Everyone at Cassill motors is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I won t take my car anywhere else, they are the best in town! I can't thank Cassill Collision center enough for getting me safely out of a bad situation. I was driving from South Carolina to Cedar Rapids to meet my family for an important doctor appointment. Along the way something hit my car and broke the underneath plastic carriage lose during the trip. I heard a terribly noise but was on the road before any shops opened. I made it to Cedar Rapids safely and called Cassill to find out if they could help and get me same day service as I had to go on to western Iowa later in the day. They did an excellent job, giving me excellent customer service and managed the repair an little expense. I was traveling alone and this gave me significant peace of mind for the rest of the trip. Looking back on this review, I was harsh, I love Cassill <3. The head service guy is the best. 2015 Trax will always get my work done here.

This is the worst place . I took my car for repair. He made stimation and they put back a broken part back. When I got my vehicle I ask why he put back a broken part,only thing he can say he didn't put that part in stimation. He didn't see it. I remember I show it to him.They ask me to pay the part and bring the vehicle. I ask them to order the part, it been more than a month they never call me back. They are a cheater. Don't ever take your car to this place. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These guys really do a fair, honest, wonderful job, work together with your insurance & just make an unpleasant & unfortunate situation so much easier to deal with.My relationship with Cassill Motors dates back to the summer of '08 when I started taking my vehicle to them for oil changes and other maintenance, as well as renting huge vans for 3 straight years from them for a weekend team relay adventure.Their prices (primarily for collision repair) rival all others in the area (& I've been hit 2x by other people, so I've definitely checked around). They won't let you drive away in something that they or their families wouldn't operate-- safety & your vehicle staying in smooth operating condition mean everything to them.It's because they're a local, family-owned & run company. Their reputation & success rely on taking the very best care of their customers. SMART businesses "get" this.Whether the collision was your fault or another person's or a deer's,...or the result of a 2-ton beam being dropped on your mode of transpo. (think Tim the Toolman Taylor), Cassill Collision will take the best care of you.I realized, after a deer recently hit my vehicle, that I had not added rental coverage to my policy & could not afford to pay for a rental car for the duration of my vehicle's repair. They put me in one of their nice, loaner vehicles practically free of charge! I was completely blown away with gratitude..(apparently so blown away & frazzled that I locked the key in the car a few days later. One of the salesmen came within minutes & had it unlocked in seconds. I'm telling you, the company as a whole, really is wonderful!)Just call them. They'll take care of you.

Great staff still working through scheduling issues. With the local hail damages and dercho damages and part shortages, they are working through it. It took over 5 months to get my 2020 F250 repaired.

Did well. Dealt with the insurance company that hit the car to make sure repairs that weren't on the original estimate were taken care of.
