Did great with my tires today. TPMS light turned on half way down road, turned around and they fixed it right away. Drove around CF and Waterloo after on interstate and back roads to be sure and it's all set. Thank you!!

It's Walmart. It's the middle of the road alternative you would expect. When ya need something on a budget and immediately but don't expect it to last. About the only place to get a 50 buck battery. They are the definition of "don't have the cash for a premium but I need this part now"

The estimate was very close to the final cost. It just cost a few dollars more. I had a warranty with Walmart so I didn't have to pay for my new tire. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

On Thursday it was almost 100 and something degrees outside. Everybody knows this that lives here in Cedarfalls and I had a little grandbaby who is seven months old with me and my air conditioning was not working so I stopped in there at the auto area and I ran in to see if some coolant would get it started. Anyway, I came in the door in right away. There was the nicest employee name Mary, who instantly was ready to help with anything I needed. She went with me, grab the coolant, even carried it, and didn t ask her nothing and she just carried it and then she even offered to put it in my car so I would have to put my grandbaby in a hot car while pouring it into the car. Very nice went above and beyond for such a low maintenance issue. I don t know how they work with anything else but I do know that when you walk in the door and three employees are standing there, and every single one of them are eager to help you and their look like they re happy and polite. I definitely will be returning and I will say Mary was definitely the highlight of the day and if anybody is reading this that has any control over how she gets paid definitely give that woman a raise she went above and beyond for something that she did not even need to do at all. And if you re reading this Mary, thank you very much . You have a blessed life.

Took my car here to get the headlight replaced and they told me it was a wiring issue and I had to take it somewhere else. Took it to another repair shop and they told me it was just the bulb burned out and fixed it. They also informed me the shop that tried to fix it (Walmart) left all the screws loose and broke the cap to my headlight. I would have them rather just told me they couldn t figure out how to change the bulb then attempt to do it and leave my car broke.

I bought 2 tires about 6 months ago while they were on sale, and had them installed today. I had a bad tire pressure sensor, Tommy took care of that, rotated the tires, torqued the lugs and recheck them after a short drive. I have bought tires here before, the work has always been done right. Thanks for great service!Service: TiresService: Tires

My wait time was good, specific major complaint. The price for a set of tires I was quoted over the phone had way too many add on fees .In the end, I could have gone to a more comfortable tire buying experience.

No matter what service you request, whether a simple tire repair or oil change, from the time they actually pull your car in, anticipate a minimum of a one hour wait (typically longer). This has got to be a marketing ploy directed from corporate, in order to hold shoppers captive in the hope they'll spend more $$$$ while they wait. I have utilized WM Auto Care at four different locations, some planned, some not, same at each. I would give them 3 stars as they are lower priced for parts-service, but considering my family spends more money at the store while I'm waiting on my stinking car, it's probably near break-even compared to dealer. To avoid this, when feasible, take two cars, drop the one getting service off and come back later. I might give them 4 stars then.

They re usually really good, but they wouldn t let me get a pit crew last time I went in for an oil change. I had to pay for a higher priced service. But overall they are very professional!

Called right at 0700 to see if they had a filter for a 17 Mini Cooper. They confirmed they had one in stock. Drove 30 minutes to get the work done and after an hour and a half informed me they did not have the filter. After a bit of dialog back and forth they decided to get a filter from Advanced Auto. Oh and when they were to be out my getting the filter they were also placing orders for McDonalds in the same run. No big deal, I will just wait some additional time. Total time spent at Walmart Auto on Sunday was 2.5 hours.Service: Oil change

Good service, fair prices! would have been 5 , but they don t ask what kind of oil you want. If you want special oil or filter, or other services be prepared to ask in advance.Side note (not part of my rating): If you want you vehicle vacuumed for free be sure to empty it ahead of time.

Went in for a scheduled oil change. Checked in, started looking in automotive department, about 10 minutes, then started walking to another department, another 5 or so minutes, when my phone rang. It was the tire shop...my car was done!!! Wow, very impressed, as long as everything was tightened up! One thing, on my receipt it stated my vehicle was vacuumed, which it wasn't. But, thank you for the courteous service. The gal that checked me in and out was extremely kind.

I called them the day before I set my appointment for an oil change. I said to the person on the phone, "You guys don't always have the filter for my car. I just want to let you know. Could you check if you have it?"The man I trusted to help me said, "I'll leave a note here. We will call you if we don't have it."I was very thankful. Then, I came to the appointment, sat there for FORTY-FIVE minutes. My car was in the air for twenty minutes. I went up to the front desk after I saw the car was no longer on the lift and the guy behind the counter looks me straight in the face and says, "We weren't able to do the oil change because we don't have the filter for the car. Sorry."I can't think of anything else I could have done, short of getting a job at Wal-Mart, and searching for the filter myself, to prepare for this. Not only was it a waste of my time and my gas (I live in Waterloo), but I didn't get out of there until after five o'clock on Friday evening. I travel about 150 miles a day for work and won't be able to schedule another appointment until well after my car's mileage is past when I need to get it changed. So thanks, Wal-Mart. I also noticed that a bunch of people who were really good quit. I wonder what happened there. I will never go back here again, no matter how cheap their oil changes are.

will not be returning to have anything done with my car here. 20 minutes left till close and i needed my wheel change because i just a flat in the parking lot was told ''ahhhh not tonight your not'' really with 20 minutes till they closed. i was always told when i worked in sales that till the second you close you help the customer. next day i had my tire changed at the discount tire in 10 minutes, which i do recommend them.

Went here for their Black Friday tire special. The price was great, and each of the employees I dealt with were polite and helpful. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Would recommend!

Call to make a appointment for tires and the woman was super rude and hung up on me. The call was only 10 seconds and she said no and hung up. Who and why would you do business like this.

The prices here are great, but the service is slow and sub par. It typically takes 2-3 hours from the time you drop off your car until they're done with the oil change. Plus, the workers have a tendency to not clean the oil off of their hands before getting in the car to move it, so you end up with little smears of oil on your steering wheel and on the windshield where they put the sticker. Plus the sticker usually ends up falling off because they get oil on the sticky part.

I ve been here 2 times with my car and once with my husbands. The first time i was here I was greeted by a gentleman with a yeah? Last time I checked That s not how you should greet a customer. I purchased 4 new tires 2 Saturdays ago. Today, 1 went completely flat with no puncture or anything. I was told I could bring it in after i was off work and they would look at it. When I arrived the woman was rude and basically made it seem like I should just take it home and they wouldn t look at it. I continued to tell her that I was told to bring it in tonight to have it looked at and she continued to be a little rude. I will probably never get tires or any other service here after this. If you don t enjoy your job or can t be pleasant when you work in customer service then get a new job.

I purchased full set of tires with road hard. I has a flat. There was a nail in the tire. They told me tire was non repairable. It had a nail in it. Was told that if you drive 50 ft the tire will not be able to be fixed. I should be happy that my road hazardard kicked in and I didn't have to pay full price.I have had tires fixed before.

Called Auto Center during my break at work when I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires, they got me in right away and found a small punture. Took 15 mins and $17!!!! Great service!

Terrible. There was one other car waiting for an oil change and they told me it would take 2 hours. I reluctantly agreed and nearly 4 HOURS LATER I got my car back. They obviously didn t do a good job because my oil level was crucially low like 2 days later. Would not recommend.

Parts are cheap. Staff is well, staff dose not seem to like what they do, unenthusiastic and dose not seem to know their products well. (Check your lugnuts, had tires put on old work car, and a couple loose ones)
