Customers please take this review with a grain of salt. Even though I was disappointed by my vehicle quote here. I believe they may have been trying to do what was best ( giving them the benefit of the doubt). However, with that being said. I took my car here after my boyfriend had a medical emergency while driving my vehicle. His nor my insurance would touch it. Switching insurance company s. Long story short they gave me an estimate of $12,888 in damage. I fixed my car myself for $5,000. Not ideal, but that was my only option. I just want other people to know. That if you go here and you feel your quote is over the top. Get a second option. We did I m forever grateful I still have a working vehicle. Sorry guys! But I think it s important people know what they can do for themselves.

Even though they are always very busy I am treated respectfully and in a timely manner whenever I go there. I was impressed with how easy it was to get my car fixed and how good it looks! Tommy did a great job answering all my questions and taking care of all the insurance details. I've been going to Andrew's for many years. I never had anyone else work on my car. Damon is amazing and so is Tom! My car always is fixed and they solve the problem pretty quick. Damon explains everything to you and what needs to happen to get your car fixed. He's patient and very kind! He gives you updates which is what I like the most. I recommend Andrew's to anyone! I only trust them to work on my car.

I've been having my vehicles serviced at Andrews since 2009. Regardless of the industry the transaction between service provider and customer was ideal.A friend backed into my new Subaru Outback and around $1,500 of work was required.The initial quote and explanation was thorough and fair priced.Quick responses to questions and consistent updates made the experience stress free.Irrespective of who I spoke with I always received a prompt answer or clear direction.The end result of the service / work was excellent--they washed the area where work was performed.Finally they left me with a promise that if I found something I wasn't satisfied with I could return and a solution would be provided.Kudos to all levels of employees at this company!

Absolutely amazing service! I brought my new Audi in after the bumper got hit and it needed fixed and repainted. Tom Kinney reassured me countless times it would match and look great and it sure did! Thank you for getting it done fast and professionally!

10+/10. If you unfortunately need to get work done on your car, GO HERE. Speedy and quality work, great customer service. They worked directly with my insurance and made it easy for me to understand. It was done exactly when they said it would be. When I went to pick it up, they had washed it! Impeccable experience.

Took my 2005 Matrix to them after Midas giving me misleading information. Damon was wonderful and explained everything that the Matrix needed and at a reasonable price. But I had to wait to fix the car, that's when Damon said that once I'm ready to call and the quote will be the same. About 3 weeks later I called, made the appointment and had the car fixed. Thank you Damon and the staff for a wonderful experience.

AMAZING service, super friendly staff, Beautiful work!!! I m very particular with my vehicles, I like to keep them in clean excellent condition. These guys cared about that and went above and beyond. My estimate was hundreds less than other local body shops. I m definitely more than impressed! Thank you very much to everyone at Andrews!!

I had hail damage from the recent storm and they were fast and did amazing work. You cant even tell it was ever damaged at all! Kudos and thanks to all who work at Andrews for an amazing job!!

Came here obviously because a lady decided to park pretty much into my car lol but i had good service and they pretty much did what they needed to do in good time I called regarding an issue of the area they worked on is not cooperating and they said to just come on in when im in the area and they will fix it very minor which i keep forgetting to come lol but straight to the point and quick and helpful

Try Andrews and you will never go to another body shop, honest & great bang for the buck. Both Tommy & Tony will insure you are treated professionally and at a price lower than I can find anywhere. I've been a customer for years.

Horrible workmanship steering and suspension parts should have been replaced but were instead cobbled together with existing part s that were damaged in accident. I got my front end fixed and looks great. When I pick up my car I got about a mile down the road both back tires were almost flat (which I purchased 3 months prior). I called back and they said they would fix. I now got my oil changed and Goodyear said that both tires need to replaced as they plugged the inside of both tires. Long story short I called back and the owner said he would not purchase me new tires (Not to mention he was the one that moved one of the poorly repaired tires to the front thinking that I would assume that it was a new problem). Pretty shady for an OWNER, really?! I will go to McGrath next time and I hate McGrath.

Thay have done work on our van due to a minor accident and the fixed my truck after the big storm came though which caused a tree fell on it and scratched it up pretty good and broke alot of parts Tommy has always been honest and very detailed with what will be done and he dealt with the insurance company the point is both times they came out looking brand new awesome work take your car to them ever time you need to have body work doneService: Painting

Fixed it cheaper than what they quoted, and threw in some new windshield wipers free of charge(must have seen mine were broken)
