Cant thank them enough!!!! I broke down about an hour west of cedar rapids and needed an egr tube, they didnt have any available road service but all i needed was the pipe, they found it for me and without hesitation Joe Campbell (i belive was him name) drove it right to me and made sure that it was correct before leaving! I dont normally run this area but if i do and i have problems they will definitely be the first place i call

Just the worst place to deal with it. They don't honor their estimates, they talk down and are rude. Most trucks they work on don't make it out the parking lot. They don't care about any of it.

I recently had work done at GTG Peterbilt. You guys did an excellent job and I appreciate you working me back onto the schedule when I had to cancel my original appointment. I highly recommend this dealership.

They were amazing! Super nice and informative! Collin and the mechanic (sorry I don t know his name, nice young man), went above and beyond to get us back on the road! We truly appreciate them!Facility was clean and recliners very comfortable!

Was in the other day to get parts to help get a coworker back up and running that was on side rd. Needed coolant and hoses and zip ties. I would recommend not buying zip ties here asked for a bag got individual zip ties. Thought nothing of it till did paperwork and seen the price. .99 for one zip tie. That s has to be 4000% mark up. So I probably bought replacement case for them.

Stood at the parts window for 10 minutes while everyone gives me the ignore treatment, talking to each other. With the renovations going on they apparently must be making plenty of money and don't need my sale. I'll gladly take my hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.

We were driving down the interstate today when the stop engine light and sirens went off. We were only a few miles away so we swung in to see if they could at least tell us if we could continue down the road as we were 2+ hours from home. Thankfully they squeezed us in and found out it was a bad sensor. We were loaded with perishable produce to deliver to Hy-Vee in the Cedar Valley. We had actually stopped at the other repair shop down the road and they snubbed us, saying they couldn t do anything for us until the next day. As a small business owner and a long ways from home, we are very appreciative for Peterbuilt s help!

Loved my experience with Kate and everyone I met. Kate hooked us up with merchandise and we received a thank you gift in the mail. I'd love to leave a 5 review. But the truck ended up needing a lot of work.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Charged $685 for part of an air dryer that online cost $250 on the high end for the exact same part. He knew I had to have it and didn't have an account. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND going anywhere else for anything.

I brought my 2018 pete 579 in at about 10 a.m. on a Friday for a coolant leak and had it back out to me by 1300 on Saturday. They were helpful friendly staff.

Had ARI make appointment for PM at 4:00pm. Was told to bear with them for a while as no bay was open. No problem. Service guy said that as soon as one opens up they'll get me in. At 6:15 one opened up but they decided to take a truck in that came in way after me. We have a fleet of 30 new Pete's lot of them run this way and I was looking for a good place to get PM's and repairs on the road.Everyone says first impression is almost always right. Well, they really messed theirs up.Never will do business here again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone

Peterbilt has been around for years we all know that. But let me tell ya all they are doing a lot of conservation and the place is looking great you should stop by and take a look at this. I know bushman excavating has even doing all the ground work and man have they made a difference come check them out.

was here to look at possibly buying a truck but sales was closed at 4:50 and door says open till Five , guess they don t have any interest in selling Trucks!

You know what sad is I stop in there on a Monday to get a cab marker light for my truck. The parts guy said that marker light will be $129 dollars and changes. I just laugh at him. I went to the Peterbilt shop in North Little Rock Arkansas and got the same light for $72. Dollars

Called Thurs Jan 16 2020 with a engine derate couldn't get in until Fri afternoon someone cancelled their appt and I got in by 8:30 am took over 4 hours to try to diagnose it could not find the problem put a second tech on after lunch hour and a half later they found the issue didn't charge me for the first tech labor treated me very fare one of the best shops I've ever been too

Waited 2 hours to find out i had a bad EGR value. Then was told i would be back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. 30 mins to get and install part. And an hour to regen to make sure it was it was probably fixed. Come to find out the tech working on my truck painted the part to match the engine. Time i got my truck back i spent 8 hours for a 1.5 hour fix. And only had 40 mins left on my clock. Lost a load.

Always gone above and beyond to help me especially at night. They even had one of their mechanics come outside and help me wrench on my truck when I wss in a bind and never charged me. Their very willing to help owner ops.

nothing says customer service better than a call coming in, letting it ring 20 times only to pick it up and promptly hang up. These guys are horrible and will not be getting any business from myself

Absolutely worst service you can find. Everything that they work on has to be fixed multiple times. Just a recommendation do not use their service unless you like waisting your time and money..

A great bunch of guys, the sales staff is very knowledgeable and the mechanics are top notch. It s a one stop shop here, they not only sell new and used trucks but have a full body shop and of course the repair shop, parts department and a great selection of hats.

Picked up a truck for my employer, i understand the truck was used, but you'd think $50k would include a new mattress, and perhaps a fresh PM.Shop is a bad joke, had to have a shop in Columbia Falls redo their work

Nice truck stop. They have HOT WATER compared to other public restrooms and even though I have not needed to use their showers I can just imagine that the water is just as hot.
