Just got Roadside work done from a Mr Dillion Letts. He's efficient, punctual and pays attention to detail. Great work give him a raise straight up and I'll say it again in person if need be next time I'm in Iowa.

People are not talkative bothered by the fact you are delivering, doc area is a disaster no room look carefully around doc and fence area before attempting to back, very tight built for 30 foot trailer not 53

This business is outstanding. I had a bad tire on my trailer. Mr. Dillon came out repaired it expeditiously. I am so glad that this company was chosen. Side note, his truck bed was very organized. Well, you take care and be safe

Tech Ashton came out( arrived less than 40mins) to repair my flat tire on my tractor. The tech was professional, respectful and honest. I called my company after the repair and recommended this shop for our drivers for future repairs. Driver friendly!!!

The guys working here are just awesome. They said they only work on big trucks but he sent a gentleman to change a tire on my pickup truck in the target parking lot. They charged me nothing because the guy was out for another job and my truck was on his way back to the shop. I can t say how much I appreciate that and what a lifesaver he was in my emergency. Wonderful people.

Very nice people working at this location. It was very nice not having anybody in front of me when checking in. I disconnected from my trailer, pulled into bay #2, and 15 mins later I was backing out. All I needed was 1 steer tire re-balanced. Thanks for the quick service. If anybody is curious it cost $55 to get the steer tire balanced. Company paid. I'm not an owner operator so I'm not sure if that's normal or over priced. Drive safe drivers!!

I've sat on the side of the road for hours plenty of times because of blownout tires, but nobody comes close to Bauer Built and Steve's time getting to me from initial phone call and job completed. Steve got me fixed up and was done within 1 1/2 hrs of my call. I'm impressed. I won't say I'd like to see Steve again, because that means I've got a problem for him to fix, but if I need a guy to fix something in Cedar Rapids, IA Steve and Bauer Built is who I'm calling.

Called Steven at 5am Christmas eve with a flat tire on my skid steer. Needed it fixed now. Guy showed up super fast got it done and even checked the rest of my tired and found loose valve stems so fixed them also. And we were back working in no time. Thanks again STEVEN AND BAUER BUILT.

I was sold the wrong tire and was told I would have to come back. The tire was way over priced, the quote given was a lie. Completely incompetent employees who sold me a tire they knew wouldn't work, and didn't tell me it wouldn't work until they installed it at closing time. A horrible experience customer 2370900. I operate a trucking company out of north Florida. Had a driver in Cedar Rapids, IA today that needed a tire. I always use Google to look for an independent shop when I need service for one of our trucks. Bauer Built Tire has a very good Google rating. I called and spoke to George. Very nice gentleman, told him what I need and he had it. Sent the driver there, I asked for a complete inspection of all the tires, we only needed one, he had all of them aired up for me. and the price was very fair. I would send a truck to them again.

I manage a fleet of FedEx routes in the Cedar Rapids/Marion/Hiawatha area. Yesterday one of my drivers experienced a flat tire while on route and I needed it changed as soon as possible. Based on previous experiences with Bauer, I called them. The dispatcher said he would get someone out there as soon as possible. When the driver showed up, it was someone who had helped us out before (Steve). He was very courteous and professional and got the tire changed out very quickly. I highly recommend considering using Bauer for any service needs you or your company have.

Steve and Ray came out and fixed my tires and replaced my airbag in about an hour. Gonna make it on time for my delivery. Amazing guys, good mechanics

I was parked in Center Point Iowa at a truck stop. One of my tires was bad. Bauer Built came within the set time frame and in no time I was fixed and ready to roll. Fast service. Service man was Mr. Steve Thomas. Great job

Great and speedy service. Showed up at shop with blown tire on my trailer half hour before they closed expecting to have to drop off my trailer and wait till the next day to get fixed. Instead guy found a tire for me and got it fixed right away. Awesome service thanks.

From diagnosis of busted tire sensor to rolling out the door I think we spent 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgable, and the price was very reasonable. Repeat business is likely.

Had new tires installed on my 2004 Dutch Star motor home at the Cedar Rapids location. Technician tracked grease in coach.Left front leveling jack was bent and they claim they could not have done it. It was working fine before I took the coach to them for tires.Needless to say I will not use them again for tires.

Good people Greek place still waiting to get my truck out on the highway I'm loading here in Cedar Rapids right now but I'll find out if they did a great job of a line in it and I'm sure Jamie!!!
