Had a screw in my tire, took it in and it had not punctured the tube. They removed it at no charge. Excellent customer service. Have used them for years and this is why.

Had my first experience at the 1st Ave location this morning. Can not recommend enough. Everyone was very friendly and they had my car in and out, without an appointment, within 30 minutes. Great local business, and I will for sure be back for an oil change.

I have taken my car here for tires several times and I have bought several tires from them. Today I went in and talked to the manager about the oil change that they did not complete. The oil is still dirty I have went to several other businesses that does oil changes and they say it s still dirty even after it was done. (By 5 seasons On first Avenue) I would never thought a company would steal $35 for an oil change the manager called me silly because I am concerned about my car this is the only transportation we have to get our kids and family to work, school and any other events. I advise everyone to check your vehicles before you leave there place of business!

Five Seasons tire took care of me right away. I got a nail in my tire and went to a different tire shop to get 4 new tire. I needed them just didn t plan on it so soon. The nail in my back tire made me get them sooner. Anyways after waiting more than an hour at the corporate tire shop. I left upset because that they still hadn t got to me. I was skipped over five times at the other place. So I called Five Seasons Tire and they told me to come right in. Not only did they get to my truck right away. I was out of there in about 45 minutes. With four new 65,000 mile warranty tire at a great price. Thank you!

#Experts in tires, shocks, struts alignments and brakes. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else the service mechanics are very qualified and customer friendly people I have ever met. The staff in the office are knowledgeable and polite. Hands Down Best Business in the automotive industry to date.

I definitely had to make a point and do this survey. I just left there June 27, 2023 about 3 o clock pm and the guys there were just great so knowledgeable given extra tips about the tires that they didn t have to give just a good great set of guys I definitely recommend getting tire work done by these guys. Thanks again five seasons Appreciate it

Purchased tires in Jan 2022 and two tires had leaks and I return to have them repaired. They fixed one and indicted corrosion on the rim and charged me. The corrosion should have been sanded at the time of installation and this prevented a proper seal. The other tire they said was fine. After a year of having to put air in the tire I just took it to another tire place to have it fixed. They showed me that when 5 Season installed the tire in Jan 2022, the tech put in tire weights and a screw inside the tire. After a year, these objects hit the tire sensor enough that it broke that and will cost $130 to repair. They also found the leak around the stem.

On Tuesday I had my car towed to the 1st avenue location. Prior to sending my vehicle there I spoke with a team member about what is going on with my car. I notified them the front driver side tire is off the rim and the passenger rear tire is reporting low. The man responded ok we will get it in and look at it once it gets here. I offered my information and he stated he would just get it from the tow truck. The next day one of the team members called me and stated that they looked at the jeep. He noted that only the from tire needed to be replaced. He quoted me 197.00, I responded with perfect are you able to get it done this morning he stated yes. They got the tire fixed right away. We drove off with my husband driving the car and I drove the rental. The next morning the passenger rear was flat and off the rim. My husband had just been released from the hospital the day before so he was unaware of everything that had happened or what was needing serviced. He noted that when he drove home he had to stop and get air on the tire. So I called back and spoke team member. He noted that they would have checked the tire tread and depth only when a tire has low pressure. He then noted that they filled it with air which wasn t reported to me either. He said there is a fee for checking for leaks and if I wanted to get it patch. I let him know that was not the issue because they are the experts and I asked them to do whatever was needed. I had already payed out of pocket for the tow and I was not going to pay another 105.00 to have the car towed back in. I also payed 150.00 for the rental and 20.00 for Ubers plus the 197.00 for the tire. He told me I would have to speak to the owner to see if they would be able to help get the car in. He took my information was going to have the owner call me. Well here I am a day later in -7 degree weather with no vehicle to transport my kids to school. With no response still. They said the owner was there yesterday but he did not call me. I would not recommend because communication is key. Since I had no response I had it towed somewhere else. They told me all 3 tires need replaced this morning. I called five seasons this morning spoke to the owner . Who one told me he was as never notified of my concern yesterday and two told me he was not going to cover the tow since I had one tire replaced but that they messed up he asked me to bring the tire in so they could fix it or they could bring the tire in to get patched. That does not help with the two toe fees I payed in less than 48 hours. Not great customer services.

5 seasons tire is the only place I will ever go to. They are honest unlike most other places. They fixed my tire when Firestone said it was unfixable and wanted me to buy new tires. My tire only had a small screw in it and it didn't even puncture the tire. I would not recommend anyone ever going somewhere else other than 5 Seasons Tire. They are honest and do not try and take advantage of you!

I arrived about 7:55 am and there were already 2 customers waiting, even though their hours show they open at 8 am. I waited about 30 seconds for someone to ask how they could help.I was there for a slow leak on the right front of my Challenger and the gentleman told me it would be a few minutes before they could get to it. 5 minutes later they were pulling my car into the bay.I sat down and the tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes, total time. I was on my way after a $21 (plus change) service charge.Overall, I was very please with the professional and extremely fast and courteous service I received. I will be back for any other service or tires I may need. They have the right attitude at Five Seasons Tire.

The guys here are direct and professional. Great service.Always In and out in a short amount of time. Tire rotation is generally under 15 minutes from start to driving out, removing a nail cost only 10 bucks.Always respectful and polite. More importantly they know tires and beat the big box stores on price.Highly recommend them.

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to this place because after patching the tire on my truck, they put the spare and tools back too so I didn't have to do it and is a pain on a pickup. Thank you.

These guys are fantastic! We are from out of state and needed a tire repair. After calling several shops to only hear I can get you in tomorrow or next week, we came across these guys. They got us right in, fixed the tire correctly and didn't charge an arm and a leg! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend them for your tire needs!

Overall, a great business with highly adequate service. The team members are highly informative. They also offer great rates on tires. The process of getting my car in was quick and easily accomplished. It took approximately 15 minutes to be served and then another hour to get my car's tire repair done. And they seemed to be quite busy that day. I was serviced at the 1st avenue location though I'm sure the edgewood road one is just as pleasant an experience.

I've been buying tires from them since 1986. Always a fair price, best service and they don't nice and dime you like the other guys. Solid brands to choose from and a staff that makes honest recommendations based on my situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Had to take our van in for a tire that caught a nail. They took it right in and had us back on the road within 20 minutes. Very fast service and inexpensive as well!

Went in today for four new tires. My car was in and out before I knew it. Tires look great, car feels great. I will defiantly be back for all my auto needs. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. I noticed they handled each customer who came in with an issue very well and professional. Took time to go out and look at things even when they were very busy. Always talked to the customers and not down at them. Was pretty nice to see and hear!

The mark of a good business is how they take care of you if there is an issue with a set of tires. They took care of me and went above and beyond to work with the tire manufacturer to get things handed to my complete satisfaction. I am a 30 year customer and will be as long as I need their services.

So grateful for this location! They provided efficient service, were honest and accurate about their turnaround time.They dismounted 4 tires, then mounted and installed 4 winter tires with no issue. They were already busy but got it done in an hour and a half. They called me as they were finishing up and reminded me to have the torque rechecked in a couple days.

I've been going to these guys for YEARS....literally since I first moved to Cedar Rapids 18 years ago, and they've given me great service over the years......but my most recent visit has me questioning if I'll be going back. I dropped in to have them repair a TPMS valve stem on my wife's Honda. They replaced it and assured me that the TPMS light should shut off before I got home because it should calibrate. Low and behold, the guy who did the repair must replaced it with your standard valve stem and pretty much all out lied to me about the repair. I've since sold the car, but if I need tires or brakes again, I'm going to be looking for a more honest shop. There were different guys there this last time than were there for years before........did they quit or retire????

I will never use or recommend Five Seasons Tire again. I called earlier in the day to see if they could rotate and balance my tires and they said yes to come in and there shouldn t be a wait. When I got there they were just finishing up with this Mercedes that none of his tires matched. After he left they pulled my car in and came back in about 10 minutes to tell me they couldn t do what earlier they told me they could do because my tires did not match the size and number in the door. That didn t seem right because I have had it done before. However, they did agree to sell me a new set of tires. When I asked them about the car before mine that they were working on which had all different size tires - they just went back and repeated themselves about the size of the tires not matching the door. They were rude and only wanted to show me tire options. I still wonder why they served the man in front of me but would not help me. Was this racially motivated?!

Came in with the mindset of needing a new tire due to a wire imbedded near the edge of my tire that I was told elsewhere was not able to be patched. The knowledgeable staff said they would take a look at the tire and would likely be able to fix it without needing it replaced. Short time later the tire was good to go and I will most definitely be coming back when I actually do need to replace my tires.

This place was awesome. They had reasonable tires in stock. They even got my tires replaced in less than 30 minutes without an appointment. They packed my spare and jack back away and returned my lug nut key right where I had it! Beyond impressed.

Today was my second experience with Five Seasons Tire and they were fantastic both times. They called to communicate an issue or a change needed on my requested service, gave me a fair price, and offered a quote for services I can put off till my next paycheck. Not only was the price and service right, but they were very timely in completing the task. Thanks guys for being so friendly, and doing such a good job. I'll trust my vehicles in your hands any time!
