Two people from the Gladbrook area recommended Maynard's Transmission. Jeff rebuilt the A904 automatic transmission in my 1970 Dart Swinger, which had multiple problems including hard shifts, very high RPM delayed shifts, and occasional slipping. He was able to get my car in the shop quickly and finished the rebuild fast despite heat indices of 115� while performing the job. The car now runs and shifts like the day it rolled off the assembly line. The best part is the total cost of Jeff's work (despite the cliche) was more than fair, and guaranteed for 12 months.

Jeff is a great guy and performed quality work. Had a previous vehicle of ours transmission rebuilt. Drove my Yukon Denali from West Des Moines to have the trans, differentials and coolant flushed. Truck feels like new. Wouldn t hesitate to drive 2 hours to have my vehicles serviced here again.

I've been going to Jeff for about 4 years now and He's a Great Mechanic and Transmission Specialist .. His Prices are very Fare and his work is Grade A. I refer my friends to Jeff. And Jeff is the only Mechanic that ill let work on my Vehicles

SO FAR... workmanship seems to be good. Customer service has SO much to be desired. When I called and got start date and price, these were changed as we went. So get it in writing so they can't up the cost 200$ and it take 2 weeks longer the expected.

Fixed my transmission just fine... broke other parts of car when confronted the owner said they were broken before he touched it.... had to argue with him and finally they fixed the stuff they broke when taking the transmission off.... unnecessary bad service although they fixed it in the end...
