Max and the team at Odell were amazing to work with! Great communication on everything from start to finish! Very quick turnaround time on this fix and very impressed with the work! Answered all my questions and gave me a walk through of all the work completed! 90% plus of the car had some deep scratches. Not sure how the car looked brand new but Ben and the crew did an amazing job! Going forward, I will absolutely not look no further. Thank you Ben!

I don t usually leave reviews but I had such an excellent experience here today that I felt like I had to. I was pulling into my garage last night and undershot, scraping my car door and right wheel against the side of my wood garage. I was sure this was going to be extremely expensive and I was bracing to hear how much it was going to cost. I had seen many positive reviews about Odell so I came here first. The man who helped me decided to try buffing it first and 98% of the damage came right off. In fact, somehow, from what looked like an extremely catastrophic event, I only sustained a couple clear coat scratches and one chip into the metal. He painted over with touch up paint and I can t even tell now unless I m looking extremely closely for it. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me I didn t need to worry about it. I swear I almost cried tears of joy, haha. Absolutely amazing customer service. God forbid anything bad happens to my car again, I know where I ll be taking it and would recommend Odell to all my friends and family without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer with my Kia Sorento on a Saturday and Odell Collision Center was able to get my vehicle into their shop on Monday. When I dropped my vehicle off, the owner addressed me by name and the friendly employees constantly kept me in the loop regarding the status of my vehicle. Also, my SUV was completed 4 days before the original estimated date I was provided. I would highly recommend Odell Collision Center!!

I made my claim through progressive and dropped my car off at Odells on a Wednesday afternoon. They were very courteous and explained what to expect. They promptly prepared my car for Progressive to look at and quote. In less than 48 hours, they called me that my car was already finished. Excellent quality of work and superior timeliness and they took care of some little extras for me as well and worked with me to pick it up after hours I would highly recommend Odells for anyone needing any auto body work completed.

I had hit a deer and messed up the front end of my car and another place in the CV couldn t get my car in until Nov. but Odell s got me in early the following week and had my car done by the end of that week! They were very nice and professional!! There was one minor flaw by no fault of their own(insurance issue) and I reached out again and Ben reached out the same day. He came and grabbed my car from my job and fixed it with in the next day or two after getting the parts along with a few things my step dad had spotted (as I have no idea about anything that has to do with cars!!) and Ben was SO nice and on top of everything! They explained everything and didn t make me feel like stupid like some places will do and I truly appreciated that and really appreciate Ben and all of his coworkers for working on my vehicle so fast and getting it back to me so fast! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 21 forester here for hail damage and it was fixed within 1 day. On top of that, they washed and vacuumed vehicle and the team was very friendly. The price was very reasonable and I would take my vehicle back here in the future. They do great work!!

About a month ago my car was involved in a hit and run after that i went to most shops and they were asking a fortune to fix my car then my friend recommended Odell I went over to him told him my situation and he got it all done and more. Ben was the guy that helped me out if you have any questions ask him. Once I got my car back from him today it was amazing did a outstanding job on everything. I had some damage on the drivers rear above the tire repaired. They did amazing work. They were very kind and explained exactly what they were going to do. They also called me to let me know of an extra cost they had to do. A lot of other places sometimes just simply don t call. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! They were also the best priced around!

Came in to get my AC fixed and my door handle looked at today and they lead me through the process of how they were going to fix it. I was told at a different shop that it was going to be $400+ to get only my AC fixed I waited months and eventually decided to go here since my friend recommended it instead of the original place. Not only did they fix BOTH my problems in a timely manner, it was also 3x cheaper than what i was quoted when i went somewhere else the first time! Will be going here again in the future! They worked great and even had fun while working and it put a smile on my face knowing they enjoy their jobs :) 100% satisfied and 100% recommend coming here!!Service: Air conditioning

I had a wonderful experience working with Rachel and Ben, they were very nice and easy to work with and did an excellent job on my vehicle as I needed some touch up on my new BMW. They even dropped me off at my home and came to pick me back up once my car was ready! Also Max was great to work with as well! They did a wonderful job on our truck after we hit a deer. They were able to get it back to us within a good timeframe, and it looks brand new! Wonderful communication throughout the process, and they advocated for getting original parts. Highly recommend them!

(BEST BODYSHOP IVE EVEN SEEN) Where should I start. I guess I should start with I work in the car industry myself and I have seen a lot of bad body work and paint jobs in my days. My truck started to rust out and I heard about Ben and his body shop so I went to them to get my rust fixed. Ben said he could do it no problem he said he would fix my entire bed sides not just the rusted parts. We got talking about the opinion and the way he would go about fixing it in detail. I could tell he cared about my vehicle and the problem/project he turn out to just be a cool guy to talk to in general. He fixed it very quickly too he fixed it in 3 days grinded, welded, and painted both sides. He fixed my tailgate as well as a gift it s was in discussion to fix it but I said I ll wait till it rust out and get a new one he didn t accept failure one that one he surprised me with my tailgate looking brand new. This is by far the best body work I have ever seen and will be going back for other projects in the future. I would highly recommend just talking and discussing your problem with them. Ben and Racheal were amazing from the very first phone call! Ben took the time to give me options and was conscious of my budget and time line. Came in to get my bumper repaired and because it was just a matter of gluing it back on they got it taken care of within an hour my arrival at no charge. I ve never had such a positive experience related to fixing an issue with my vehicle.

Very professional, great to work with! Someone hit my vehicle in a parking lot and didn't report it. Damaged both driver side doors. Went in on Friday to set up appointment and had my car in for repairs the following Tuesday. Work was done and picked up my car on Friday. Damaged area looked like it was brand new again. Great communication through the whole process with me and my insurance company. I am very pleased with the work that was done on the only new vehicle I have ever owned. I will take any and all future business there.

Benjamin was awesome. I called asking if he could remove a dealership sticker from my vehicle for me and he was able to do it in less than 10 minutes. If I have any needs in the future I will certainly have these guys at the top of my list!
