My father has been sick and he told me I needed to get some oil in my car. Thankfully Tori was working and knew exactly what I need. She even educated me on my transmission, how to put the oil in and where it was located. she even told me that I was going to need an oil change soon, which I didn t know. Thank you for helping me out and being patient with me Tori!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I stopped in to see if they had any 2 cycle marine oil- kid behind the counter didn't even know what it was, lol. He was the only employee in the store, the line was long. Kid looked like he was on day 5 of a methemphetamine bender, very unkept and unprofessional. Argued with me over what my fuel filter should be for my truck......I seldom go here, but I had a gift card someone gave me. I guess I won't be back again for another 5 years, this place has been and always will be a joke.

Don t order parts online. I ordered parts online said that they were ready, get to the store and they don t even have the parts. They send me to another store saying they confirmed that they have them and they don t. Said they would refund but still haven t received the refund 10 days later. Place is garbage never buying parts from this place again.

Sam gave excellent customer service under the immense pressure of numerous customers in store and calling in. Both employees at Blairsferry road on 9/22/2023 were great at their jobs.

Terrible customer service. Went in around midday, wasn't terribly busy, only two workers were in the store. Both gray shirts which indicates store manager/assistant manager. One manager was helping two gentleman at the counter while the other manager kept walking back and forth behind the counter, completely ignoring me and every customer standing behind me. Instead of helping any of us or even ACKNOWLEDGING us, she went back and forth behind the counter, answered a few store phone calls, grabbed some parts and her coffee and went out the door. As I was walking out to my car, I saw her just sitting in a vehicle and chatting up the store's delivery driver. I'd expect more from a MANAGER. I caught her name and Tori needs to do better. Even a small "we'll be right with you" would've been better than the sheer dismissive attitude she displayed.

Matthew was walking out to leave for the day & saw I was struggling to open my hood. He was off work and heading to his car, but walked me in straight to the product I needed & helped me put it in the car. This was someone going above and beyond with hesitation, and without my needing to ask. I'm very impressed & grateful.

Nasty experience. Will never come back to this store. The senior sales person is the rudest person I have ever met. Def need to retrain and coach your staff. You just lost a very valuable customer. As to this was were I came to get my parts. Took 3 times to get the right part. They should not be Messing up like that especially in an auto part store. If I could give them a 0 star if would

Disclaimer: I am new in town. At 8:00am on January 30, 2023, I traveled to AutoZone for a set of jumper cables. Was not greeted upon entry, nor asked if I needed help... no big deal I'm a big boy I can browse and find it myself?? Anyways, after some searching, I managed to find a few options - good selection, OK price, got the cheap ones because I am cheap.Upon checkout, I approached a gal who seemed to be hiding behind a counter. She was busily surfing the web on her phone. She couldn't be bothered to put down said phone, and never attempted say "hello" or "did you find what you need?"She just said, "you usin' a card?!"I muttered, "uh, yes I intend to pay with a card? Is that an issue?" SILENCE.Without a word, she holds up the laser price gun and stares at me... blankly. She won't move the laser to find the barcode, and again doesn't seem to want to waste her words of instruction on me... so me being a non-employee, I have no clue what she is doing, and assume it's my job to find the barcode for her. I just start rotating the thing around 360 degrees until she zaps the barcode. Doesn't mention the price, just sits there.Next, I pay, and after the transaction is complete (I assumed, as there were again no words exchanged along the lines of "would you like your receipt?") the cashier looks at me like I have a vegetable garden growing out of my face and holds the receipt behind her plastic shield, quite out of reach from where I'm standing. I literally had to bend inward, reach under the shield and grab it as I attempted a reverse limbo maneuver under the COVID protector.I kid you not, this employee was looking at me like I had shot her dogs. She never said a word of farewell (shocker)... so I say, "well thanks for the help and the great experience; hope you have a nice day!" She scoffs and turns around as I walk away. It was so bizarre, I thought I had done something to offend this person...Anyways, I just moved here from Arizona and have shopped at AutoZone my entire life. Fond memories with pops, browsing the aisles aimlessly as dad explained what everything was. This is the third straight AutoZone where I have experienced shockingly poor customer service... one in Arizona, another in Kansas, and now here in Cedar Rapids. Well, pop, looks like I'm an O'Reilly guy, now.

I usually can find what I need on their website and when I go in they make it easy to get the part I need and it never takes longer than it needs to

Matthew Yates was extremely helpful to a guy who is not a car guy. I was there when the store opened at 7:30AM. He helped me identify what fuse to check in my 2011 Hyundai Elantra .My door opened sensor light will not go off. When I couldn't get the fuse out, he came out to my car and pulled it, checked it, then pulled others, verifying that my fuses were not the problem. He then plugged-in the Autozone diagnostic scanner. It revealed a different problem, my brake light sensor switch needs to be replaced.

Awesome employees that are knowledgeable and very helpful. My baby ran to an employee to give a woman she never met the lady picked my baby up and helped me find what I need all while carrying my kid around with a smile on her face. She was a big help.

I came in to get new wiper blades for my car and recieved fantastic customer service and knowledge from Paul! Paul not only assisted me in picking the right wipers for my car but when he noticed me struggling with putting them he came out and swapped the clips and put them on for me! I really appreciated the great service from Paul! Thanks again!

Just left this AutoZone location in front of Lowe's in Cedar Rapids. what a great experience! The store was busy, I could tell they were maybe short a person behind the counter, yet Olive was hustling and doing an awesome job helping everybody out with a smile on her face. Been a while since I've come into a store and seen someone work that efficiently under stress with a smile like that on their face.

Parts are crazy expensive but just like everything else what can you do, at least they have a reward card just wish you got better rewards with it with it all being so expensive and all!

This location had what i needed. It was cheaper than the other auto parts store and that is the reason i went there. With that being said, i will pay a higher price at a different store before i go back into this location. I stood there for 20 minutes worth 3 associates helping other customers. When i got my chance at the counter, the gentleman that was helping me could couldn't even get my vehicle right. Once that was straightened out he had no idea where the parts where in the store and waited on someone else to go get my shocks. Then, they only brought up one shock..... Who buys just one shock?.. It took another 10 minutes for someone to get another shock added to my ticket. They never asked for my name, phone number, nothing for warranty and when i asked then about my information, i was told they didn't need it for shocks...... Hummmmmm.... Don't go to this location unless it is unavoidable!
