Last week we took our Freightliner M2-106 based motorhome to ATC in Cedar Rapids, IA to have an airbag dump installed. From our first phone contact with ATC we were so impressed with their understanding of our needs, their confidence in being able to do the job, and their willingness to work with us to get our work completed in the time we agreed to and within the estimated cost provided. Rhett (Red) our services contact was most helpful and understanding when we told him we needed the work completed in one day. The work was done professionally, on time and it looks like a factory install. The technician, Josh, who did the work on the motorhome came out before we left and explained what he had done which was more than we expected. Our 350 mile round-trip from south-central WI to Cedar Rapids was well worth the time & expense to get this job done correctly. I highly recommend ATC for excellent service work on your RV, truck or car.

This is the only place in Cedar Rapids to take your diesel concerns. Absolutely impressed with the level of customer service and willingness to actually find the root cause of the problems on our powerstroke. Will 100% return for more service.

If I could give 0 I would. Had them install a clutch brake. It failed about 24 hrs after install . I've had it fixed by my local mechanic and he said it wasn't latched properly. They also didn't reset the clutch after installation. Only take your truck here if you want to waste money. They said they will refund the part cost but all labor claims must be made at their location. Really convenient. Their mechanics need better training. Don't let them train on your truck.

Horrible place.my bus was just running great.had it towed down because it wouldn't start.just needed to get it looked at to see what's wrong.called me and charged me 2200 just to look at it.dont use this place .all these fake reviews on here!they will keep my truck if I don't pay it.picking up a broke truck for 2700 dollars with towing fees and not even running .I will be sueing.do not even wast your money even if your desperate. Stop leaving fake reviews you cost people money.

Had blown steer tire issue on 380 nb . These guys couldn't get to right away due shortage on man power . But were out first thing following morning. Service department very knowledgeable and professional. Found out I had another issue they took care of which put me overnight they gave me a ride to hotel n came and picked me up. Great place ,fair on price , excellent on service. You won't be disappointed.

SCAMMERS!! AVOID AT ANY COST! They told on the phone that they charge $150 for turning on the truck. When they arrived they forced to pay double charge. Acted as GANGSTERS!! May God punish them for using people and taking advantage on the drivers that are alone against a group of gangsters who coming to rob you maki goat more than double price they requested over the phone. SCAMMERS!! Will report on them to BBB AND WRITING FOR OTHER DRIVERS TO BE AWARE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Driver/Owner figured he blew a water hose in Marion, IA and he called ATC to come out and repair water hose. When ATC arrived, he checked things out and advised Owner that it was a Head Gasket and not a Water Hose that went. We ended up having to get the tractor and loaded trailer towed back to repair shop in East Central WI. This morning they looked at the motor and advised us that it was the upper hose that had a hole in it and was leaking down the side of the block. Owner called ATC this morning and told them the issue that is was the upper hose and not the head gasket and ATC said he would NO WAY pay any tow bills. I am sorry but if his mechanic would have looked at all the hoses, he would have found the issue and truck would have been repaired on the spot. Now we had to find a recovery service on a Friday night to tow tractor and loaded trailer 235 miles costing us well over $3,000.00. This is bad business and I would not trust these people at all for a service call, MAYbe if it was to only change a tire.

Todd at A2Z is done. Nothing but treat me with respect. They may be a little bit pricier but no matter where you go you're going to spend the money. So I recommend taking it here and having it done right the first time. To preface we were driving home from a volleyball tournament on a Saturday and still hours from home. Our jeep had a wheel bearing and new brakes put on the week before and someone either forgot or inadequately replaced our caliper on our front wheel. And it decided to come loose and grind on rim at 5pm on a Saturday when every repair shop is closed. To our luck we caught the owner before he left and he confirmed the caliper came loose. He was able to line up a slot for us to get it fixed the next day and was so helpful! I cannot express how honest and helpful he was with us, and the price was fair as well! Very friendly atmosphere. Didn't seem like it at first. However Todd, Reidt and the young lady at the front. Very upfront and straight forward. Atc let's you know when work is done. If it's gonna be longer they will inform customer. I've been back many times.

Theses folks were amazing. Came to a local truck stop when my motor wouldn't start. Josh, one of the owners got it started, had me drive it to their shop and fixed it. Price was reasonable. A pleasant experience, I would highly recommend them!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

We were going from Maryland to Reno and our pickup truck had some problems with the DEF, we looked and called everywhere and everyone said they couldn't help, someone gave me the number to ATC and I'm glad they did, talked to Red and he said they were busy but to bring it in and he would take a look at it,He called me the next day and told me what it needed and took care of it quickly, called me today and said the truck was ready!!Red did a great job, very professional and on time!I would greatly recommend ATC to anybody, just call Red and he will take care of you!

These guys are GREAT!!! My trailer broke down 20 miles out of town on a Saturday. The manager came out and looked at the situation to see what could be done. I was not in a hurry so I said it could wait until Monday (no overtime fees).He brought one of his guys out Saturday night to assess the situation so that Monday morning I knew exactly what was happening. ATC had it towed back to town so they could work on it properly - with my permission.A friend of mine wanted to look at the estimate ATC gave before I had them do the work and he thought the price was great for the work they were doing.I will have ATC inspect my trailer before I do any long over the road traveling.Thanks guys! I really appreciate the work you did for me!.

Great place. Had my truck and trailer washed one night. Truck looks amazing. Had to stop the next morning for a differential leak. They quickly worked me in, found the problem, and fixed it asap. Without charging any bs prices. More places need to be like this!

Brought a 53' Trailer in for some very minor repairs. Received an open-ended estimate of $600-$750. Very high for the repairs in question (bent kick plate). Tried to ngotiate to a more reasonable amount of $500.00. Owner refused and told us to take it elsewhere. Charged $148.00 for "Diagnostics", which included exactly looking at a bent piece of metal. Last but not least, they blocked our driver in with a flatbed and another truck of theirs to ensure we would not walk out on their rediuculous invoice for "diagnostics". We woulkd never walk out on an invoice, no matter how rediulous it is. Very unprofessional, rude, and unfair pricing. Found a much friendlier trailer repair company a couple miles away to do the same job for $300.00.

I had a load to pick up only 6 miles from here, and the company couldn't load me due to some fragments of broken glass in the nose of my trailer. These guys got me in right away. Swept, vacuumed, and pressure washed the inside of my dry van. Fast, friendly and fair price. Thanks, excellent job. Got loaded right away after.

Worse experience ever. We called for a jump start for our semi at 7:45am the guy came 2hrs later at around 9:50 he looked at the truck and said the gas is frozen. He never touch the truck or even tried starting it then told us to pay $280 my husband was shocked we called the office they negotiated that we still had to pay them for driving to our location which was 3.5 miles from their location. We ended up paying $140 just because they drove 3.5 miles. Unbelievable!

Stopped on here as we had a hub seals and bearings replaced. Had just happened and didn t want to replace the axle. Said it would be around $350 just to diagnose the issue. More than likely we would have to replace the axle and gave us an estimate of $5000 for that. Said they wouldn t be able to get us back on the road until Monday or Tuesday. Went a few blocks down the same road to Seegers and they had us back on the road in 3 hours and $330. These guys are a joke.

Took my diesel in for tire mount and balance with an alignment, over 24 hours and a thousand dollars later they got my truck done and said it still had play but that was from my steering box. Although with the 35's prior to a bearing locking up it drove absolutely perfect and straight. I took it in the following day after getting out back for an oil change and had pointed out to me there was a clean cut knick in the ball joint boot I had installed the day before taking to atc.... between the steering not being perfect and having to order a new ball joint I was less then impressed or pleased. I would recommend doing backyard garage work before returning to atc. Mind you, every component that has to do with alignment was brand new less then 24 hours old when I went in to there shop

ATC has been a very bad experience for us. Were from Cedar Rapids and usually take our trucks elsewhere but wanted to give ATC a shot. They originally told us $4200 and then it was 6800, then it went to 8600, then to 10600, then they had a "computer glitch" and our price went to $13000. The money is one thing, the time they have spent on this is the killer. This was supposed to be a few day job and as of today, they've had my truck for three weeks. Todd says hes gonna call me at the end of the day, every day he's had the truck and I haven't received one single phone call from him. Its always me having to call them! His excuse is, his head mechanic just had a baby, and apparently he is the only diesel mechanic there that knows how to put an engine back together.... There is absolutely zero reason these people should be able to charge people for their service... There is no service! Just a very expensive joke!

These guys saved our trip! Heading to WY from VA. In Cedar Rapids our slide would not go in. We knew it was bad but hoping we would make it. Alas, not. They took us in right away and found a creative solution so we could continue. They worked fast and price was great. And they were understanding about how my attempted fix made things worse. We are going to leave it with them on our way back for major repairs because of their incredible skills and customer service.

Took an RV for a few things. They mounted 4 tires and lost one decorative lug nut cap and one steel valve cap. Tires were under inflated when arrived home. They say one valve stem was leaking. Who mounts new tires without new stems? The cruise control did not work. I told them that if it was a a big thing don t worry about it. They we cleaned the switch. All is good. Drove it, no cruise.Talked with them concerning an adjustment on the the bill,? A bill of $220. No! We worked on it.

We weren't able to get our repair done here due to the type of refrigerant we needed, but these guys did everything they could to help us find a shop that did!! They literally called every shop in the area to help us and every time I called a shop they said, "We just spoke to ATC." So thank you!! ATC is a legit, helpful shop that you can trust. And that is important over the road. Thanks again guys!!

Worst ever. Came to fix my air ride on my diesel pusher. They said they charge $110 an hour plus parts. Guy was here 3 hours changed a valve and tried charging me $870. Here's the kicker, it didn't even fix the problem. They insisted I pay them when I was in the same situation I was before I called them. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS.

Took my dodge diesel in said they could fix it for 150.00.(wasn t starting right up sometimes)They called me two days in a row and said it was done.Went to pick it up when they called and It wasn t done.1800.00 later They found the return line was leaking.They Put rubber 3/8 lines on it.Didn t even take out the old stainless lines.all For the low price of 1800.00.I will Never ever go back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

On the road from RI to Cedar Rapids in RV with disabled wife and dog, major front end damage enroute, called from Indiana, Danyelle very polite, helpful and professional, stopped in Wendsday, parts ordered, dropped off Friday morning, work complete Friday evening because Morgan, one of the owners stayed to finish the job knowing I was in a major bind. And best of all my vehicle was repaired beyond my expectations. Very highly reccomend this business. They saved our trip.
