I called Carhop to see if I could get my payments lowered due to loss of hours at work. After about 30 minutes they agreed to lower my payments from $235 every two weeks to $175. This will help my situation out a lot. Or so I thought. I went to Carhop location and asked again that I only need to pay $175 and they confirmed at their location that only $175 was needed. So I got the money order for them and my payment was made. Turns out it didn t get fully paid. I get a text about 2 weeks later saying I still owe $60. I call them asking what s going on and they tell me they reviewed my account and it was changed back without me knowing they changed it back. Apparently the person who lowered my payment is not authorized to do that. Also with an upcoming payment I expected to be charged $175 so I left the amount needed in the account with a little extra for stuff to change the oil and oil filter. I go to get an oil filter to change in the car and I get declined. Carhop charged me $235 when it was suppose to be $175 so now I have an account with a negative balance.

Cursti was very nice and professional. She made it soo easy gor me to understand the process. Always gas a smile on her face. This is my 2nd car from here. With customer service like Cursti gas shown i will definitely be back to by another car in the future. Thanks again Cursti!!!

If I could give a lower star score I would. Do not waste your time and money here no matter how desperate you are. The legalities of this establishment have to be questioned. You don't sell a "repo'd" vehicle for $600 and charge a customer $7300 for the remaining amount. It's laughable really, considering they illegally repo'd my friends vehicle. Save yourself from that headache because they don't work with you. They'll be out of business someday I'm sure.

Waste of time. Save your money for a down payment and go to a better dealership. The office is dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. They did nothing special for me even though I met criteria and wanted a huge down payment. You can go anywhere.

I tried a different car dealership for car didn't have alot money put down as I didn't know my car would be taking crap. I walked over to one place no luck needed 500 atleast. I went grabbed taxi to car hop not expecting to get much maybe even sent home with no car. I was wrong I had different options to choose from. They stayedopen even past 6 to let me test cars. 1st day I had trouble with car I was buying they fixed it and I was back on road I can't express what it meant them staying open and fixing car I ended up liking most THANK YOU CAR HOP no I am paid to say this. Yea I am a real car hop customer and would recommend them.

These people were absolutely very professional and very nice and kind I got over 5 choices for cars I got what I wanted my birthday is on the 19th got all my questions answered this will help rebuild my credit and much more I will always do business with them no one els approves bad credit but these Iowa folks certainly do I highly recommend them for my first time going to them for my first time I definitely had a wonderful experience please shop at car hope they are great.

Miss Jenna helped us! We had no hope, everywhere turned us down because of credit but she was very happy to help us, got into a semi newer vehicle, $500 down and my credit is less than 500. Amazing work!!

I came to carhop as a 1st time financer, and they got me into a vehicle within 2 weeks of coming in, and Alex did everything he could to get me into a car. I really recommend CarHop to anyone who is looking to finance a vehicle! Thank You Carhop!

This place seems great until it isn t, they charge nearly 4x what a car is worth. The only business this place is getting is from people who need cars but have bad credit and unfortunately this place ends up being a last resort. If you re able to, don t come here. They don t put their customers first when they really should. I bought a car and it ended up having multiple issues that would ve cost more than the car to fix.

Not worth the time unless you can afford $400 monthly payments! At that point you'd be paying the same as going 2 a dealership! This place seems pretty pathetic 2 me!

I came in to get a vehicle and everyone was so nice. Katie was awesome and ended up getting me the Jeep I wanted and was able to work with my down payment. 10/10 recommended coming here if you need help getting a vehicle

Katie is stellar. She is the best. She didn't have anything that I wanted so I left. A week later, she contacted me as soon as she had something that she knew I would like and saved the vehicle for me to come check out. She is super personable and she is a huge help. She did everything she said she would do for me and so much more. She went out of her way to get me brand new tires on the vehicle that I purchased as well. If ur looking for a vehicle, PLEASE go and see Katie Cisneros at Carhop in Cedar Rapids Iowa...SHE IS AMAZING!!!

Dulce and the staff are great here. I came in with a vehicle trade and they were sure to put me in a new vehicle. I am so pleased with what they gave me and I love the way the atomosphere is compared to when I first bought my car in 2020. I also loved that it s all women running it too. Yes indeed women rock!!!! I m hoping the keep the same staff for years to come.

Kara in the financing department is amazing. I was having issues with my bank and in the process of changing banks my car note was not changed and it was taken from an account that was close. I walked into Carhop honestly anticipating hearing a NO, however, Alex took care of me. He allowed me to explain my situation and without any judgment he listened and paid attention. I ve been told NO a lot and today I drove off the lot in a new car. God is so good. Thank you Alex and Liz for everything.

I ve been in twice and everyone was so nice and understanding of my situation. They are helpful and help make the process go quickly and efficiently. Dulce from the Sioux City store was a great help and was really nice. :)
