I took my convertible in after the derecho and my insurance paid him around 900.00, I dealt with the Owner the entire time. I picked it up four different times that he said it was repaired. My convertible top would get stuck in the air. The last time and by this time my roof wouldn't even attach to close I talked to him and took it back into him, by this time he already had all my money... After, I dropped it off to him I would drive by on my way to and from work daily because its right on my way and there it sat outside. Concerned that rain would get in due to the top not closing and my car had never moved ..I called him for over two months with no reply. Once he did finally answer he simply said "i don't know what's wrong with it" Like he was finished with it and sorry but no money back at all. I ended up taking my car to McGrath dealership and spent out of my pocket 1140.00 to repair it. Huge problem!!! Auto Interiors and Convertibles took all my wires out of the harness and left them all exposed and touching each other along with my motor to my convertible dangling from the truck. Extremely unprofessional and didn't even try to show they did anything. I have tried to call to give them a chance to make it right and left many messages. I was willing to say even half of it back so i could recoup some of the 1140.00 i just had to spend to get it repaired. I will most likely be taking them to small claims court. Due to him leaving all this it is possible as per McGrath that he burnt out switches. Very disappointed and upset as he promised he stands by his work. Pretty Shady.

Could not find a center console armrest replacement, anywhere! Dropped off the old one and had it back in a few days. Could not have been more pleased! Excellent service!The driver's seat in my Mercedes was ripped and he had the seat fixed in less than a day. The repair is perfect.

I took my favorite 97 Dodge Grand Caravan to get its headliner replaced/repair. This company did an excellent job!! When I look inside my van it reminds me of the first time when I bought the van new!! Excellent service excellent work!! Thank you Steve!!

Great shop! Put a headliner in and new leather on my front seats of my Sierra. They look great and owner was very nice and easy to work with definitely a 10 out of 10!

Phone operator flat-out dropped the F-bomb when I called them and then proceeded to ignore me thereafter. I can't vouch for the service they give, but I certainly won't be putting them into any future consideration with that level of unprofessionalism.

These guys were very easy to work with and did a great job changing out our cloth seats to heated leather in our Toyota Tundra truck! What an improvement!

Called in the morning to see how I could go about getting my seat repaired very rude and unprofessional did not answer my question clearly, was getting irritated over me asking normal questions about a quote, very smart a** comments must not want business do not go here!
