Had an appointment for the day no specific time though. Brought the car there for 4 new tires and a new battery. They had thevtires ready tobgo and put me into bay 4 immediately when i arrived. The car was ready to go in about 45 minutes. Staff seemed to be professional and friendly.

New tires put on our jeep the first day and special ordered tires for our edge. Special order tires were there the next day and put on. Spent a total of 55 minutes waiting for 2 cars to have tires replaced. Amazing! Dusty was super nice and helpful. Thanks!

First off, I would like to state that I support small businesses. I have been going here for 15 years had no problems until recently. I went in to do a routine tire rotation. They obviously hit my rim with a Hammer beating the socket onto the Lugnuts they said they were swollen, and now they are blaming this damage on a rock chip and conveniently, can t show me the footage of the car entering and exiting the shop!! The tech got out of my car and told me he had to beat them on with a hammer and showed me that rim I assumed it was grease from the shop until I got a car wash. I did not think they would damage my vehicle. I just want everyone to know what happened here they are losing my business and business of my family and friends, that I recommended here!

I found out I had a flat tire the other day (thankfully, I was next door at Walgreens). I thought I would have to wait forever & I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare. I thought it would be expensive.Well, not only did the man at the front desk look outside and tell me he already could see why I came in. He was so kind and caring. He basically told me it's not fun when things come up like this, and he's going to get me in as soon as he could.I then gave my son a few quarters to get some m&ms while we were waiting..he was struggling while trying to hold them all. The man behind the counter offered him a cup so he could put all of them in there (my son thought that was the nicest thing) lolI will gladly say ALL of your employees deserve a huge thank you! I didn't wait long at all AND you didn't break the bank. All of you are so kind and you guys are now my new go to for all needs for my car.

Stopped in for valve stem caps removal. In and out in less than 20 minutes! Great guys and service. I'll be getting my tires there when I need them.

Had my rims cleaned and resealed today because my tires keep leaking air and Five Seasons tire was absolutely amazing!!! Other places I have been just want to charge you a whole new tire every 6 months when the temperature changes outside. Nate M was so helpful and took great care of my car!!! Not to mention they did 3 of my tires in under 30 minutes. Will only be using Five seasons tire from now on.

I m 37 and have been coming here since I was 16 at the direction of my father. Place has never let me down. From dirt cheap nail in tire fixes to brand new tires they never disappoint. Fast as hell too even without an apppintment.

It's about time I submit a review for my favorite tire place. I got my first set of tires here in 1987 and won't go anywhere else. No hidden fees, all the top brands, fair price and the people that work there are well trained and will tell it to you straight. I've picked up many nails and screws in my tires and it's always 10 bucks to repair, free tire rotation and out the door in less than a half hour. The best place to buy tires.... period.

Went in last week and $45 installation per tire is what they charged me to swap out tires, balance and dispose of old. Price for same service Walmart $25/tire, Discount Tire $31/tire, Goodyear $34/tire. I'm glad you like ripping people off, the only thing you guaranteed is I won't be bringing any new business your way. Go somewhere else people! Thieves at their finest right here!

I went in to get my brakes fixed and the problem wasn't fixed the first time. when I went back in they got me in the same day and fixed the problem with no additional charges. Great group of guys.

They are always my go to place when I have a leak in my tires. Reasonable price for a patch, fast service, friendly and helpful staff. I have never had a bad experience!!

these guys were amazing. i brought in my car to have the tires changed and they did it quickly and most importantly- were fun people. they were easy to talk to and were great at their job. thanks again!

I just happened to find this shop about 12 years ago when I had a tire emergency present itself with a delivery truck. I explained the time sensitive nature of the load and the guys here understood but also really cared about my dilemma. Far above and beyond was the service I received here, from tracking down and having the tires delivered so quickly to accommodating my delivery truck being too large for their bays and pulling the wheels in their lot, my experience and satisfaction with my treatment was beyond top notch. Since then if I need anything wheel related I absolutely refuse to go elsewhere. I tried dozens of shops before finding this one and there's just no comparison. I'm not sure if it's the owner or manager but the gentleman running the shop is just very polite, attentive, and involved which clearly sets the entire pace there whether I've gone in and he's short handed or just swamped I've never seen him waiver on customer service after all my visits over the years. It sounds like I'm promoting the place or something but I really just can't express how solid they've done me Everytime.

We were not at Five Seasons Tire....however sometime back we were there and they repaired a tire for us. And did a great job.Today we were next to Five Seasons Tire at Jim's Tune Up.....Jim and his associates always have done a great job for us over the years. We recommend them highly.

I have purchased tires here in the past with good experiences. That is why I returned. Result was terrible service. I paid to get tires balanced. Worker in rear used a rotating grinder to remove old weight residue and prepare surface for new weights - on chrome clad wheels! The tire was badly marred. I pointed this out to the counter employee and when he started to tell the manager the manager immediately replied to me, who had not yet said anything to him, we have no liability - end of discussion . The tone of his comment was combative and belligerent. This sounded like standard operating procedure for him. Simple unavoidable fact is his business did unneeded visible damage to high end wheels. They know it and choose to lie. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO WORK ON YOUR EXPENSIVE WHEELS!Also when I checked the torque on the four wheels they were between 86 and 105 lb/ft. Factory specs call for 150 lb/ft. Do you want this kind of service for your vehicle?

I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM on a work day (Wednesday). I took my laptop with me so I could work while I wait for my oil change and 2 new tires to be installed, expecting it to take around an hour or so.I was greeted and the man behind the counter was very friendly. After only a short 20 minute wait, I was informed that my car was done and I could be back on my way to work.I was very impressed with the aggressive pricing and waiting time for this visit. I will be back for future work that needs to be done.

Today I got another full set of tires from them for one of my vehicles. They are fast, courteous and reasonable on their prices. I always shop around and always end up at Five Seasons. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need or want. Great place.

NEVER again will I use these shady so called "mechanics" touch my car. First off, the manager accused me of replacing seals on the car then came back after he did some research and realized that was part to the work they did last summer. When another shop found that they did not replace all of the components , 5 Seasons Tire's response was that was not quoted which is why we did not due the work. Yet I was charged for the entire kit. WTH did you do the parts that you purchased to be replaced on my car if you did not put them on my car.

This is our 5th or 6th time here between our three vehicles. They always treat us well and have good pricing. The quick Saturday service is my favorite.

Super straightforward. The 2 times I've been here they are extremely quick and do the job right. Had two tires get pinch flats after fiance drove over a median. I had all the back panels of the prius out to get to the spare and all of the tools out to be able to replace one of them with the spare. Dropped the car off with them; within 15 minutes they replaced two tires and put all the back pieces back into place including the spare and all the tools for no extra costs.

Not the same place at all since Jack sold it. I used to do all of my business there. I wish the new ownership well, but..........................Go to Theisens where they do great work and actually appreciate you, rather than letting you feel like they are doing you the favor.It had absolutely nothing to do with waiting, it had to do with not wanting to do the work. He suggested that I go to TiresPlus.

Needed a quick tire repair as noticed a screw in our tire just as we were headed out of town on vacation. Tried 3 other tire stores but would have had to wait 4 hrs. 5 seasons tire was the hero and got us in right away so we could be on our way as had a 9 hr drive. Very nice people, great service and cost was affordable. Will be first choice going forward for tire issues and needs. Thanks 5 season tires for saving the day!!!!

I used to be a returning customer for them. I had bought 2 different sets of Cooper's and Goodyear's from them. This last time I brought in a tire that had a leak from a nail hole in the tread. They called me an hour later and said it was not repairable and was leaking through "the liner". I asked him what the liner was and he couldn't explain it. He said they tried to patch it.When I picked it back up they had marked all over the tire in 2 other spots from the original leak claiming it was leaking all over.I took it home and put air in it. Still leaked out of the same hole. I got out my $10 tire repair kit from Walmart and put a plug in the original hole so I could check for other leaks. Turns out there were no other leaks. I drove it 40 miles round trip for 2 days after I plugged it with 0 issues until tires from another store for my car arrived.I went to Discount Tire and bought 4 new Continentals from them. I used to go to 5 season's because paying a little more than the competition was worth it for the service. Now they've dipped below the competition it seems. Really dissapointed that I could fix this on my own in 10 minutes and feels like I was lied to. Their service level is no longer worth the premium.

Installed 2 new tires on my van. The price was good and they were very fast. I have also used them in the past and have always had a good experience. I also really like that you can go in for a free rotation without an appointment and get in and out. Would highly recommend.

Damaged my speed sensor when installing my tires & refused to take responsibility. Said couldn't have without damaging the wheel, but if you look it up on Google or U-tube you'll see it's easily done. Took the car to another shop to confirm it

Overall a pretty good place I got a set of tires for my Audi and they re great! Although when I took my car into get the tires rotated they had over torqued the wheels to the point where my rotors got warped and I had to replace them because of the squeaking sound it made after getting them rotated which was quite annoying.
