I have been here for the past two cars I ve owned. Their staff has always been fantastic, Matt and Krystal are extremely helpful and got my car in extremely quickly. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and worked to get the most affordable price possible.

I have been coming to Midas for about 8 years and the service provided by Zach, the manager and Crystal has been nothing short of amazing! They are always willing to work with customers and communication is great!

The folks at this Midas location are fantastic. We had a near emergency situation and they managed to get us in without disrupting their scheduled appointments. They made us feel like valued customers and performed fantastic work. They ve gained us as new repeat customers.

My first time going to Midas for oil change. So far I like how they are honest up front about the types of oil changes they provide. Plus, the waiting area is clean and comfortable. The only thing they need to improve on is their online appointment platform; I didn't get an appt confirmation via email, so I had to call the location to confirm.

Had an exhaust issue unexpectedly happen so I stopped in the next morning without an appointment to see if they could look at it to schedule a repair. Zach had a full day scheduled but had it looked at within 15 minutes and did the repair all within an hour. Great customer service and job well done!

Pretty good service. Crystal did a great job answering my questions at the desk, and making sure my requests are considered. The mechanics offered to change my air filter at a decent price too!

Great experience! Oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. Crystal was great at explaining everything to me and I really appreciated that. Just moved here and I'll stick with these guys for sure.

Midas CF does great work. Always kind, helpful, and prompt. Crystal and Zach are great leaders and will always make sure that you are taken care of. Definitely recommend.

A year ago I had a remanufactured engine installed. The engine gave out. The engine warranty people had the engine taken out to inspect. They felt Midas didn t flush the cooling system and that caused problem. My car was held hostage for months while they fought. Another engine was sent and Midas had problems getting the sensors fixed. I took it elsewhere and they got the alerts off. Then a few months later engine light came on again. Now another 1000 to fix. Midas sucks.

POSTING THIS HERE SINCE INDEED REJECTED IT. WARNING TO MECHANICS AND CUSTOMERS.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.This company is a joke. Based in Colorado, they have district managers for the different Midas locations they own. I worked at the Cedar Falls, Iowa location. Bottom line; DO NOT WORK HERE.The management is arrogant, unprofessional, and sits around daily, watching TikToks and videos. The mechanical knowledge he and the advisors possessed was about the equivalent to a lube technician. Rude to customers, an unhelpful laid back attitude, and all around not fit for management. When it came to sticking up or supporting employees, it was only the ones he was "buddy buddy" with that got any sort of encouragement or support in the event of a job going sideways. Quick to belittle, point out flaws, and not take ANY accountability for things he did incorrectly.The co-workers were less than helpful. Would often not listen to anything I said, or needed them to do for me to help me with a job. More often than not, they would stand there and rather think of their own solutions, and then eventually just walk away without helping. Quick to be disrespectful, make fun of, and downright ignore any conversation I would attempt to make or have. They may have known a fair bit mechanically, but were very unmotivated to do work, or help me in any situation I may have needed assistance in.They expect you to be at work at 7:00am, even though work is not scheduled until 9:00am. Their work day is 7:00am to 5:00pm.There is NO response from their "Human Resources" department when an issue arises. And the district manager was of zero help in situations.On top of all of this, Midas is quick to price gouge and sell things to customers they do not need. If you're an honest mechanic, do not work here. All in all, awful management, awful employees, and dishonesty across the board.Find a respectable company to work for. This one isn't worth it. Do not get lured in by the promise of 32$ per hour. It isn't worth it, and you will not make that. It is all commission based.The Cedar Falls, Iowa location is a laughable group of people.

Got in at the time of my appointment. They called minutes before to make sure I was coming. Friendly and confident when I arrived. Been here a few times and never had an issue. Thanks guys

Crystal: Really great experience coming to the Midas in Cedar Falls, IA. In today s age where customer service seems to be lost, the customer service that Crystals displayed was exceptional! I will come back any day.

Crystal got me checked in immediately for an oil change and tire rotation. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and tv while I was waiting. Had me finished up and back on the road in 30 min.

This place has a great reputation of taking advantage of people and lying to them about repairs that don t actually need to be done. They also overcharge for work that isn t done properly or safely. Beware of this business, they only care about how vulnerable you are as a customer and do not care about your safety. Check out this exhaust work that was done and charged $360 for it. Extremely poor quality and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your vehicle here.

Just don t go here especially if you re a female. A grown man came out, stared at me and said I had the WORST oil leak he has ever seen in his life. After they couldn t rip me off on 2 other things on my car. I had 3 MECHANICS look at this car before I bought it and the audacity of this guy to say this. THEN when I proceeded to call a customer line, the GM called me and literally didn t even PRETEND (not that he even cared) to be shocked when I told him of the awful behavior. (Not to mention an employee mocked a female after getting off the phone with her in the back). You do you pookies but I m leaving this bad review.

Never received the confirmation email the website said to expect. Work was done cheaper elsewhere without sales pressure.
