I recently purchased a 1987 Chevy pickup truck from Cassill Motors. I just don t have the words to describe well enough what an incredible buying experience I had with this dealer and especially Jeff Webster! I m in Pennsylvania having only seen the truck online. I ve bought many vehicles over the years, many out of state, but always had to fly out first, until this time. I felt so confident that I could trust Jeff and Cassill Motors. Jeff sent me additional photos and video of the truck, we negotiated a bit back and forth agreeing on a very fair price for both of us. They also handled shipping the vehicle efficiently and at a very fair price as well (the shipping company they hired was great as well)! The truck arrived and I could not have been more happy! This truck is a carbon copy of my father s truck I first learned to drive, shared countless family memories in, started a father son construction business, and will now start new memories with my first daughter. I look forward seeing my mother and father take their grandchild for ice cream this summer. This truck I purchased from Cassill Motors has a lot of sentimental meaning, and Jeff really respected that by making this buying experience so incredible. I can not thank you all enough!!!

Great experience with Jeremiah, made everyone very comfortable and everyone worked very quickly to get us in and out. No question they are a quality group and would not question going back again if need be.Update 4/17/2024: 4 days after purchase car is making a bad motor clicking noise, reached out to their service department to schedule an appointment to get the car looked at but I am worried that I was sold a bad car. Will update with new information as provided.

I had a Fabulous experience at Cassill. Jerry greeted us right away and got everything started then Austin our sales guys took over and gave me a great deal on my trade in, next I ment with Patrick in finance and he went over everything with me. I definitely recommend and will be going back. Great team at Cassill!

Larry and the entire team at Cassill are wonderful to work with! When they didn't have exactly what my husband was looking for on the lot they found it.I truly feel like family every time I walk through the door, my kids are welcome and love being there. We will never go any where else. Cannot recommend Larry @ Cassill enough!

I m new to the area and have never been disappointed with the service I ve received at Cassill with both the sales side (shout-out Jeremiah Davis for being the absolute best and showing me patience during the process) and the service side. They ve even come out to jump my car when I had a dead battery. Everyone makes you feel like you are part of the Cassill family. Highly recommend.

Best dealership experience around. Staff is always helpful. I ve worked with Adam, Jeremiah and Crystal. They are all very friendly and willing to answer any questions and will try to get you the most bang for you buck. Would Highly recommend.

From the first call to when I signed for my new mini van it was the easiest process. Jeff made things easy, finance was quick. I have never been more relaxed buying a car. Hands down the best place to buy in Cedar Rapids.

Larry was the best doggone car salesman I ve ever had the pleasure dealing with, from first step onto the property and him catching me to discuss my wants and needs to walking out the door same day with the car of my dreams. He took care of me every step of the way. I would absolutely unequivocally refer anybody I know looking for a vehicle to this place, make sure to ask for LARRY! I would do anything thing to see that man again.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and Jeremiah took it upon himself to search the country. This process literally took about 3 months but he didn t give up and kept us informed the entire process. He eventually did locate the perfect vehicle and it was beyond our expectations! Cassill Motors has been our only car sales and service center for many years. Excellence in service is completed quickly and with clear explanations. There is a handy and appreciated courtesy van if you need a ride during service. Attentive sales people, which we have only experienced friendly, helpful advice and detailed information without the heavy-handed pressure tactics.

Cassill service is second to none! The Cassills are upstanding, good people, I had a rough sales experience but they made sure that in the end I left feeling mattered. There aren't many businesses anymore that stand behind their products (especially in the car business) when you buy a car at Cassill you get the whole fam at your back and thats awesome. I worked with Ed Lindroth while looking for a company vehicle. We couldnt make a deal that day but the customer service provided by him and the help with chosing the appropriate truck was amazing. Was having tire issues. Stopped in and not only did my tire get looked at but I was also given advice to make the tire last until the lugnut key is ordered. I had no idea a lugnut needed a key. Who knew?! Lol. Superb Customer Service!I only have one complaint. More like a concern...There's usually a beautiful dog that stops by to say good morning when I'm there and it was noticeable they weren't around. I don't even recall seeing the water bowl So with my hands on my hips , I ask "Where's the dog(s)??".
