Purchased a car nearly 2 years ago, and I would go back and do it again!Guys were SUPER to work with, stayed late one time so we could make the 30+ min drive in, and were very up front on everything. We had a very minor issue we questioned and they had us bring it back in to get it resolved quickly. Had a question about the paperwork 2 years later and they were QUICK to give me any help I needed. (So friendly! Great guys!)Still enjoy the vehicle and will have it for a long time!

I am VERY leery of used car lots but I actually had a pretty good experience here. My salesman was very nice and not pushy at all. I feel like I got a really good vehicle and they seemed extremely honest. I would buy another car from them and I would recommend them.

We recently purchased a van from Autoland and have been very happy with our experience! The process was very easy and low pressure. When we experienced a few minor issues soon after purchasing, John offered to fix them at no cost to us. We would absolutely purchase from Autoland again!

I bought at car from them back in February. My car that I bought only came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. 5 months after owning it my transmission went out. I contacted them to see if they could help in anyway. The told me that since my warranty was expired there was nothing they can do. Found out my car has a state title brand on it. Be careful buying cars from them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have bought a car and a truck from Autoland. We bought my wife's car from Autoland as well. My sister bought her Camery from Autoland that has cleared the 300,000 miles mark. I have also taken in my vehicles when I need maintenance work done. So have my friends and family. John and Bill are friendly and knowledgeable to work with. I look forward to taking my business to Autoland in the future. Honest work and quality vehicles.

Had my transmission replaced and have gone in several other times for maintenance work always a friendly easy going environment. Would recommend to anyone for fast and reliable work.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Auto Land in Cedar Rapids, and I was very pleased with the way John and Bill treated me and my family during this buying experience. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a starter car or an upgrade car from what you have to check out Auto Land..

I just bought a vehicle from here. Bill and John are so nice, and good to talk to and deal with. They aren't pushy at all and were very patient and helpful. Great prople and place! Got a really nice vehicle at a very fair price! I would recommend!

These guys were great. Friendly, non pushy, very honest. 2011 Honda Odyssey Van 140,000 miles, came with 6mo. or 6,000 mile warranty. Don't get that eeverywhere.

Wow! I ve never had a good time buying a car before. Now I can say I ve had a great time! I found Autoland by pure chance through an online listing. I could not be happier with my experience. John (owner), Bill, and the entire crew were awesome. I was scared as a woman to do this on my own...ya know. Not an issue with John and the team. Great communication directly from the owner and backed up by his team. They answered all my questions and supported everything with 3rd party facts. I got a great price for my trade and a below book price on my 2015 Nissan Rogue SL. I even got a 6 month warranty to add to my peace of mind. Easy and fun from beginning to end. Skip the big guys and head on over to Autoland! Thanks John and crew!

Just purchased, and took delivery of my purchase (Volvo S60). Super happy with the entire experience! Great prices, outstanding used vehicles, impressive warranty options, good folks to work with. Very reasonable delivery cost to get the car to Minneapolis to boot! I'll be back.

So I bought a car from John 5 years ago and it has been nothing but a dream. It was the first time I bought a foreign car. I got it with the extended warranty and the only thing I have ever had to pay for way normal wear and tear. He has even replaced my key fob at no cost. This team is awesome. When you have finally had it with the family that owns this towns dealerships go to John and you will never go anywhere else. Thanks John for the wonderful service!

Had been looking for a nice affordable pickup for some time. John found what I wanted at the price I liked. This is my 5th+ vehicle I have purchased from Autoland. Every vehicle has been priced right, and great! John and his team at Autoland are very nice and easy to work with. Thanks!

Found the vehicle I wanted online at Autoland. Filled out a online application for a loan and John called in a few hour and said he needed a little bit more info from me. Called back the next day and said I was approved. Went the next day and Bill was there I asked to take the Honda Odyssey for a test drive, he gave me the keys and said see you in awhile. Love everything about the vehicle drove nice, had low miles and the prices was great. Bought it that day. I really liked working with John and Bill didn t feel push to buy a vehicle from them just great guys to work with. I would tell my family and friends to go there if they are looking for a vehicle.

Just had a terrible experience with Autoland. On Friday the 24th I agreed with John to purchase a Ford Edge but told him I couldn t get there till Saturday the 1st. He said not a problem just put a down payment on the vehicle. So the next business day I sent him the down payment like we agreed. I told him I was from out of town so would have to purchase a plane ticket, he said no problem they would pick me up at the airport. So I purchased the $250 plane ticket and work my schedule around to make the trip. Was all set to fly out Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m but Friday evening on the 31st he called me and said they just sold the Edge. He said he d rip up my down payment. So at that point I was pretty upset, asked him at least he could reimburse my $250 plane ticket but wouldn t. Absolutely NO integrity at all!! So really think twice about purchasing a vehicle from Autoland. Can t be trusted!!

My boyfriend and I both recently purchased cars from Autoland and are very pleased with our experiences! John and Bill, and the other staff are very easy to work with and they stand behind their cars. I got a great 2012 Toyota Camry with low miles for a great price. I would recommend this to all my friends and family!

Got my car fixed at Autoland. They did an outstanding job! My car looks like a brand new car again, and it was done at the time it was promised. We have purchased two different cars from them, and plan to make future purchases from them.John and his entire staff are great people to deal with.

I knew i wanted a used Ford Fusion. I shopped the internet to see what was out there, and found 4 reasonably priced for my budget in the 2010-2012 model years...in Cedar Rapids. I found the one i wanted at Autoland. John and Bill made the shopping and buying experience smooth and easy. The battery died within the first couple weeks, and Autoland paid for the new one with no hassle at all. The car has been great. We drove it around town for a couple of months before taking it to Florida and back. It pulled a trailer, got good mileage, and gave us a trouble-free vacation in comfort and style. Thank you Autoland!

This place gives you the easiest car buying experience. No pressure sales. It seemed a little like they didn't care if they sold me a car, which really is nice. Part of that no pressure, pushy, in your face selling tactic most dealers use.

I purchased my first vehicle from here and I love it. Works great and is in amazing condition. Really nice people to work with and on top.of that, they sent me cookies in the mail as a thank you. Doesn't get better than that.

I asked for a car fax report on a car I was interested in. They sent me one that turned out to have a different VIN number than what was in the picture of the car on their website. The picture cut off the last two numbers of the VIN. When I called them out on it they never replied. If they would have just sent the completed VIN number on the photograph, I would have purchased my own report. I really liked the car but it turned out to be a deal breaker because I didn't feel like they were being honest with me.

I'm a night car shopper. I like to see a car and get an idea if it's condition, price, size, etc. So places like this are right up my alley. Well lit, cars out, and I'm able to window shop. Thanks for that Autoland.

Found a vehicle online here, The salesman was very nice and upfront about the SUV. We didn't feel pressured, and he allowed us to take the car we decided on to our mechanic who found the car to be near perfect. Came in with an "ok" car and left in a GREAT SUV for a great price. I won't need a car for a while but when I do, I will be a returning customer for sure!

In the past couple months we bought a dodge ram, Saturn vue and grand marqie, they were super honest with us and very helpful to put my family members in the perfect fit for them, we all love our cars/truck so much! They will not push you to buy it's so nice. Thank you John and Bill

I've bought two cars at autoland, both in excellent condition and at very fair prices. They have excellent service as well, very laid back and not pushy in the slightest. I'll definitely look for my next car here as well.

The car I purchased there stopped on me and didn t turn on. Not to long ago after I purchased it . I recommend looking at different car dealerships in the area. Was not satisfied and warranty is terrible.
