Golden Hammer is simply the best. The communication is excellent. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. They are dedicated to always put the customer first. Their entire team worked hard to make a tough situation for me go as smooth as possible. They care deeply about their customers and their quality of their work. I highly recommend.

Golden Hammer was excellent with my repair. This was my first accident, so I didn't know how it all works, but they explained their portion well. They gave me frequent updates, did an excellent job on the repair, and were very friendly. They even gave me a ride to the rental car company. I would definitely recommend their services.

An amazing experience, from setting up an appointment to completion of the work, this team is second to none! Hopefully you do not need auto repairs after an accident, but if you do, THIS is where you want to go! 10/10!

We had unique Jaguar parts that had to be ordered and the process was expected to be lengthy due to this, but the project was not only finished early, our vehicle looked better than when we dropped it off. Excellent customer service and communication through the repair process. Golden Hammer is a great shop! They did a fantastic job on my car. They were really nice. One thing I really like is a text they send with a link showing the progress of the repair - really helpful! They do great work and care about their customers - highly recommend.

My car was being repaired due to theft not a collision. Golden Hammer's staff was professional throughout the entire process. Keeping me in formed every step of the way. They did a great job repairing the steering column and replacing the rear window. My car was also cleaned and smelled fresh when I picked it up. If ever I need body work done in the future, I would definitely go back to Golden Hammer. I would also highly recommend them to others. Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff working there as well as the quality of the work. Communication between Golden Hammer and insurance was also praiseworthy.Our vehicle had been hit in a multi-car accident and there were some complications on the party at fault s insurance side but Kelly with Golden Hammer was very helpful, updating us and letting us know about estimates and repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Staff did a great job at every stage of the process by providing information, options, setting expectations, and then following through. Was pleasantly surprised by their push notifications that updated me when my truck had advanced through a step in the process. I felt zero stress during this process and GH played a huge role in that. Highly recommend GH to anyone that wants it done correctly without feeling like you need to be double-checking every little thing. Excellent work as always over the years! I appreciate the extra assistance provided moving my oxygen rack/tanks from the rental van back to my van. And thanks also, I had noted a low tire indicator when I dropped off my van. I was going to ask my son to check my tires when I got it back. Livid at the lack of customer service by the receptionist. She was rude at all 3 interactions, but polite to her friend on the phone while I waited for the estimate to be completed on my initial visit. My personal information was left in view of other customers when I dropped my vehicle off and when I returned to pick it up. The work they were paid to do was done correctly, but that by no means makes up for her terrible treatment. I stand by 1 star for it is how people are treated that gets people to return. I expected more from an authorized repair facility.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my two cars to Golden Hammer to repair damage from an accident. Both repairs ended up great. No misalignment of body panels, the curvatures and creases in the panels matched the pre-accident condition perfectly.Both cars have very unique colors. Golden Hammer was able to match the paint perfectly - the metallic sparkle matched, the hue matched in all lighting conditions whether it be direct sun or dusk. The new paint looks absolutely fantastic. They detailed the cars as well. I don't think my cars were that clean since they were brand new.Golden Hammer was also very flexible with timing and worked around our schedule to get both cars in and out quickly. No issues working with the insurance company. I was very impressed with the staff. They are very knowledgeable in how the cars of different makes go together and what can be repaired and what can't.Golden Hammer is without a doubt where I'll be taking my cars in the event of an accident.

These guys are great. Communication was great and was overall a hassle free experience. I hope I neve have to have these kind of repairs, but if I do, I will be back.
