Recently bought my first car on my own from here after being referred to them by my dad since he had mentioned that he always had good luck with affordable, newer cars that have been well-maintained here. I was not disappointed - was able to test drive the car and have my mechanic do a once over with no issue from staff! A pressure-free environment with incredibly friendly staff. JoAnn especially was helpful when it came time to sign papers and what not. She was more than patient and willing to answer my numerous questions. Needless to say, I will be back in the future for sure!

5 stars is an under statement! Definitely worth the 4 hour drive. By far the best car buying experience I ve had by a long shot. Dan did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. Definitely will be back when it comes time for another vehicle!

I recently purchased a vehicle here! The owner whom I'm sorry can't remember his name was good to us. Answered all our questions , wasn't pushy at all. And they have very reseasonable prices on their vehicles. Very satisfied with my purchase. Only negative I have is , disappointed that the vehicle wasn't cleaned on inside.

First, they DONATED a $1,500+ Ceramic Coating and detail package to the American Heart Association for the Heart Ball fundraiser in Cedar Rapids. That should say enough. I was the lucky one to buy it in the auction and was not disappointed. I have had my cars detailed there a few times over the years and have purchased several more detail package gift certificates for family Christmas gifts. They are fast, professional and do a fantastic job detailing. I recommend this best kept secret in CR!

We recently had our 3 cars detailed at Budget of CR and were thrilled with the results! The staff was professional and detail oriented. They made our newer car look like it just came off the showroom floor and our much older cars look brand new, inside and out. We really appreciated the excellent service we received and would highly recommend Budget of CR car detailing!

Recently hit a deer, damage was not that bad, but bad enough that I still had to file an insurance claim. Brought my car to Budget and worked with Dan and Jordan to get an estimate for repairs. Jordan worked with my insurance company and the adjuster to get the repairs approved and my car back to like new condition. I was kept informed by Jordan throughout the repair process and am very pleased with the results. I also had Budget detail my car after being fixed and could not be happier with the results. It looks like I have a brand new car! Thank you Dan, Jordan and the detail team!

Budget Cedar Rapids did a phenomenal job. We had some minor peeling paint on our Infiniti but in order to fix it right we had to paint the entire rear corner panel. They detailed, buffed, waxed, and paint corrected small nicks and dings. They removed the swirls from the car wash and the cars black exterior has never looked this good! Yes- even compared to when we purchased it. They set us up with a rental and was done with the job in the timeframe they estimated. Dan and his team are amazing.

Reached out to Dan to get my truck in for a detail and he got me in right away. Truck came out looking better than it did on the showroom floor! Couldn't be more pleased. Timely service and priced right. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport here a few months ago, and it was a great experience! Dan was extremely helpful and upfront, and there was no pressure. When I discovered that the car had a small muffler problem, they fixed it for me immediately and were so helpful! Since then, I have been on a long road trip in the car and have put nearly 10k miles on it in just a few months with absolutely problems at all. I love my car and definitely recommend looking here for a used car! I am looking forward to bringing my car in for detailing soon.

I decided to my 2015 F150 to the detail shop here at Budget of Cedar Rapids. They were very much recommend by a multitude of people. Needless to say the truck which I did buy brand new in 2015 looks absolutely amazing! It looks brand new actually. They touched up all the paint chips, shampooed the interior, detailed the engine bay and added a ceramic coating to the entire exterior. The truck is stunning!Five stars. All day long

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience trading my 2020 Lexus GX460 for the 2021 BMW X4 M40i that I purchased from Dan. Not once did I ever feel pressured or rushed to make a decision about my purchase. When I showed up to pick up the BMW, it was spotless inside and out. Dan did a great job of reviewing all the features of the new vehicle for me before I left with it. Overall I m very pleased with my experience and purchase.

Needed a care some what last minute, but knew exactly what I wanted. Joann was very quick and efficient. I have never been to a better dealership, very nice people all around. Will definitely be using them in the future and recommending to everyone who is looking for a car!!

My car has never been cleaner!? I spilled a three day old coffee in my passenger seat so I took my vehicle for a detail and they took such great care to ensure it was like new. It is absolutely spotless. It took about three hours and they offered me a shuttle home, and back to Budget. It s been a week and my car still smells amazing. I almost don t want to drive it and dirty it up guess I ll just have to go back for another soon!

*EDIT 2* I had the second detailing done and it was fantastic, definitely a 5 star job. However, given that the first one was awful, I think 3 stars is still a fair review given their consistency issues. And the fact that they stole my change.*EDIT* Changed from 1 star to 3 because they have fantastic customer service. They called and offered to redo my detail for free, and to give me a loaner car for the day. I'm hoping this second cleaning goes well.Don't recommend the detailing center here. My seats still had spots and the surfaces still had dust and dog hair on them when I picked it up. There were also streaks of cleaning product in places. It was clean but not to the level I wanted or expected for paying $130. They also stole all the change from my center console which I'm still mad about.

I just had my Tesla X detailed at Budget CR a few days ago & it is the cleanest vehicle I've ever had returned to me after a detail! I keep my cars clean & cannot stand a messy vehicle, but I was blown away when I picked it up. I drove around afterwards just to enjoy it & the lovely clean smell. There is nothing I would have changed about my experience beginning to end & will not bring my car anywhere else :) Thanks Budget!

Dan and his staff made my first car buying experience a breeze. They were exceptionally helpful in finding a car that fit my budget and was everything I was looking for! They also were very pleasant in answering any questions I had along the way. If you are looking for confidence in buying a used car your first call should be to Budget of Cedar Rapids! Had to get a car last minute. Called at 4:30PM the day of. Joann was extremely nice and accommodating. Also knowledgeable and speedy. Had a nice mid size car for me and it was cheap and nice for me. Was extremely grateful and thankful.

I could not believe my eyes! Jim Adams- Manager in the detail shop/paint department did a phenomenal job on my car. Interior and exterior detailing brought a, almost, new look to my vehicle. Thank you Jim, I will see you this fall.

I took my vehicle to Budget to get an exterior detail due to several scratches from the derecho and car washes. I chose them because I trust Dan and his staff to do a quality job at a fair price. Jim went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This thing has a mirror shine and I couldn't be happier! I HIGHLY recommend getting your vehicle detailed here!

I had a great experience buying my car here for a great deal. Dan was very responsive, and patient with all the small bumps along the way. It was such a quick and easy process and I was able to drive off the same day as signing paperwork. I'll definitely be referring others here!
