I have recently had my tire s balanced for my Porsche 911 and Erik gave me excellent service along with giving sound advice on my car. European Motors has a nice friendly staff that keeps me coming back.

My recent dealings with European Motors was excellent. They are very professional, fair, and down to earth. I worked directly with Tommy. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and easy to work with. If given the opportunity to work with them again or recommend them to others, I will definitely do that without hesitation.

Literally the easiest most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had. Tommy"s pleasant demeanor made it feel like a 4th of July barbecue rather than a car sale. Being able to consult with a technician about the cars history showed me just how much they care about the products that they're offering. Christian's extensive knowledge about European vehicles assured me that I was working with true professionals, and that my vehicle would be in the most qualified hands. I even got to chat with the owner Pete and his wife Suzy, who were both lovely to talk to. I was in and out in under an hour, and everybody on the team made sure that I was receiving top notch service. I wish there were more stars!

Had an oil change for 2012 GLK350. I was charged $320.05 for it! When I called, the quote I was told was $150-$180.While I was waiting, I was asked if I want the air filters to be done as well and was quoted $299 for two filters, nobody mentioned any taxes either. At the checkout, I was told single air filter was replaced and $321 with tax. Seems very excessive for just the oil change + air filter. Was definitely pretty regretful I took my car there.

I brought my Porsche turbo in that was having issues. Two other shops had tired to fix it and couldn t. Erik had me fixed up just a few hours! I couldn t be more happy with the service. Thanks!

Big shout out to Blake and a huge thanks to Eric!!! I was 100% confident and now very satisfied with Blakes recommendation and purchase of a new set of tires. Ive already spread the word and sending them another customer in need of tires and the care for their special car.

let me start with , that i found this porsche carrera s on the website and called Kyle. After several questions and good answers i decided i wanted the car without even see it. He went and took several videos of the car and texted them to me. amazing, finally today i went to get the car and it was nothing but good exactly how he described it to me. He went and hook me up with a uhaul and got my car on it for me and put me on the road at no time. Amazing experience, no my friend will buy his porsche from them. BTW, Suzy is a rockstar not only on the bank and office stuff but also loading the cars on the trailers woow

Client for life! I'll make this review as short as possible: I started coming here when another mechanic in town told me my BMW needed a new motor. The shop at European Motors was fair and honest with me, and I was out the door for less than $200. I have been back here and there for other issues, and it's always the same experience- everyone is always fair and up-front. Just bought my Mercedes from them, and while I hope to be in the shop less, I wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else, or buying from anybody else.

This is one of the most honest car dealerships in Cedar Rapids. They are willing to talk straight with you, help you finance, and they do all the work on your car themselves so you know you are getting good and honest care. I also found the sales staff to be more like real people who cared more about me than closing the deal. Great selection of European cars new and classic!

I wanted a summer car for some retirement traveling this summer. I live in ND. I spoke with Ang about a MB convertible. I have bought a ton of cars over my career. She made me feel she was selling one of her own favorite vehicles. I bought the car without test driving it or seeing it live. My opinion is the if you are selling high value cars you ensure that they live up to the Brand's reputation. Everything about the car was exactly as Ang told me. She came into work on her day off to meet me and finalize the deal. Name another dealer who's sales reps do that. I give Ang and European Motors of Iowa a huge WELL DONE for customer service and value. They understand how to treat customers.

I brought my Audi Q5 in for brake adjustment. The team was patient and kind as I tried to explain the problem, even though it wasn't happening when they test drove it. They discussed options with me, explained everything, and let me decide on next steps. My Audi is perfect now--braking is quiet and I am so happy. Thanks to DJ and the technician who worked on my vehicle!

First of all I can not say enough good things about European motors. I took my audi in knowing it needed many repairs. I was very pleased with the price and timely manner that they did everything. Their new system allowed me to receive a text with a link to the shop order with all the findings and suggested repairs, it makes it very easy to proceed to the next step in your car repairs. Thank you DJ and Erik for taking care of my car, you guys did a fantastic job! I seriously can't thank you enough.

I was in a pinch with an issue with my cooling system coming from out of town. DJ and his team got me in and fixed the issue quick at a reasonable price. I'd give them 10 stars, if I could.

I want to share the AMAZING car buying experience my wife and I had at European Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA. As we all know, buying a car is considered one of the most stressful experiences a person can have. They even say it can be more stressful than getting married or buying a new home. Well, then you haven t purchased a car from Tommy at European Motors. Not only was he fantastic to work with, but took the time to answer all our questions and show us all the features of the car too. At that point, we let him know we wanted to think about it for a couple of days and would get back to him. He understood and said to call with any questions/concerns. Our mind was pretty much made up when we drove away, but what really locked it in for us was the fact he really did leave us alone. This was a first for us in all our years of buying cars. EVERY other dealership/salesperson we ve dealt with has hounded us endlessly through text or cell trying to get our business. I think we all agree that s a HUGE turn off, and a deal breaker for us too. Then it was time to sit down and start the very stressful negotiation process. I knew what I wanted to pay, and my guard was up, and I was ready to wrestle to get the deal we wanted. But Tommy ruined that for us too. He took all the fun out of it by giving us the price we wanted from the start. It was AMAZING!! We couldn t have been more pleased with the way everything went from start to finish. Then as we were walking out, Pete and Suzy the owners stopped us to say thank you for the business, and asked how everything went? Of course, we told them thank you as well and for making this truly one of the most enjoyable and best car buying experiences we ve had! When it s time for us to look for a car again European Motors will definitely be our first stop, and it should be yours too!! Give Tommy a call and he will give you the same first class service he gave us. Thank you again Tommy and everyone at European Motors for making it a FANTASTIC experience!

Awesome experience.I live in the Waterloo area and needed a safety related repair. Wait list in Waterloo was 3-4wks.EML, was able to get me in right away and get me on the road in the estimated time. I'm very happy with their service and professionalism.Although it is a few miles out of my way, I will gladly go the extra mile, like I feel they did for me. Great price, great people. This will be my goto spot in the future.

I purchased a beautiful Porsche from them and they are 100% the real deal. They made the experience very easy and simple. When I had some minor trouble with the vehicle a few days later, they fixed it without a charge. I highly recommend them for car purchases and vehicle work.

By far the smoothest and best car buying experience from any dealer I ve ever purchased a car from. Suzy was excellent and even picked me up from the airport in my new car! She had the paperwork ready and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. The M2 is absolutely beautiful and a hoot to drive. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Buying a used car will rarely ever be the same for every person, there are just too many variables at play. But I had a very pleasant experience buying my car from European Motors. Kyle did not pressure me in the slightest, he was very helpful throughout the whole process. I went there to look at one specific car and ended up buying something completely different, but that was my choice and Kyle never once tried to steer me towards, nor away from, any car in their inventory. I was given plenty of time to think about my options, given multiple opportunities to take test drives, and got a very fair price on both the car I bought and my trade-in. When a very minor maintenance issue surfaced the week after my purchase, John and Kyle helped me get it resolved very quickly and did not try to make any extra money off of me because of it. I haven't bought many cars in my lifetime, but on the whole, this was the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had.

Hit a deer on 80 in the late evening. Radiator fluid all over and the staff at the Pilot station at mile marker 201 were very helpful to try to get me back on the road but no luck. Next morning got a tow from Shepards Towing right to dealer. They had a cancelation and put the car right up on the lift. Realized the radiator on my Audi was cracked. Found a part and told me it would be repaired in a couple of days and was done early. Took me to the airport and picked me up when i came back to pick up the car. Even screwed the trim down so i could drive to Michigan safely. Called to make sure I got home in one piece. Could not ask for a better experience in a stressful situation. If that is how they treat you when you buy a car then i wish I lived closer.

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, they are amazing!! Their honesty and transparency in the buying process is how buying a car should be, I wish all dealerships were run like this one.I prefer older European cars and only drive stick shift cars, not exactly the easiest to find these days. I live out of state and saw a car that I've been looking for for quite some time (it was even a wagon!!) on their website. I worked with Suzy and she was phenomenal, great customer service skills and gave me all the info I was looking for. I love that they even do shipping for out of state buyers, it certainly makes the logistics of buying a vehicle out of state a little easier.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them and plan on keeping an eye on their website and inventory to see what other gems they get on the lot. It's so rare to find a dealership with a selection of older cars that cater to enthusiasts, I was thrilled to find this one!

I was going to purchase a Jeep Wrangler unlimited from European Motors but was disappointed in how the vehicle was advertised and shown on the internet. I called Tommy the salesman and we discussed the vehicle. He said it was in excellent condition.(almost brand new!!) I told him I was over 4 1/2hours away and I wanted to know about any of the flaws the vehicle had with the body. He said there was one small door ding. Once again I told him I was driving a long ways and to please tell me if there was anything else. He said no but was willing to walk around the vehicle with his cell phone to show me how clean it was. I told him the quality probably wouldn't show any imperfections but that was fine if he wanted to. My son and I drove over 4 1/2 hours to the dealership and within one minute of seeing the vehicle, I noticed chips and scratches all over the vehicle and even some rust and the hood had been bent on both sides and there were additional scratches on the hood and another dent on the top of the hood. I asked Tommy why he didn't tell me about any of the other dents and scratches and he said that the sun was really bright when I called earlier and he missed all of them.......I was really frustrated after driving over 4 1/2 hours there and now I had to drive over another 4 1/2hours back home for a 9 hour round trip. European Motors never offered any other apology. I am never going back to this dealership and wouldn't recommend it to anyone that has to drive over 5 minutes to look at a vehicle and then you have to question the integrity of any dealership that wouldn't tell a customer and his son that has 9 hours of driving to do about any flaws and to just be honest with me. What a waste of a day and European Motors could care less.

This review is like 4 months overdue because I'm forgetful and great at procrastinating. My car got damaged in the derecho like many other people. It ended up needing way more work done than the insurance adjuster had found, so it was at EM for almost 3 months due to extensive engine repairs. Everyone was so nice, transparent, and understanding during the whole thing. I felt bad that my car was just sitting there taking up space, and I also felt bad about constantly calling to see if they had any updates. The people I ended up talking to the most were DJ and Mayte, and they were awesome through the whole process. I think I also talked to Tommy? a couple of times as well, and he was also very nice. 10/10 would recommend them and they will be where I take my car while I'm in Cedar Rapids.

We had our EOS hardtop convertible serviced here for the 1st time after other shops tried. The service team was awesome and listened to me as I explained what has happened and what had been done. Eric did a great job. I knew going into this repair that it was a difficult one. It works better than new. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Tommy. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we came up there. There was no pushing from Tommy to get us to purchase the vehicle, which is always what I'm looking for when purchasing anything. He made me not hate the car buying experience. Will be purchasing all subsequent vehicles from European Motors as long as they are around and as long as I am in the area.

Tommy was exceptional to work with. Very kind, responsive and detailed. Helped make the buying experience of the '11 Mercedes Benz C300 a very enjoyable one. Felt my trade-in and purchase overall was a "fair" transaction for both parties. And these are the best transactions. European Motors is only about a 10 minute drive from where I live. Will be taking my future service business to European Motors. Will also not hesitate to circle back to the dealership and Tommy when I'm in the market again. Skilled technicians and caring owners. Had a complaint on my Mercedes but the staff and owners took the time to explain every facet of the problem and worked hard to make the experience better for us. The car looks and drives great, they did good work. I hope not to be back for awhile, but if it breaks again, I will go back to European Motors.New service manager made for a huge improvement on my experience from previous visits.

I spent some time with Tommy test driving cars and he was hands down the most informative, non-pushy, helpful "salesman" I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is professional and approachable. It was very refreshing.

After driving to Chicago to look at other BMW 335s that were priced lower, we returned and bought the first one we drove that was at European Motors. It ended up being in much better condition than others advertised for less and we felt comfortable buying locally knowing they had an excellent service center. After a few years of ownership, we could not be happier with the BMW, the sales experience and their service center. We would do it all over again, but skip the drive to Chicago!

I did not purchase anything from European Motors Limited except a pre-purchase inspection on a potential Porsche 911 I was going to purchase from a different local dealer. DJ was amazing. Very informative, prompt service. They sent plenty of pictures... good, bad, and ugly of the car. Reasonable estimates on needed repairs. All this during the COVID pandemic... for someone they have never met... who was car shopping from hundreds of miles away. Super honest, fair... I do not usually give glowing reviews... but they deserve it. Special thanks to DJ.. . Thanks again!!!Appreciate the professionalism... and the honesty is refreshing
