Bought a prius from him less than a year ago and a few unexpected repairs came up shortly after. Everything that's needed to be replaced, him and his team have taken care of and offered great pricing and taken care of other issues we weren't even aware of in the process. Great business owner.Get all your repairs on your prius here!

I ve brought my Prius to these guys twice and had a stellar experience both times. They are an amazing local business with a depth of knowledge. They were able to handle issues like major wire damage to something as quick and simple as rusted bolts on a license plate I couldn t get off on my own. I would fully recommend Mad Hatter to anyone.

Prices seem good and I'm sure the cars are good reason for the negative review is as follows walked in asked if he does buy hear pay hear bc I've never been to this place,his reply was no we don't loan out are money ,sir theirs a better way to reply such as no sir I'm sorry we don't offer buy hear pay hear but if you would like we offer financing options for you and hears how ....instead your response was standoffish and rude it's okay I just won't support your business in the future and neither will any of my friends or family,also u should know that I've told my whole sale buyers in the area not to buy from your location even if your not a wholesale dealership and they have spoken to their network so sir it's just a matter of being polite to a customer and how you responded to my ? And I really hope this review will inspire you to be a little more polite in the way you respond take care best wishes ,.

Love taking my Prius here for maintenance!! John and his team did a great job fixing my suspension, capacitor, and horn!! They even took it upon themselves to clean out my air filter for me!! Was not costly at all and was surprised me with a thank you card and a real Mad Hatter!!

Been working with John for years now. He is always super helpful and honest! My family has bought 6 Prius from him and he always takes good care of us. It s nice to have a place that provides the community with affordable and reliable cars. I recommend Mad Hatter to all my friends. You should absolutely check it out!

I got a Prius for my daughter s first car and it has been amazing for her. No trouble and has run fabulously. Definitely recommend Mad Hatter. People like JC add a lot of colour to the world.Going out of his way to help me with fixing a car seat latch that was agonizingly painful to fix but he kept at it until it was done.Every visit here has been such a wonderful experience.You guys rock

I took my Mustang here years ago to get the tires rotated, and they scratched all 4 of the chrome wheels with their impact gun when removing the lug nuts. When I informed them of the damage, they claimed they were like that before. I had photos of my car literally taken days earlier, that showed no damage, and they accused me of somehow "setting them up".Hopefully they run a more reputable shop these days, but no chance I'd ever recommend the place.Service: Tire rotations

Fast friendly service and great to work with. We had an urgent Family matter and had to leave town quickly however our Auto needed repairs before we were able to safely travel. They got our vehicle in right away, fixed the brakes and exhaust and we were on our way safe and sound. Reasonable price and extremely considerate of our situation. Thank youMad Hatter and staff. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back for any future repairs.

I went to visit Mad Hatter as I searched for a new car. Although I did not purchase a car while I was there I was very impressed with the service I received. John was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He had my best interest in mind. Will definitely be keeping an eye on Mad Hatter s lot as I continue my car search!

Bought a car from here and could not be happier. The easy going approach was refreshing and much appreciated. The car is exactly what was advertised and coupled with the staff knowing what they were talking about and able to fix is great. I would recommend Mad Hatter and have to as many people as I can. We have a specialty car that most businesses will not service, so when John said they could handle our request for work we were very happy. His price and quick work was very appreciated. He did the work we requested within a couple of days. We will continue to use this shop for our work.

Got my son a prius out the collection they had. Owner was very helpful and made my son's first car signing completely painless!! No dealing with big dealership salesman tactics for an extra $1 for their pocket. Highly Recommend!

I have always received great service at a fair price. I bought my last 3 sets of new tires here and won't shop anywhere else. I highly recommend Mad Hatter to take care of anyone's automotive needs!

EDIT TO INITIAL REVIEW: Do not trust anything these guys tell you! They told me more about my car in response to my review than they did while my car was in their shop! Unlike what they claim, I did not receive an estimate before they charged me, nor did I say I didn t have time for a diagnostic , nor did they tell me that they would not be starting to work my car when I dropped it off for my appointment. Had I known they would start on it in a day or two I would ve taken it somewhere else. Do NOT go here!! They will charge you without approval & take forever with your car just so they can charge you for their time . They d rather lie to save face than perform good service. Dropped my car off in the AM for a diagnostic (which I made an appointment for). After a day & a half I decided to call to see what was taking so long (since in my experience diagnostics are always done within a day) & they said they had no information for me. They called me 10 minutes before they closed that night & said hopefully they d know more Monday. Communication was poor & something felt off so I rushed to pick up my car before the weekend. They printed out the code scan results & said there might be something wrong with my transmission but gave me no other information. I was charged $150 for an unfinished diagnostic & zero concrete information. Took my car to Tuffys on Main st & they had the problem figured out & gave me an estimate in 1 hour then had it fixed by the end of the day. Also, they didn t charge me for diagnosing it. Would highly recommend Tuffys on Main St!

John and his staff is trustworthy, talented and reliable . Their prices are fair and the quality of work is the best. Two of my friends sold their vehicles to John and got a fair price.Wheather you are looking to get your car fixed, sell it or buy a different one see them first! Thanks John

I always receive fast friendly service when I take my vehicles in to Mad Hatter. The shop guys are knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. I won't take my car anywhere else. Keep up the great work fellas!

Always top notch service, fair prices and fast turn around time. I have had a variety of work done here, from oil changes to ignition column to tires and more. I have sent friends here and will continue to do so. John and his crew are the best!

I went there to trade my vehicle for a Prius. They argued with me about the code and remedy I had paid my mechanic to find for my vehicle's check engine light without even diagnosing the vehicle themselves. On top of that, they said they are a Prius only dealer and lied to me about the NADA trade in price for my vehicle. They told me my vehicle was worthless and they were being very kind at offering me $1,800. As it turns out, it was half the price of the lowest level of trade.There are many better places to go for your auto needs. I ended up finding another Prius dealer who gave me $6,200 for my car toward purchase of a Prius. Plus, that place gets the privilege of doing the maintenance and repairs on my Prius.I will never step foot on Mad Hatter property again. I hope people look at ALL the reviews for Mad Hatter and see the deceitful and argumentative responses from Mad Hatter and avoid this business altogether.

I will never take my vehicle here. If I could give zero stars, I would. Today I had my brakes go out. I was driving my husband's vehicle and did not know what to do. I had gone to Casey's to get brake fluid and they had none. They directed me across the street to a car dealership that they said could help. They were closed. I looked around and saw a brake shop!!! They should surely be able to help me! He coolly informed met that I couldn't get any brake fluid from him and that he couldn't get my car I till the next day. I told him I just needed to get home. He offered no help and obviously did not CARE at all about my problem and it did not bother him at all to let me go with no brakes and no offer of help. Thankfully I took a chance to ask Jiffy Lube right next door to them if they could sell me some brake fluid. They couldn't sell me any but CAME OUT TO MY CAR, ( still in the mad hatter parking lot) FILLED THE BRAKE FLUID, HAD ME PUMP THE BRAKES TO BE SURE IT WAS HELPING, and genuinely cared about my problem!! THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!!! I will never EVER take any vehicle too Mad Hatter.

Great help to us. Here from Georgia and fixed our vehicle and fixed it right. Polite, patient and helping to us. I would recommend them to anyone, plus they have good knowledgeable staff that works on vehicles. Overall great experience. They even let us use a vehicle. Not many places like this. Thanks for all of your help.

Stopped in today (Friday, Nov. 3rd) to see if I could get him to look at the exhaust pipe that connects to the muffler and give me a guess at what it might cost. He asked me what day worked for me and I said I just wanted him to look at it and give me a quick cost. He repeated the question and I repeated my answer. He asked me again and I said Saturday. Sign on the door said Saturday by appointment. He said if I wanted to be charged triple time. Was very rude. Would have taken 2 minutes of his precious time to look at it. Should have known not to go there. A few years ago was charged $400 for hooking up a couple of exhaust pipes and was very rude then. Went over to Midas and they looked at it and I made an appointment for Saturday Nov. 4th. And I wont get charged triple time. I know his ex-wife and it's no wonder she divorced him. Couldn't give less then 1 star, otherwise I would have.

Absolutely amazing. I've been taking my vehicles there for a little over a year now and they treat me and my car great. The prices are fair and the work is done very well. Never been disappointed way to go Mad Hatter!

I have taken pretty much every vehicle I've owned over the last few years to the "Mad Hatter Service Center" for one thing or another. They have taken care of each problem with complete confidence and quality. Thank you VERY much Mad Hatter. See ya next time.

On a recent trip, our engine light came on and stopped in. They were able to resolve what caused it and send us on our way. Great experience dealing with them. They are equipped with up to date equipment and able to resolve any situation.
