The older lady Kelly who is the store manager working was rude, wouldn t even let me explain what was going on with my battery. I was trying to at least get my core charge back from their garbage battery they sold me and she got pissy cuz I was asking questions and she told me to go to o reilys down the street and denied my core charge. Absolutely garbage service! She needs to be fired. Can t keep customers with that kind of service!

Went here looking for a belt and was very polite like I was raised to be, the employee I asked for help and he wouldn't go find the belt in the back that online said was in stock all because he said that they took his belt wall down so he can't find any anymore. Asked the manager for help and she ignored me. Asked again and was told to shut up and that I won't be served by them because I am a white colonizer as she put it. Oh and when I pulled in to the parking lot it I noticed someone bringing in a TV from a minivan/mini SUV while someone else was loading parts into said minivan /SUV side door. When did AutoZone allow employees to trade parts for electronics. Yes AutoZone please fix your store. You've got a lot of illegal things going on here.

Needed a few tools to change the headlight bulb on my car. Since I'm traveling, I don't have my tool bag with me. Store employee was very helpful.

Lady that came in for shift walked in door and was straight to help me w battery that had several people before me. Awesome help!!! Believe it was between 2pm and 3pm on coldest day this year way to go AUTO ZONE AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!

I visited this AutoZone on October 5. The staff was extremely helpful but I want to acknowledge Kelly Pierson For HER outstanding customer service! We were in a pinch, and she went above and beyond when I arrived at the store in the early evening!! THANK YOU KELLY!

DJ the assistant manager was fantastic!!He went out of his way to do anything he could to make our store visit to Auto Zone was the very very best and it was!!Are used to go to AutoZone a lot but you had some different kind of people working there before and I quit this is my first time back in a long long long time because those guys work on there before and I hate to single them out but they were all African-Americans were horrible they could ve cared less about you the customer all they want to do is walk around acting like they knew everything but they knew nothing.They were very disrespectful and I m so glad you got rid of them and now that you have people especially one named DJ you will be getting my business again like before I always liked Auto Zone I had a friend that worked There for many years Lee Novak!Lee run a tight ship it was a great employee and I see a lot of that in DJ.EJ was so helpful I felt like I knew him on my wife and like I said he did everything within his powers to make sure our visit to Auto Zone was the best.So thank you again for a hiring DJ Fantastic assistant manager his knowledge of the products you carry and what they do and what therefore is superior he deserves a big pat on the back he is just one of those guys and wish you had working for you and I ve had businesses and I wish I had him working for me when I had him. But now at 74 my business days are over but I always seem to go in a place in first thing I notice is the kind of help that a place has and what kind of knowledge they have what they re selling and DJ he knows it all and that s a compliment because he s a wonderful wonderful person I wanted to write this on his behalf because he really impressed me I thank you so much for hiring him he s at the 16th Ave. store on the west side of Cedar Rapids the southwest side so thank you so much and keep up the good hiring work. Don t get the wrong idea I m not racist I had many black people working for me but these guys just seem to not care about nothing you did the right thing you made the right move so please don t take my oh comments as prejudice.I sincere thank you so much.Sincerely yoursEvery Pearson

I would like to thank Paul the store manger and his entire staff for the wonderful customer service I receive every time I'm there. Paul is so knowledgeable and explains in detail why I need that specific part and the difference between the brands and cost. I've sent family members and friends to his store and every time I hear from them how informative and easy to work with they are. Congrats Paul on running a first class store and having a first class staff too. I'll continue to sing your praises to everyone looking for their auto needs.

Your "online store"?Leaves a LOT to be desired.It is in no way user friendly.You type in a part and instead OF that part you lead down the rabbits hole..Come on guys . get with the other companies and make your "online stores" actual online stores showing your products and prices..I live 10 miles from town I'm NOT going into town just to walk your aisles to compare prices,, I'll go to the company that makes it easier for me to know what I'mA). Looking forB). Prices of itemsC). As well as various other items I may need.You and your co. Do not do that for the customers.Thank you for your time.

Get service from the one employee working that day. They seem to be suffering from the same issue as most places, not able to find help. I can't fault them for that. Store was still very organized and stocked. Fairly clean

I came in today as my fiance had purchased the wrong part to our vehicle. Kali was so helpful! I came in requesting the wrong part and she helped me to figure out exactly what it was that I needed. Very polite, and patient with me, excellent customer service, thank you!

Reggie and his assistant manage went above and beyond to help ensure I got the part I needed during an emergency repair. I can't thank them enough. It is because of their excellent service that I will ONLY be getting my parts from this store from now on.

I came in very worried about my car - the engine light was on and the car acceleration wasn't working well.Reggie was amazing! He did a free diagnostic, which gave me a couple things to discuss with my mechanic, and we discovered the car was desperately low on oil.3 quarts of oil later, the car is driving MUCH better and I'm able to get it to my mechanic in a few days.Thank you Reggie!!!

Was told during an oil change that my battery was dead and wanted to charge a lot for a new one. I told them not to swap it out and called AutoZone for a price. The store manager, Paul, told me to just come in and test it before anything, free of charge. I picked up my car and drove it there, and he tested it and showed me that my battery is 99.9% good/new as is. Told me they were just trying to sell me a new battery.Thank you to Paul, looking out for the consumers. Five stars. Period.

Jack was a huge help today he has only been there two days and gave me excellent service. he checked my oil and recommended a place for headlight replacement due to not having the proper tool to change it. However it all worked out and he gave great service and also saved me money today Way to go jack!!!!!

Took a battery there to be tested . They said it would take an hour. So left it there for 3 hours. Went back and it had not been moved from the counter. Took it and left will buy one some where else. They were slow to help you. To worried about flirting with a girl that was in there. The help there has gone to hell.

They were so helpful ~ one might say life saver .!I had a sealed Transmission Problem.. I took out what I thought was Oil Plug ..! Nope Transmission Plug .. So I called & I believe his Name was Paul & he set me up with EVERYTHING.!! I needed to Fix it .. very knowledgeable..! And now I am back on the road ~ Yay .!Saved me ..! Oh yes & the conditions at the store was all so easy & clean .. Hands Down the BEST experience I have with Auto Zone ..! Thank you for your service.

I always come to this auto zone to replace wipers or get other stuff for my cars. Demetrius is always very helpful with replacing the wipers and he is very friendly! Definitely recommend this specific shop!

A big Thank you to Aryanna she was a big help. Despite how busy it was (and it was extremely busy). She took the time to listen to my problems and then scanned my car. She looked up my parts and explained my problem so I could understand. And my parts were in stock. I walked out a happy customer thanks to her. Aryanna is a real asset to Auto Zone.

It's hard to give a rating by number of stars because some of the commercial department I would rate way over 5 star but there's a few I'd have to give a zero star. It's pretty bad I work for a auto shop and do a ton of business with the 16th Ave location. Aryanna, Bob, Bill, and even Paul is great to work with in the commercial department but there are others that aren't. One major problem I have is when I call down and get put on speaker phone. Between the noise in the shop and the background noise there I can't hear anything. No matter how much I tell them there are certain ones that are to lazy to pick up a phone and talk on it. I guess if they can't answer a phone like normal people then I'll have to take our business somewhere else. Also if you go in at night after 6 pm especially when meech is working it sounds like your walking into a night club with music blasting through the store. I thought I was gonna have to order a drink.

They have but almost every part that you could ever need and as they don't have it they order it really quickly for you. The lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful

Your staff makes the business. I'm not sure why everyone at advance auto hates customer's existence, but the folks you staff are always very helpful and friendly.I was in and out within 20 minutes tonight. That includes the starting charging system test, wait in line, purchase, and finally install of my battery (something I was prepared to do myself but your associate insisted she would be happy to do it for me). 5 stars!

I had stopped and bought a headlight bulb and I thought I could change it myself I couldn't because a fuse box was in the so I went back and ask them if they can help me change it and they wouldn't help so I will never go back to AutoZone again

Good customer service. just if you want to upgrade or want something that is not original factory issued AND ON THE COMPUTER... Then you are out of LUCK. you don't to get to deal with a person that will go and find something... The COMPUTER HAS TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO.
