Kevin and Josh are good people to deal with. They work hard to keep the prices as practical as they can. The shop is clean, and the work is done efficiently. Thanks to them, and the tech for a top notch repair, and brake replacement.

Wow! Amazing place! Thanks to Kevin Josh Russ and the other guys that took care of me. I was fighting air in the line for my manual. Didn't know that till they took care of me.I fought it in there. They took me home and worked on it.The clutch had been really funny after a different spot in town fixed it a month ago. Finally went really bad today but ATL took care of me. I was dumbfounded how inexpensive it was too!Thanks.

Extremely helpful and accommodating! Was driving home and experienced car issues. Was able to make it to them and they were able to diagnose the issue and help with parking there until I could get a tow. The diagnosis was able to determine if my issues were covered under my warranty or not. If they were not covered I'd have had full confidence in having the repairs done there. Went in for an alignment after changing the struts on my 98 escort. Kevin was fantastic and able to squeeze me in same day, despite their busy schedule. They got the front wheels almost dead on, were honest about not being able to adjust my rear wheels, and gave me a full report on what other repairs were still needed.By the way guys, I already did my tune up and air filter. I also figured out how to adjust the rear camber. I can show you the next time I'm in if you want :)Service: Wheel alignment

100% recommend this establishment. Price is right for the excellent quality of work done. Kevin was amazing and really took care of my car and my family! A sudden and distressing grinding sound put a halt to the middle of a multi-day trip. Kevin took the time to explain and show me what was going on with my car, and really went the extra mile to make sure the repair could be made. The friendly attitude of the staff, the pleasant and well-stocked waiting room, and the care we were shown really made a stressful day bearable! Thank you so much!

I m a player for the CR Kernels and brought my car in for service and the place was great. Kevin the manager was even better and developed a friendship not just business. Kevin even went as far to donate gift cards to my team and coaches for all tune and lube. Highly recommend

Scammed me for a repair, I got a o2 senor and air temperature replaced and said it doesn't matter if the code is still on the obd2 scanner.

Super nice service manager!!! This place is the cleanest auto place that I ve ever been to and Kevin is the most nicest helpful service manager. This was my first time here, but I definitely will come here for all my automotive needs from now on. I moved to Cedar Rapids not long ago and needed to find a place for car maintenance. I decided to give this place a shot based on the positive reviews. Kevin was friendly, helpful and organized, and I could tell that he really cares about what he does and wouldn't try to rip off the clients like a lot of car maintenance shops do!I usually don't write reviews but this place definitely deserves 5 stars because they put their hearts into the business, which is rare these days. Thank you and I'll be going back for sure as long as I'm in the area!

This was by far one of the best vehicle service experiences I've ever had. The team at All Tune and Lube were friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. A lot of places can make you feel pressured into buying additional services and up-selling; the staff here were honest about prices, process and options.The prices are very fair and I received the most thorough inspection I've ever gotten. I came in to do my oil and fix my electronic locks and I left with that and answers and solutions to problems I've been trying to have diagnosed on my car for years.I would recommend them to anyone, and I will be coming here for my vehicle needs for as long as I can.Thank you so much.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Went in for battery in my truck so when tested it showed it was good. They then did diagnostic test on the truck and could not find any issues to cause battery issues. Suggested we drive the truck more as it typically sits all the time. They didn't charge anything! I'll definitely use them in the future for service needs. I had already learned that the team here is excellent to work with, really explains the services and recommendations and does a super job and then one day the engine on my car needed a complete overhaul and I learned what all they can really accomplish! Fantastic service! Kevin was very friendly, educational, and professional. He wasn t pushy about repairs that needed to be done but still provided the needed information. Took about an hour and a half for the oil change in and out. Free drinks and snacks as well as a comfortable waiting area. Will definitely be returning!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Good oil change and the vehicle inspection was very comprehensive with pictures. The cost to correct the deficiencies was also listed. Each item was explained but no hard sell to get anything fixed immediately. I have time to prioritize what I need to get done and when.Definitely would recommend this business.

This was my first visit to this facility. I was very impressed by the processional staff and the even down to the waiting room.(1) The staff I had the opportunity to meet treated with the upmost respect. I ask a lot of questions, and they shared their advice and expertise. Candor was appreciated. At no point did they try to push product or service, but rather provide enough information to make an informed decision.(2) The prices and services are great. I was there for a wiring issue with my car. They had the expertise to complete the job without a long wait and a very reasonable price.(3) A good wait room is always good to have while you wait to have the work completed. Comfortable furniture, Snacks/Drinks, TVs, and reading material.Again, this is my first time here, but I plan to come here more. I typically go to the dealership to work on my car, but the small things make a huge difference. I was treated very well, they informed me of different services and products, and the staff were certainly well informed/trained.Service: Electrical repair

Great service!Oil change took a bit longer than expected but it was fine.I took it back the next day because there was a miscommunication when I asked about them looking at my tire. They said they were full on appointments but would check it out if I stop by. They ended up taking a screw out of one of my tires and resealing it in about 10 minutes.Great service and great option for car work!Services: Tires, Oil change

Would highly recommend somewhere else. Communication was atrocious. I thought my estimate was extremely high, I opted out of the service and took my vehicle to another shop where they quoted less than half of what this place did. My recommendation is do not waste your time.

Very good experience with Russell, Kevin, and the shop crew. Had full evaluation done and received a much needed brake job, oil change, and a full breakdown of what I more than likely will see in the future with my car. They also offer a solid military discount. They bring it up to you which is a legit thing to do, if you did not know if it was even on the menu. Thank youServices: Brakes, Oil change

This place is a one stop shop for car maintenance and repairs! They were very friendly, courteous, and professional with my needs of new brakes, pads, and drum replacements. The inside is very clean and free drinks and snacks are available while you wait. The managers and staff made sure I was communicated with new parts and prices after a very extensive review of my needs with pictures and explaining why one needed repair vs. can wait options. They text or called me with updates that made it easier with my work hours. Very high recommendations from me as the work done was very well done! I plan on using them for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Great to know there is a place in CR that respects true customer service with car and truck repairs!

Very professional and friendly. I haven't needed any major repairs done, but based off their service of basic maintenance I would trust them to do bigger jobs right. Pricing is competitive as well. One of the most thorough engine inspections I have gotten, better than the dealership. Only complaint was the timeliness in getting back to me with the results.In reply: I understand the complexity and detail involved, no complaints there. More that I brought my vehicle in at 7:30 and then had to call at noon then 3 to get feedback and when I got there at 5 the final documentation hadn't been completed. I still greatly appreciated the knowledge and skill involved but keeping customers updated during the day even with a quick email would earn an easy 5 stars.

Brought in my 02 Avalanche for an alignment after installing a lift kit. They were the only shop in town that could get me in same day and they did a good job considering the modifications made to my vehicle. What s more, it cost me $80 where anywhere else would be $120+. Cheapest in town. Would recommend this shop for wheel alignment services.Service: Wheel alignment

My 2020 Nissan Rogue was making this very annoying squeaky noise. Brought it in for a diagnostic and the team determined that it was coming from somewhere near the drive shaft and actually called Dave Wright Nissan and determined they may warranty it out. Headed down there and it turns out they did warranty it out! Was very nice for a company to lead me to the dealer when they could have just as easily not said anything and taken my money for their service. Highly recommend!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I'm from out of town and had some bad luck with my tires. I called this location and Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he look over my car for me when he already had a fully booked day, he also put my mind at ease so I could comfortably travel home without worrying too much. Without a doubt, this location deserves your business. Kevin will take excellent care of your vehicle, without trying to drain your wallet. Have been going for a few years and has been great service but the past few times have been disappointed. Closing hours are not correct on signage and found out late in the day they close at 5:00 and not 6:00 causing a bit of a scramble to get there before they close. Also pricing posted at the counter is not correct, charging more due to the other comps in the area. Ask about both hours and pricing before scheduling.Service: Oil change

Excellent customer service, backed by local ownership that truly cares about their local customers and community. I ve brought my college daughters car there for all levels of service, as well as bringing my company s fleet vehicles there for everything from oil changes and tires, to major repairs. Every time, the service and attention to detail is exceeded, as well as helping me understand the importance of keeping my vehicles properly maintained to prevent the big repair costs.
