Literally the best customer service. The Australian gentleman and the younger guy were so helpful when putting my windshield wipers on! It was freezing cold and they offered to put my wipers on and were very kind during the whole process. I was having a terrible day and had to stop and get a wiper cause I accidentally broke it and then the new wiper I bought wasn t fitting and I was worried I would have to spend a fortune getting it fixed but they assured me they would get it and working and they did! Honestly made my whole day and so appreciative of those two!

The store manager Ben is amazing along with many other employees such as John, Bri and Rob to name a few. Fast, easy, friendly service with a smile. Always willing to help out and go the extra mile. I bought new wiper blades and they even installed them. Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Refused to help my fiance change the battery in our truck. I'm 1900 miles away. Will never shop any Advanced Auto Parts again.

A shop back in my hometown 3hrs away replaced my car's battery, went bad 8mo later, swung by this store to get a new one under warranty since they work with the manufacturer in question. Pretty complicated request given I didn't purchase the battery itself through this store. But Ben (this store's GM) worked with me for about 30min, called their corporate office (?), the whole nine, to get me a new battery free of charge. Even tested my alternator to make sure that wasn't the true culprit. I knew it would be a complicated visit but he worked with me that whole time without any complaints, definitely worthy of a good review.

My visit was outstanding. The young salesman was very polite and helpful and even took time with me and even offered explanationsfor my needs! I needed something that had many options and was offered to sort through the selection to make my pick of what was available. Very awesome. because, I got the Right part the First time! The customer service in this place is a joke! 4 people working and 1 person helping customers?!?! I work in the service field and customers are always #1 priority. You could see the other 3 workers could care less. One customer even spoke up an asked "can we get some help out here" with no response whatsoever. I can only imagine that either they aren't paid well or they just don't care, or both. Another business I will never step foot in again.

I was nervous about going into an auto parts store alone for the first time. I met this sales rep, his name was Ron, and he made me feel comfortable about finding the part I was looking for. He showed me the selection and didn't try to rush me or try to sell me the most expensive one. I appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and his ability for making me feel comfortable about buying replacement parts for my car.

The people at this location are second to none but I cannot say the same about their online ordering process. my account has been messed up for months to the point I have to call in my orders so I loose the ability to keep track of my recent purchases. I Really like doing business with advance auto parts, but thinking I may have to do something different.

Didn't have vac lines needed. Fuel lines only. Package T's, barrels, and elbows. Not a good selection of sizes. If going to 16th SW store ask for Mike, excellent service and manners.

Patty is an amazing employee and the store was super clean it smelled and felt super safe being inside of the store durin this hard time the world is having ,she always cleaning and during this when i come into the store an she is always helping gets the right products i need! I needed a new battery. AAP had a battery with more cranking power than the OEM, and it was in stock. A few minutes of wrench time and my van starts strong. They even offered to do it for me. When I said I had it, they followed up offered the tools!

I have always received great customer service here and they have always been very helpful even in instances when I can get a product elsewhere or don't actually need to purchase a product at all, they don't pressure you to buy their products. Just helpful answers and in most cases they employ people with their own automotive experiences.

Had most of what I needed. Oil price was fine, but only had one brand of dry gas and was $4 per bottle. Triple the price it should have been.

They're just like any other brick and mortar parts store.If you have issues with finding parts on your own They're hit or miss with them also. Make sure you know what you need and try to have a factory part number for easy reference.

Went in on black friday for the discounts. Told me you only can get them on line. waste of time. Not sure why it is so different and can't get discount in-store. Never enough workers. Always a wait. Guess I start going to AutoZone.

Poor customer service .. most of the time they let you feel not welcomed ... fortunately there are two other Auto parts stores close by (Advance & O'Reilly) so no need to go back again.Updated ... after a long time I had to stop there again during a storm looking for wipers ... met new employees ... much better service .. deserve more stars !!!
