives like a dream and I couldn't be happier with doing business with HabHab's Auto Sports & Imports.

Have done my research their rates are on par with other repair shops in the area. Customer service is top notch. Jake has always taken the time to explain the repairs being done. It is nice to have a reliable and dependable shop you can go to! Keep up the good work!!

Honest, helpful, quick and simple service. Bought a 2010 Lincoln MKZ at a great price with average mileage. The vehicle is clean and rides nice. Also comes with a 90days or 3000 warrenty. Which I like. Suggest for future customers: calling the warrenty company to fully understand what is covered. That's what I'm going to do. That way I can use the warrenty. Learn the loopholes and uses them for your advance. As for the dealership: 5 stars for sure.

Alberto is a scam artist! My son came to him and asked habhabs mechanic to fix a popping sound when turning the wheel. It was diagnosed as a passenger lower control arm. After getting the car back after paying almost $500 cash in advance for the job, my son noticed the popping noise was back. Albert made a decision to have it looked at , at another location since the mechanic at habhabs did such a terrible job. I missed my appointment and albert called. During the conversation I reminded him once again that I'm dealing with the recent death of my father. All albert could do was talk over my son and cuss at him.. No remorse for my sons situation whatsoever. Dont Recomend to my worst enemy. We will now seek 3 estimates and be filing a small claim! This is a HUGE safety issue.

Jake has the ability to work on anything. I trust him to maintain all of my vehicles from the turbo sports car to the hybrid. Great service department at Habhab.

Bought a 2009 silverado everything seemed to check our and he told me there wasent anything wrong with it... After a few weeks it started acting up and needed maintenance that cost some $$ I asked him if there's anything he can do to help since I just got it, he refused to help. I've had this truck for about 7 months now and its been problem after problem and I'm now $1200 into fixing this vehicle... I would not recommend this place to anybody

Habhab had applied for a credit account under both my wife anf I names we received a letter from a company in the mail and it was denying us a credit application that we never asked for. Very irritating!!!!!!
