Sales team was great, very helpful considering the situation I was in. The process was fast and they got me into a vehicle that I wanted. Financing team also worked hard to help me. I would definitely recommend coming here if your looking for good people to take care of your transportation needs and your looking for a nice vehicle with affordable payments!

Great service in the service department, they usually can squeeze me in if they have a little time and something is up with the car, great warranty on their cars I have only had to pay a deductible for any work that has been needed to be done, which isn t much because they car runs very smoothly, free oil changes between 7 and 9 during the week, and they let me know when I need it done because I m forgetful, it s been an all around great experience. The amazing woman at the service desk is on top of it all and makes every experience from them wonderfully perfect in every way!

Corey is amazing in sales and Jess is phenomenal in service I called 1000 times a day wondering about my car while it was being worked on she was very kind a patient with me and let me know absolutely everything that was going on!! Complete breath of fresh air.

I've been having the best experience at JD Byrider I've been having my car for almost a year now and I have had no problems and the problems that I did have Miss Jessica has made sure that I always had a vehicle while my vehicle was down and she's always had my back with my car so I really appreciate the patience that she had with me and the service department has done a great job on my car thank you so much for the work you have done for me and my car and again I highly recommend y'all to choose JD Byrider good service at best thank you so much for everything

They may not be the cheapest or even in the shop but what shop is cheap anymore lol, the rep lady in shop very kind and they explain everything to me getting the car he was nice to and quick process even with bad credit and social security I was able to get the van I wanted the no late fees kinda suck if you don t have the money not even a day later so make sure you got the money otherwise

Well it is a known fact that all vehicles break down thankfully I purchased my vehicle from JD byrider their service department is excellent and very Swift I appreciate their service and dedication to their customers I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in buying a premium vehicle just make sure you pay a little extra for the extended warranty package thank you Jessica as usual have a great day young lady

They are quick to call you and your job in the morning (when they pull the payment) ,so they can bug you about payment time. Be aware. I know from experience, no body likes when that happens. I m in good standings with jd byrider. I m just not a fan of the customer service and interactions I have with them.

Pros: got me approved with $0 down with bad credit.Cons: tried charging me $27k over 4 years for a car u can purchase for $6500 or less. After 1 day of having in my possession check engine light came on for catalytic converter which isn't covered in their "warranty " and wanted to charge me $900 for it.So in other words if you truly need a car with easy approval and don't mind getting charged 4x the amount the vehicle is worth then come here, if you don't want to spend that much then stay away from this place.

They sale bad cars and expect you to pay outta pocket to fix everything. When you go to get one thing fix they never fix the problem. So therefore the car gets worst and goes out before they fix the problem. I wouldn t recommend getting a car from them at all if your looking for a lemon this is the perfect place!!!
