After calling all the bigger diesel truck repair companies, all of them were booked out a week to a week in a half with repairs. After finding this location, which took me a little over hour to get to from where I was, they made room me. My truck blower for heat and air conditioner had went completely out. I really need the heater being in sub below temperature here in IA and IL lately. They were very friendly, efficient, and budget friendly. I did provide my own blower, but labor was unbeatable!! They will continue be blessed as they continue to bless there customers. They even offered us some homemade lunch!! Thank you everyone!! I can spell or remember everyone's name but I do remember Zack, because he prepared my bill. However, the entire crew were so helpful and friendly and nice!! They even left the area inside the truck that they work on clean!!

Had a lower coolant hose leaking. They did thorough diag and found loose clamps as the only issue...honest place. Their bill was reasonable too! Highly recommended.

Broke down on Interstate 380 N. Fuel Pressure Line was leaking. I called truck country who couldn't get a tech to atleast take a quick look to see if a quick fix can be done to get us on the way. DO's came out immediately, assessed the issue, went to pick up some extra parts and had me running in less than 20 minutes. In my experience, the tech was awesome.Service: Fuel delivery

Best place in town to get work done! They replaced my air compressor in my semi truck and did some other things I needed done as well. Most competent mechanic in town. Took truck over to Thompson Truck and Trailer and they took all my money to get pretty much nothing done. These guys know what they are doing and do it really well. They also don t take all of your money. I really recommend Do s 1000%!

This is shop is the best in town and arguably in the Midwest. I have sent trucks specifically from all over the country to come here. They know how to do everything with high quality and customer service. Fix it right the first time period!We brought our Kenworth in for a manifold leak. Also have brought in a few Freightliner s for repairs and a Mach. Zach is the man!!!!All these trucks were repaired here in the last 2 months by Zach. Awesome job and they run amazing.

Was driving through Cedar Rapids, IA called couple shops to get service, only DO S guys could get me right away. Found the problem, fixed it and in 1.5 hours I was back on the road. Great service for adequate price. Recommend!!!!

Horrible Service. Ripoff. Unethical. Unprofessional. I sent my truck in with a faulty starter a few month back. All that had to be done is a new starter had to be picked up from the local store and replaced on my truck. This guys picked up the starter, no problem. But, when things came to replacing the starter, the guy looked like he was just learning how to replace a starter on a 2015 Cascadia. Every few minutes he had to go back to the manual and study it. And he charges per hour rate. I didn't say anything about it and just paid my bill. A day later my battery was dead because this dude "forgot" to connect the ground wire back in place, so I had to pay $600 to get that fixed in IL. After making multiple attempts to get reimbursed for it, I got nowhere and ended up eating up the full $1400($800+$600) bill by my self. Three month later, today, the starter broke again. Stay away if you can.

Plus five stars! Work was done very quickly and efficiently, needed axel bearing and AC condenser to be changed, done in an hour. Very good prices too. Highly recommend !!!

I had a break pot let go. Couldn t cage it as internal parts blocked the whole. Call these guys and they were there in less than an hour. $294. That s for parts labour and call out fee. Worth every penny. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my repair work. You guys are awesome.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Great group of mechanics. They know what they're doing. Very reasonably priced. I had a breakdown on the highway and was towed. They were very busy but managed to squeeze me in because of my desperation. The problem was in my fuse box under the hood. It was badly corroded but instead of making me wait while they ordered a new fuse box and installed it, which could have taken at least another day maybe more. The mechanic was able to rig it good enough to get me home. Their efforts were greatly appreciated. They had me back and running by the end of the day.The Quala wash nearby graciously allowed me to park my trailer (keep that in mind). The tow truck had no problem dropping my trailer there there's plenty of room. Thank you Do's you're fantastic down to earth diesel technicians.

Bitter cold in the negatives! What i crisis i had! I called for lockout service on my semitruck they said it would be 2 hrs they were extremely busy. They gave me a great rate and the service truck showed up with in the two hours he was able to work the key and open the door and charged me even less! The service was better than expected and they were fantastic and the advise was helpful! What wonderful service! You guys are wonderful thank you! Also when i did not get a receipt i calked the office back and they said they would email it to me! How cool is that!

If I can give them more than 5 stars, I would.I was delivering in the area and I needed couple things done on my truck, found them online and saw all good reviews, gave them a call and they took me in immediately. Josh was working on my truck, very professional and finished in a timely manner. Dry Van trailer was leaking water at the bottom front but couldn t exactly pinpoint the issue. So I brought the trailer to DOs truck and trailer repair. The mechanic who appeared to be the owner located the possible cause of said water leak and applied some heavy duty sealant. When asked how much I owed him, he was kind of enough to tell me no charge. I ll add that it wasn t just a small area that he applied the sealant either. He applied it to the whole bottom area and a few other spots. Which was greatly appreciated. If I m ever in the area again and need repairs I ll definitely return.

Had trailer problems. Called them an hour before I got there. They were looking over the problem almost before I got the brakes set. Out of there in less than 2 hours with a new brake chamber installed. Looked like they had plenty of other work to do besides helping meAwesome place. Highly recommend. D and D Transfer LLC

We had one of our City - Link Carriers ltd trailer that had hit a low clearance in chicago. Called in the morning and these guys had it done and patched up in no time. Very friendly with the drivers good service and a job well done. I appreciate that you made it work so my driver could reload and make it back to Surrey BC canada. We called to get some help on a busted airline. They said to give them an hour, so we waited for 2.5 hours, and tried calling them. No answer, so I retried an hour later. They legit said that they had come out to pilot and found another truck that had the same issue and they fixed him and left. There was no apology or even half of an attempt to fix that we had waited for hours because they weren't professional enough to make sure it was us. Assuming he was even telling the truth.

We blew a tire on our boat trailer just south of CR. They came within 10 minutes and filled our spare tire with air. This was a lifesaver as traffic was crazy and our girls were dying to get to the water! Great customer service!

I had a truck with bad radiator and tensioner and belt, they got some one to tow the truck to their shop and they worked on it until it was done. Great Service , Communication and Customer Service . They were also good to my driver as well.

Took him a little longer than I expected, in my mind. But Dos showed up and took care of my problem. He gave me a fair warning of this was a temporary repair.. I love Dos and what they did! He was right on time..!!!
