Bought a vehicle and was told it had no issues. Next day after purchase the check engine light came on. 6 out of 8 connectors are broken.

I bought a used car from here about two months ago and I absolutely love it! The person to help me with this sale was Scott Atwood. My initial impression when first coming to the shop was that it was very professional and welcoming. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and not pushy. The process to actually purchase the car was very easy and took no time at all. Again the person to help me with this sale was Scott and he was very kind and easy to work with during this process. I would definitely recommend 4 Guys Auto Sales Service and Body Repair to anyone looking to buy a car or for auto repair. Excellent service!

I recently purchased a vehicle from them and had an amazing experience with them. If I ever want a new vehicle in the future I will definitely look into getting another vehicle from them! Scott and the staff here are very helpful, professional, and supportive with the needs of their customers. They are a pleasure to do business with! I would definitely recommend them to others.

They helped us by working with our vehicle warranty and was able to get a new engine put in my wife's car for a quarter of the price we were quoted by sankots garage. Thank you so much!!

The battery saga with zoned auto continues. They either resold the same defective battery or this is two for two.4 Guys Auto is going to be my choice.I haven't taken my car there yet but when I spoke with the customer care rep/counter person she was very helpful. Asked me a lot of questions and between the two of us we were able to narrow it down to a few possibilities. We'll see tomorrow.

This is the small town service and high level of expertise that you want in a mechanic! All of the staff is friendly and they are very efficient at fixing the problem quickly to get you back on the road. An amazing place to get our vehicle fixed in cedar rapids!!!

My 2010 Nissan Murano needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. These guys did great work and in a timely manner. They are confident in their work. They make you feel comfortable that your vehicle is safe to drive again. They are professional friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle! 4 Guys is the best place to take your car in Cedar Rapids. They always do their best to get you in for an appointment ASAP and prices are very fair. There have been a few times I have called about a funny noise my car is making and they get me in that same day. Just the other day something came loose and they got me in that day, took a look and 5 minutes later it was fixed at no cost. Will always recommend 4 guys to anyone! Thank you!

I went her to have my rear coil springs replaced. They gave me quotes online. Other places didn't even respond to a request for a quote. They were over two hundred dollars less than the dealership. The staff were very nice! Busy place, so call for an appointment! I will be going here in the future for any car maintenance.

I have been buying cars from four guys auto and dealing with Scott for over 12 years always excellent service great prices. Scott has always been fair upfront very honest! A dealer and mechanic you can really trust!!

Completely poor service waiting time was outrageous told me one thing then another agreed to do work which caused Me a financial pinch then backed out of the work I see that as unprofessional and lack of integrity.

I was referred to this company by Tires Plus to fix my Jeep death wobble issue. I took my car there and they seemed knowledgeable about this situation and reassured me they know how to fix the problem. So I noticed it didn't ride right but, I assumed it was just how it rides. (Not their fault but part happens to be defective.) The wobble got worst and worst over time. I moved to another state. I took my truck to another shop and they told me it was my steering gear that was bad. I contacted 4 Guys Auto for warranty repair they were more than willing to help my problem get resolved. They are great people who care about their customers.

I had called one morning, trying to inquire about some work on my vehicle. The lady that had answered told me the guy I needed to talk to was busy and they would call me back in a little while. Well a little while was two days later. I had scheduled a time to come in and get a quote. When I got there and told the gentleman what I was wanting to get a quote on he told me it takes to much time and he was uninterested in the job. I had told the lady what I wanted and they still told me to come in. Absolutely unprofessional, and a waste of my time.

Terrible company and will never bring my car here again. Brought it in for damage and they failed to do any supplements on their end for my claim so I had to wait an extra week for their negligence. Also when I received my car back there was paint on inside of the door jams and extra scratches everywhere. They also broke my sunroof and wouldn't admit to it or fix it. Do not come here for any work at all!

These guys are great! They sell great vehicles at a decent price and on top of it all, they back their vehicles up!! They definitely prioritize making a good honest sale over an extra buck.
