Always a pleasure to bring all of my vehicles here. Whether it's dealing with daily driver tires or putting on track tires on carbon forged wheels. They are friendly and you can tell they are genuine car enthusiasts too.

Poor customer service skills from the guy Mario, who lied to me about the shelf life of tires.He didn't expect me to be a raw rubber tech who knows about rubber. It's a shame trying to upsell me. Customers are knowledgeable these days buddy.

Chris at Discount Tire was so professional, friendly and recommended I rebalance and rotate the tires. They fixed the rough ride and the truck rides great now! Because I bought my tires from them, it was all free. Keep up the great work Discount Tire!

I went get air in my tires. A service they provide for free. And not only did air up 5he tires but checked tread depth. When technician finished; gave a brief run down on my tires and encouraged me to replace my tires ( I already knew 5hey needed replacement) for safety sake in the next few months. Very nice guy. I've never had an issue with them. I've used their services for tire repair as well.

I am moving and saw that we needed two new tires. On van. We are on suck a tight time schedule. I call in they said they are booked up all day. Alex J. Said bring it in at 345pm and we will do our best to get it done fast. He called me at 3pm said if I can get there quick. I was there in 5 mins. They got me in right away. And got two new tires on in less then 20mins.... this is why I will never go anywhere else. Thank u discount tire

Making an appointment was simple and easy. These guys were able to get me in and fix my tire quick and efficient! I was thrilled to find out they did it for free. Thanks for your help and getting me back on the road quickly!

Absolutely trash! DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES INSTALLED HERE!! They scratched my car and my rim. I already filed an insurance claim with them and if they dont fix it, i will be calling the bbb. Im considering small claims court as well. Unacceptable service. Never coming here again.

Bought tires at this store a year ago. Rear tires were going flat. We took the tires in and they told us the rims were bad. I took the car to my mechanic who told me the bead seals just needed to be redone. My mechanic charged me $50.00 for something dt wanted to sell me four new rims urgently.

Just got another set of tires. Over the last 30 years I don't know how many sets of tires I have purchased in 2 diff. States and multiple vehicles. Highly recommend! Great service

This is a great place for all of your vehicle tires services. They have a free tire pressure check area; where they put air in ties that have low pressure. They will patch tires if they are repairable and have sufficient tread. They have several tire brands you can select from to have put on your vehicle. They have competitive prices for ties.

This place used to be great. But not anymore. I went in for my tires rotation and wipers change. They broke the back wiper and they referred me to another place to get it fixed. It was fixed and they paid for it, but they wasted my time to have to go back and forth. The guy was banging on the screw for the wiper handle to be on, he was banging it with hammer and screwdriver. Until he realizes that he made it worse, so that's why he sent me off to another shop to get it fixed. Obviously the other place had to order in the part, so that wasted 2 more days for me. Just don't get your wipers changed at Discount tires.

Customer service, when we finally received it, was shotty at best. The lady behind the counter is rude, but she is rude to everyone, whether you are an automotive or just a regular shopping Wal-Mart customer.Another employee came over and took care of us when he saw that she was unable yo handle the number of people that were there, which was 3 of us in total, by the way.He had a better attitude, but not by much, he was going to break when he saw he was needed, but he wasn't asked that I know of. He just came on his own.My hubby told him he wanted 4 tires, what they were, and that he wanted them mounted and balanced.The guy told my hubby that it would be longer than we wanted to wait. So hubby just told him to just ring up the tires and bring them out, and he would do it himself. It's not like he doesn't know how he just didn't want to. While he was doing that, one of the others backed out, there was an opening, and they told us it would take 45 minutes tops. We waited for an hour and a half for our truck to be done.We have had tire work done there before and have never had problems before like this.That lady's attitude really needs to be checked before someone checks it for her. I mean, it gets worse every time I see her, I probably see her 6 to 7 times a year.Other people had problems with their vehicles, too, but I wasn't listening. I just heard them getting angry with the lady. One time, a manager or supervisor had to be called in, I think. I kept going off trying to find something to do to make the time go faster.As far as the satisfaction of the tires?We will have to see.See ya in the funnies kids

Alex Jay is a freaking rock star. I had just the best experience getting my tire replaced here. Alex really knocked it out of the park. From carrying the tire to and from my trunk to remembering my name, I had a very positive experience when I was not expecting anything exceptional.

While working night shift my new tires (ordered online) arrived. They worked with me and held the tires for several days until I could make it in with my truck. Discount Tire has always treated me well, and I have used the hazard protection once. I ran over a large screw on a rural road, the puncture was near the sidewall. Discount Tire took care of replacing the tire. All I owed was the additional hazard coverage for the replacement tire. Thank you Discount Tire for taking good care of me.

Guy at the counter was great, attempted to up sell me many times. Just doing his job not mad about that. What I am mad about is that 2 of the TPMS sensor kits were replaced and two were not, not only that they don't match, two long valve stem cap kits and two short stem cap kits. Also they put short valve caps on the long stems, so could not even put my original caps back on. When I got my car back my tires did not have the correct psi. Tires are suppose to be at 36 psi. they were at 32,34,44, and 28.... I also have one tire leaking. My guess is no bead sealer was put on the rim of the tires. I used to work in automotive so I know where people take short cuts. A lot of short cuts were taken. Friendly service, but did not receive quality work.

I was in back in November for a tire rotation and ended up with new tires and windshield wipers. Well over this past weekend my driver's side wiper was catching and literally fell off the windshield. I was able to get right in with Marcus and he was amazing. He not only took the time to see what was going on but was very patient. They didn't have any of what i had in stock so he upgraded me at no cost. After putting on that wiper I was good to go. I tested the wipers before leaving and it was still catching. He was so. Nice to not only replace it a 2nd time but upgraded both wipers. And put them on for me and it was freezing. I can't express how grateful I am he was willing to help me out as we are getting rain today. His customer service is next to none... amazing!!!

Ed helped me today I was not having a good day extremely hot and humid today and I had a overnight flat I removed it from the vehicle and brought it in unfortunately it wasn't able to be fixed but after finding my spare this gentleman had my spare torqued my air levels checked and got rid of my bad tire for me at no charge. Plus their air check has saved many people especially when other places don't take care of machines and you end up with less air than what you started with in your tire.

I called them 3-ish minutes before closing time time because I heard a loud hissing sound coming from my tire when I was getting gas. I called them and asked if I could bring in my car even though I am more than 10 minutes away, with my kids in the car and I feared we would be stranded with a flat. Without missing a beat, the gentleman who answered the phone said "absolutely, bring it in and we will get it looked at." I brought it in, and they immediately got it to it, and within 20 minutes it was fixed. They were very kind, courteous, and understanding. 10/10 every time I go in there. Always polite and willing to help. :)

Always have a GREAT experience! The guys here are always so courteous. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right and are always as quick as they can be. Would not choose any other place to get tire service done!

Making an appointment online was a breeze. Arrived at the shop for my appointment and was immediately greeted. After taking my car to be inspected, it turned out I had a nail in the tire. They patched it up for free! Such good customer service! Will definitely be a returning customer.
