Installed a New dumptruck box and scale system a cpuple weeks ago and it looks and works Great. Needed a few adjustments today, and they Took care it on the spot. Great service.

I have included pictures so you can see the # 8 finish on my custom ordered boxes. I emailed the salesman (and the owner 2 times with no response). The salesman said the doors would be the same thickness as the box when they arrived the doors are 14ga and not 11ga. as promised when ordered. I didn't get it in writing as I should have.I bought the boxes from them to get 11ga. doors also a 2-3 weeks delivery was closer to 8 weeks. You could never talk to anyone when you called. The hinge on the doors is about 60 % instead of full length.They didn't grind, polish or finish the welds in anyway. I sent the owner pictures and no response. The facts speak volumes on there own.

Want to thank Matt and the technicians at Future Line. Called to get a quote on a new Boss plow. Matt had a quote back with in hours with an available, upgrade in- stock plow. A couple days later a light on the truck wasn't working. A quick text to Matt and he had it set up for me to stop in and have them take a look. Turns out it was a bad plastic connector. They got me in and out and back on the road. Matt called a couple hours later to check in and just make sure that everything was good to go. It is hard to find good customer service these days but Matt and the staff went above and beyond to help out. Highly recommend Future Line for your truck needs!

Adrian steel said they are a local distributor. I called three different times all with the same experience. Three separate calls they attempted to transfer me to three different sales members to no avail. Then they took my number down, three different times, to have someone call me back. No one ever called. You just lost my business, I ll be driving to Davenport to buy a significant amount of Adrian Steel because they actually answered their phones and helped me.

Needed a plow cylinder for an old western Heavyweight 10 plow. Middle of go time but still figured they d have to order it and be a 3-5 day wait. It wasn t 3 minutes and they had the unicorn cylinder in my hands ready to go. 10/10!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. I was given their contact information by Knapheide to get a quote on a hitch for my KUV Super Duty van. Every time I call I'm transferred to parts where the phone rings and is never answered or goes to voicemail which isn't returned. An email sent over the weekend has also gone unanswered for several days now. I have no intentions of giving this company any further time and will find a dealer in Des Moines or some other location that's wants to do business.*After posting this review I was contacted and they did get me the information I needed.

This is one of the most honorable companies I have had the pleasure to deal with. I was having trouble with a hoist on my truck that was About two years old. I talked to a man his name I believe was Ed about having problems with the hoist I was only concerned with what kind of oil I should put in the reservoir. Ed talk to me for a while about the problem and then told me just bring the truck in and we will warrantee the hoist and put a brand new one on for you at no cost. These are the kind of companiesthat America used to have but they are far and few between now .I just want the people to feel comfortable doing business with Future Line because they have proven without a doubt they stand behind their products 100%.! I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Ed And the rest of the people Future Line for being such standup people.

Had an issue with the wiring on my plow. Ed in service personally helped me and made what was a headache to me into an easy fix. I will certainly be bringing my future business back to futureline.

I have purchase a couple of different plows from these guys and never had a problem. They are outstanding at doing their best in a pinch! I will continue to go to futureline any time i need a plow!

This company is very bad .they I got load and when I go to take bol he said wait after 1 hr. He unload me And he said I got cheaper transportation from bid !dont work with this company any kind of business.
